My hair came out much lighter, with noticeable yellow and orange tones, and several areas where my grays were still visible. I left feeling really upset and had to find another salon to fix the color. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend Shelby for coloring services, though she does a great job with haircuts and styling. The entire appointment felt luxurious and personalized. I am so glad I did. Jessica listened to what I needed and wanted and suggested something that would make my hair and wallet happy. I have long red hair, and a super busy work schedule. Best of all, she will take you on this hair journey as safely as possible. I think it says a lot about a stylist when they are not willing to compromise the integrity of your hair for the sake of a quick buck. It shows that she cares about what she does and about her clients. Also, Chelsea as a human being is just a damn delight!
