My cuticles look amazing too! Details are important. I so enjoy myself! Viana is amazing! So much blooming talent! She is so sweet, absolutely adorable and has such an enjoyable personality. The atmosphere of the shop is so calming and relaxing, with laughter and good conversation. Everything a "you"pampering day should be. No one talked over you or around you, they spoke too you. I know that nail salons can be dusty. But this is unreal. There isn't a standard of cleanliness or sanitation. Even the bathrooms are dirty and grimey. They've never been professional cleaned. Dirty, dusty, and scummy. Toilet paper just sitting on the back or the toilet for everyone's hands to touch. Cheapest hand soap I've ever used. It's so watered down it squirts right at you. It probably doesn't have any antibacterial properties. Techs are rude and not professional. The man working on my nails was in the middle of buffing one hand and got up without saying a word, grabbed his stuff, and moved two seats over to start working a woman who just walked in. And just left me sitting there, waiting, without knowing what was going on. They eventually moved me to someone else but it was bizarre. Every tool has been heavily used. Old nail dust thickly coated on every single thing.
