For weeks, we were told "any day" they would get a new red light machine, which is part of why we chose to get the membership here. Unfortunately, that still hasn't happened a month later. The current red light bed now has 7 of 18 lights burnt out on top and theyve been out for the entire time we've been attending. The massage bed at the Hayden location was broken for two days we came, and the Cda location still has a broken massage bed, which has been broken since the beginning. When you pay for services, you expect them to be in good working order. Unfortunately, that hasn't been the case, and clearly, they are in no rush to fix them. I emailed corporate, and they ignored my concerns.

The beds are amazing, the tanning salon is beautiful and always clean, with each of the rooms being in pristine shape. I credit all this to the AMAZING Staff that work there. Gabby who managed this whole time until recently was the reason we fell in love with the salon. The customer service she had was FANTASTIC! All of the women she has brought in have been so efficient and they always go above and beyond my expectations. But then we heard the WONDERFUL news that Johnny was going to be taking over and we were ECSTATIC!! As we love all who work there Johnny is so AMAZING! I called and they apologized and said I would get a refund sent to my bank account on file. Now 14 days later I call to check into it, and the claim it wasn't actually an approved refund.... That they can't refund me and don't have any proof of my account being frozen last month. So instead, they will freeze my account, and put that money as a credit for whenever I choose to have a membership with them again.... Insane. Be sure you have video evidence I suppose that they actually freeze your account when they claim they did to your face.

For a month to month subscription as well as them stating I cannot cancel the first month? Which makes no sense as this is my renewal period. They also stated I need to come in to cancel which I cannot for personal reasons right now. They will not be able to continue this practice for long as the click to cancel law in Idaho came into affect this year. I enjoyed the time I had at the salon itself and all the employees there were wonderful. But the company is purely trying to gouge money out of costumers. The fact I have to physically make time just to go in to cancel is insane when I have emailed and called numerous times. I'm disappointed in how they are choosing to run this business. Do better.
