When my pale self first walked in here I was very afraid of getting spray tanned and be orange and all that jazz. So I came a few days before because I had questions to ask. The girl at the front (I wish i remembered her name) was very helpful and put my doubts away. The day of the tan, there was a different girl working and she was also very helpful and explained everything and recommended some tips on how to make the tan last. Now onto the tan itself, I recommended getting a spray tan from here to everyone now! It looks good, and you do NOT look orange (if you get the right color). I always get the light (the options are low, light, medium, and dark) and I have never looked orange or had streaks. It does look a little darker on the pores around your body but it's hardly noticeable. Within hours of getting it your body will have uneven spots, and streaks and you will want to cry and scrub it away. DON'T! Wait the 6 hours to shower, and all the unevenness will wash away. The next day you will have a nice glow to yourself and not be pale (which is what I'm always aiming for). I frequent them for any "big" occasion I have to attend as my pet peeve is looking pale in pictures.

When I first walked in, I was so self conscious but by the end, I forgot I was basically stripped down in front of a stranger. Evelyn made me so comfortable and she talked to me about all of the issues I had with my skin. She helped me decide on what was good for me and I could not be happier with the results. In all my years of spray tanning, nobody has ever topped Evelyn's work. I go to her because she prides herself on providing quality service. And it shows. My appointment was for Saturday at 2:30. Parking is available at Aldersgate across the street from the salon, but luckily I found street parking. If you're visiting the salon on a weekday, definitely park at Aldersgate. As always, Evelyn was very thorough with me. She explained what she was doing when she was doing it, and made sure the tan was flawless once she finished spraying me. Evelyn provides an exfoliant, aftercare instructions, and lotion to take home with you to use after your shower. The salon itself is cozy and quiet; the perfect addition to the Willow Grove area. Besides spray tans, Evelyn also does sugaring and lash extensions. It's not often that I get spray tans, but I will always refer Evelyn to my family and friends.

I like that this is all that they offer, as they can become more of a master than splitting it among different tanning techniques. The girl that did my tan was very nice and precise. She sprayed me twice and it was great. Perfect color tan, especially because i am incredibly white. I do not tan at all, usually burn and freckle. My color was perfect and I had no streaks. After she finished my tan and before I dried myself, she washed my palms with tan remover that removed excess color and also did the same to my heels. It was a nice touch, and something I haven't seen at another shop. She also gives you a few things to take with you like spot remover, tips about the tan and lip balm. It was a nice touch. When it comes time for the tan to dry, they put you in a room filled with fans and music. It's rather relaxing and a very good idea. I've been to a place where they give you something that looks like a vacuum to dry your skin. Be sure to exfoliate with a salt or sugar scrub the night before! Will definitely be back!

About 50min - an hour after checking in and signing all the waivers. From what I was told there's no making appointments and they only have one spray tan booth (but they do have multiple tanning beds) so if you come during a busy time, be prepared to wait. The girls at the front were very nice and helpful. The spray tan booth is very easy to use. You can play a short instruction video too in case you need more guidance. They provide you with a towel and hair net but I would bring your own towel and any other accessories. Over all the praying is about 10 minutes start to finishes. I ended up going with the medium tan that develops in 4-6 hours. The medium tan is actually *very* dark. Unfortunately it's also very orange. I do hope they can improve on the formula they use because a lot of the home self tanning kits I use don't leave me as orange. The tan lasted in its full effect for about a week as promised and leaves a light glow for about another week after on me. TLDR: clean, great service, easy to use, tan lasts long but the formula is orangy.

She came to my apartment and set up her equipment (a pop up tent, fan, airbrush machine). The tan only took maybe 30 minutes tops to complete (2 coats). Anne was so friendly and sweet and made me feel very comfortable (despite the fact I was almost naked in front of her, lol). She sprayed my whole body including my face, and the morning after, she texted me directions after of how to rinse off and shower with the tan. I am so happy with the results!!
