I called Dr. Kimberlain's office based off his 5-star rating on other review sites early morning to see if they could make space for both of us that same day. Surprisingly, his admin was extremely friendly and professional, answered all of my questions and generally made me feel very comfortable. We arrived on-time to our appointments but had a mountain of paperwork to fill out with numerous questions, which pushed back our time by 30-40 minutes. I was nervous the doctor would be upset with us but he treated us in a very positive demeanor and took great care of us. The office was clean and comfortable, the staff was fantastic and the doctor was thorough. I asked many questions and he took the time to answer everything in detail, knowing full well that we probably wouldn't be returning patients considering we are from a different state. Lastly, I want to say you don't see many reviews on my profile - there's a reason for that. I only make an effort to review businesses either when I want to warn others of how terrible or how amazing they are. Dr. Kimberlain was just absolutely fantastic.
