I have been hearing that there was…read morea complaint against the manager, supposedly she was screaming and cursing at tenants and caregivers. I would like to say that I have never seen the manager be rude, nasty or cruel to anyone EVER. She is my neighbor and she is very respectful to all the tenants even ones that scream, curse and show no respect to her. I find it hard to understand why anyone would try so hard to create a problem where they don't even live.

The hosts were inviting and we were able to make last-minute reservations for two nights on the weekend. The location is wonderful. Right on the Siuslaw River in Old Town Florence so you can walk to restos, shops and the the beautiful marina and docks. Flowers adorned the front yard and all over the sitting porch. We were in the "Summer Room" and it had a lovely balcony were we left the door open all night for the wonderful beach breeze. Breakfast consisted of 5-courses, all house made. My husband and I were both stuffed by then end! We would definitely come here again! The only oddity was the bathroom door. We are both extremely private people and found it a bit chalenging to use the privy as the door does not go all the way to the top or bottom of the doorway.

We moved from out of state so we never got a chance to physically look at the home we were gonna rent. We got to florence, signed the lease and we were off to our new home. When we got there and saw the place we realized it wasn't for us. I expressed my concerns to Katrina and she was sooo helpful. She gave us keys to another home in the area to go see and it was like our dream house. We were more than satisfied. Only small issue was that since it was all last minute there were still some things to be done to the home. But Katrina and her staff were right on it.. They had all the repairs done within a week. They were fast and proffesional. She was so concerned that we were happy. In my 15 years of renting, I have never had such an attentive management team. I would recommend Dolphin to anyone.
