I went in again and she wanted to fix it by doing a relaxer which at first she told me it would damage my hair. So she did the relaxer on my hair. When I left my hair felt dirty and my scalp was peeling I'm assuming because the chemicals. Anyways 4 days later I washed my hair and used the products and did everything as she instructed me to do to get the hair straight. I brushed and blow dried it and it still did not come out straight. I talked to her once again about it to get a refund and she said she doesn't do refunds. Was there a sign up saying no refunds? Anyway to say the least I am very upset with the way my hair came out.. Not STRAIGHT as she said it would be. And I asked her several times throughout the process of it was going to be straight and she assured me that it would be. I am very upset it doesn't seem like a lot of money to some people but to my family of 3 it is. I never spend that kind of $$ on myself and the one time I do I don't get what I paid for. I just had a baby 2.5 months ago and I haven't had the best self esteem so I thought it would be a good thing to do for myself. Instead I don't get what I paid for and I could have spent that money on something else like for the baby or to do something else for myself like my nails etc. Needless to say I am very dissatisfied with my experience with Stephanie and I will not be getting my hair done by her again.
