Had to come back and update this, because I've had the pulled pork as well. My wife came up with a great combo, putting it over Ore Ida shredded potatoes, to make a "pulled pork bowl" and holy hell... I didn't realize the pulled pork would be this good. My family recently had a GIANT (250+) person backyard BBQ family reunion. Hosted a party for about 50 this past weekend. These guys did an amazing job. Showed up two hours before, super polite, professional, and got right to work. Did their set-up and got to cooking. Burgers done right, grilled chicken, sausage and peppers and pulled pork. All the food was great. All the meats were great.
