We had been discussing throughout the massage that my knee is injured (Torn meniscus, arthritis, no cartilage) and that I couldn't fully straighten it without discomfort. At the very end, after she wrapped my feet in warm towels, she grabbed my leg and pulled ( traction) and it really hurt. I yelped out loud. She just sort of left the room. It completely ruined the massage, because now my knee was hurting. I said something to her once I came out of the room and she was there to greet me. I told her that she probably didn't mean to hurt me, but she did. No apology, she just told me to "take care" and hurried off. I'm a long time massage therapist and I would never have treated a client that way. Very disappointing to pay all that $$ and leave upset. I really enjoy the wellness lounge, though.
