Came here to print a double sided 8 1/2 x 11 print was in and out in 15 minutes. You can walk up to the kiosk where it says Printing go. Even login and provide a card with a limit but don't worry you're not paying the full amount it's just for a hold sort of speak. I put $10 since I knew my print outs were going to be about that price then you can select your Dropbox account and login. You can select if you want black or white or color size and how many you want. Color copies are $.24 each for an eaten up by 11 or $.76 for color copies prices jump when you size up to 11 x 17. Once printed comes out on the left side facing down then you print the other Side Facing print side down. Then close the drawer and go back to the kiosk and print the amount you want for the other side make sure to toggle it to the black-and-white as the default is color. The prince will come out on the left side. They have paper cutters here, as well as a cutting mat and a laminator. They also have staples and white out and glue sticks.

The employee working at the counter, Shanna, instructed me to use the self-service kiosk. When I attempted to scan the barcode, the machine displayed a message stating that store assistance was required. After the customer ahead of me left, I politely asked for help. Instead of assisting, Shanna again told me to use the self-service station. When I explained that the kiosk was displaying an error and requiring assistance, she responded, "Can't you read?" in a rude manner. I questioned why assistance could not be provided at the counter since the store was empty, and she repeated, "Can't you read English?" I found this comment offensive, disrespectful, and completely inappropriate customer service behavior. I am not upset about being directed to self-service. My concern is the manner in which I was spoken to. Customers should be treated with courtesy and respect regardless of the situation. I hope management reviews this incident and provides appropriate coaching.

I would make sure you had a paralegal or lawyer read through the lease agreement and not be pushed into anything. Truly a terrible experience. Run while you can. The only problem we've had was in purchasing the PSIgen 100GB scanning program. After spending over $9,000 for the program, the 'Yearly Maintenance' fee was almost $8,000! Initially, the sales woman showing me the program (unfortunately retired after that) , said the maintenance fee would be $2,400 per year after the first year (I wrote it down on the program quote we were going over, I could live with that), but the price for renewal was nowhere noted in the paperwork, so imagine my surprise when the renewal came around. And, of course, I couldn't prove it. The Manager who promotes the program said, after I asked via email why it was so much money, quote: "It is for support and maintenance. The software will lock up when the support is not paid for. I just had a customer call for the software is not working today. That is because the maintenance was not paid", end of quote. I felt like a hostage. After talking to a manager recently, he basically said our original salesperson didn't know that particular program very well so she didn't actually know how much it was yearly. That didn't make me feel any better.......and then we ran out of cloud space, so out goes another $7,000 for 75K more scanning space.......now we ran out again! It is a very good program, just expensive. I just wanted to warn everyone to MAKE SURE YOU HAVE IT IN WRITING how much you have to pay yearly after initially paying for the program, and how much for additional storage. Then you know what each year's layout of money will be to continue using it. The maintenance amount should have been noted on my contract, but wasn't. I learned the hard way, don't make the same mistake...
