It sucked up color quickly then faded entirely too fast. It was brittle, faded, and just plain sad. Early on she worked with me to find the right salon treatments and home products to help with the repair. Today, my hair is in great shape and I love the color. I've always been impressed by her diligence in finding solutions. She's meticulous in her efforts to ensure not only beautiful hair but healthy hair as well.
