She has an amazing bedside manner, is kind, precise, efficient, and very professional. She helps make the entire visit smooth and reassuring from start to finish. They prepped my back and he came in, told me I'd feel some pressure and gave me injections. No help. On the 3rd visit he asked me where the pain was. I pointed to my lower spine. He said the pain has shifted and insurance won't cover the 3rd round of shots. That's the last I saw him. I'll look else where. I also should mention that a nurse took me in a smi private cubicle and whispered that I had oxy detected in my blood test. She made me feel like a criminal. Uncomfortable.

Had he given our concerns a minute of attention, he might have discovered that my husband was indeed very ill. He personally calls you on the phone if labs or tests come back with something he needs to discuss immediately instead of having a nurse call you to setup up another appointment. As far as my sons stay, a bunch of good people but not consistent levels of care keeping his bed clean. Wound management gave two opposite directions on how to care for neck wound. Now there is a bigger scar than there should be. Rehab staff great. Churn of daily care too inconsistent.

(I'm a non-smoker) I called in and spoke to Mikayla, (sp?), She asked questions and send she would let Brian know. She then called me back no less than (3) times and let me know what was happening. I am constantly amazed at her complete knowledge of prescriptions, she keeps current on what works and I have complete confidence in what she prescribes. She has never let me down. Her nurse Lorenna is so kind, gentle, and understanding. She has given me shots that I never feel going in my arm. No kiddiing. I once forgot an order at an X-ray facility and Dr. Vo's office had the order faxed to them in less than 1 minute. Even the X-ray technicians were amazed. They have a great phlebotomist on staff who is very gentle and efficient. The office staff all treat the patients as personal friends and they remember you and your preferences. I do not know of a better office or Dr. in SW Florida!
