For a select few, their is free private lessons and extra time given during the general workout. For the rest, they are encouraged to take expensive private lessons. Private lessons given to one child where new ideas are conceived, are shared with the favorite few that have gained the favor of these two coaches. Bottom line, what they have in great talent as coaches, is obscured by the nepotism demonstrated towards a few athletes. Having a dream means taking a chance. If the coaches believe in these girls, then commit to a real gym. They practice at two facilities and neither is adequate. Too many girls for the small confines of the room. However, they make it work. We chose to move on.

I love to eat!! I just moved to the area only to find Augusta isn't big on Yelping... So there wasn't much to choose from. Enter Calvin, owner of Life Saver Fitness. I took a shot and I'm so happy I did. I was a little apprehensive about having someone coming to my home that I did not know. After meeting Calvin and experiencing his professionalism and how courteous he is, my mind was instantly at ease. He has kept me motivated without giving me the total boot camp drama b.s. He has an extensive sports background and is certified so he has different programs and knows how to design a plan based on your goals. He's mobile and very reasonably priced. He monitors you and your progress and makes adjustments as needed. He's knows the lines and pushes you when you need it; backs off when he sees you need a breather. I did the Running from the Paparazzi tour with Cheryl…read more Pros: Nice idea, some good exercise, got to see the area, Cheryl was nice and easy to talk with/be around. Very laid back and no pressure to keep a particular pace The tour started out great, with introductions, a bottle of water, jogging, and taking us to a fancy hotel and telling us about specific celebrities who have used the hotel. Then it went downhill (not literally) Cons: 1. Not very professional -- no planned route (ran us through some construction scaffolding), didn't have much to say about most things (just pointing out things people like to see, not anything about it -- e.g., here's a fountain people like to see, here's a rock garden, here's Prada) 2. Kept taking us into baby clothing stores during the tour (twice), and we don't have babies or care about baby stuff! Why would that be part of a tour? 3. Kept walking instead of jogging. At first the mix was nice, then it was only walking and no jogging. When we asked to jog again she ran us to the corner and then walked us the rest of the way. 4. We had to keep stopping to "look" for celebrities. While this did give a little spy character feel, I think it would be much more interesting if we could hear about certain celebrities who frequent the area, how this became a celebrity hotspot, etc. Overall, this had the feel of a friend taking you walking (with some jogging) in her town and showing you some things. I think this is a great idea and has fantastic potential - kudos to Cheryl on that, but I think she needs to up her game and add polish to be successful with the tour side of her business.

I was so nervous leaving him alone in a place that I wasn't familiar with and doesn't have many reviews. But I dropped him off, and the trainers were super nice and very receptive. My son disappeared as soon as I dropped him off playing with other teammates. I would do it again 100%. It's so convenient also to chose one day or a whole week as necessary. I chose one day because I was in a bind. I registered him the day before and had to chose the week I wanted and add EXT DAY 1 to the cart. It was confusing a bit but I figured it out. The correspondance via email took some time but I got the answers I was looking for. The drop off for the Rose Bowl location is in front of the stadium lot H.
