I now happily drive about an hour every time I need to get my hair because I know I can rely on Marjorie! She's been perfecting my blonde for YEARS now while keeping my hair healthy. She takes the time to understand your hair and its particular needs. My hair got pretty damaged a couple of times trying different salons, and she went above and beyond to save it both times. Marjorie recently did my hair for my wedding and it turned out ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. She did multiple trials and practiced on a mannequin to ensure she gave me the wedding hair of my dreams. And she delivered!!! Just generally speaking, she is always upgrading the salon and sticking with the times - whether that means modernizing the space or getting certified to provide new services to the area. Marjorie was very professional and knowledgeable about the treatment. She first analyzed my scalp, and I was horrified at the disgusting close-up. She then proceeded with the most indulgent head to toe spa treatment I have ever experienced. I love the waterfall halo!! My head has never felt this good and thankfully my "after" picture is clean and healthy with lots of blood flow! The neck and shoulder massage really helped alleviate the built-up tension. While my hair was being steamed with a conditioning masque, Marjorie pampered me with hydrating facial, arm, hand and foot massage. I would definitely recommend this ultimate head to toe, relaxing spa treatment! Either pamper yourself or give to someone special, you will not be sorry!

I always wanted to be a read head and was ready to be spunky and spontaneous. Appointment set up. I haven't cut or colored my hair in over a year at this point. Excited! My appointment was with the owner. You would assume she is highly skilled and knows what she is doing. (Found out after that many people believe this to be untrue) Base color in! Hair cut! Some highlights! And then the reveal.... I had 4 thick streaks of bright blond going across my head - The highlights. The red that was supposed to be in my hair was barely noticeable. And the haircut was less then average. App. The reveal I noticed the last highlight on the back of my head seemed extremely bright! The owner explained the situation I detail that her husband installed the fluorescent ceiling lights in bad spots which throws off bad lighting when you are sitting in the chairs and looking in the mirrors. She then brought me across the shop to another station that had 'better lighting' (more like barely ANY lighting) to show me that the highlight only looked loud from that 1 light. I thanked her, said I likes it and left. In the few weeks after my appointment the 'red' in my hair was still barely noticeable. More like a stain on my own natural color. The haircut didn't do nothing for me. Lifeless and not that flattering. The highlights on the other hand got blonder! I went from a brunette to blond weeks after the appointment. This I don't understand... I don't ever want to be blond. The highlight on the back of my head turned out to be one massive glob of a highlight almost 2 inches. (Oh yea! She said she was in a hurry and barely had time to put the highlights in but yet sat there for 15-20 minutes curling my hair with a tool she has never used before.) That chunk of a highlight was one of the hardest things to cover up. So I gave up and went to Walmart and bought a red dye and sis my hair myself and fell in love! So to Christine Swanson... Don't razor cut someone's hair unless you know how it should be done. Making thin hair even thinner. Rant over Thank you.
