Nick was a phenomenal caterer for our 150-person outdoor wedding. The tent, the decorations, the lighting, the food, the layout, the organization and coordination -- everything was fantastic and worked out perfectly. One of our guests was a food critic in a former life and said this was the best food she had ever had at a wedding -- and she wasn't the only one who complimented the hors d' oeuvres and the dinner! As important, Nick was our champion: if we had an idea, he made it happen; if plans changed, he made it work (not even Hurricane Ian could stop Nick!); if we were freaking out, he talked us back from the ledge; if there were any problems, he resolved them. Nick just catered my daughter's bridal shower in our backyard, and I can't say enough about his company! Nick came to the house a couple months before and laid out his plan for our yard and how he would conduct the event. This is the second year we used Nick to cater an event and as usual it was PHENOMENAL! From the sauté scallops and shrimp to the Rueben's! People can't believe how much food! They are well organized from set up to clean up, allowing you to enjoy your special event without being asked a million questions. He brings all supplies with him so we never are asked,"do you have this or that". The only thing you need is some containers at the end so they can pack up any leftovers for you!!! Recently hired Tanglewood for my Grad party of about 85 people, Service was impeccable. Tent and tables were set up 2 days before the event, staff arrived promptly the day of the event and did final setup. Staff was extremely polite and professional to all guests and the food was absolutely incredible, my favorites are the Mac and cheese and the Ribs. Staff helped clean up and day after the event came and picked up the tent, tables, trash. I cannot recommend Tanglewood enough and will most definitely be using them again in the future! read more

Nick handled every aspect of our son's wedding and did a fantastic job. We did it on the front lawn by the water, in a spot where the trees made it complicated to fit in a big tent. Nick's crew worked incredibly hard to come up with a beautiful set up, including great lighting and a big dance floor to handle 100 people. The food was fantastic and all of the servers were incredibly attentive and nice. Several friends and family members have told us it was the nicest wedding they've ever attended. Nick took the time to listen to what I wanted for my son's graduation. He also included some of his ideas. So that the collaboration between us, really made my son's celebration great. We recently hired Tanglewood Catering for a backyard Baby Shower. The job included a 20x30 tent rental, sides, 6 tables, 48 chairs and linens. It was a pleasure working with Nick. Nick and his crew did an incredible job setting up two large tents at my house for a wedding in October 2023. He listened to exactly what I needed and he made the impossible possible! We hired Tanglewood for an event we had today with over 80 arborist. Everyone raved about the food and the service. There was a vast assortment of foods to choose from. Tanglewood BBQ'd in the snow for us; chicken, ribs and hot dogs We also had a taco bar with all the fixings, assorted salads, and vegetables. Preparation was quick, serving efficient, and clean up immaculate. We also rented the wooden tables and chairs from Tanglewood, which went nice with our country look.
