They advertised specials online and over the phone, and I was told I might receive some extras like hot stones or hot towels. I did not receive any of those, so the service ended up being a regular massage with no added features. I think the therapist may be new and just wasn't aware of the specials. Overall, the massage itself was good, the staff was polite, and the spa is clean and professional. I would return for the focused work on pain areas, but I hope the communication about specials becomes more consistent.

I paid for their "service", even paid extra fees for them to come to my home. I scheduled this on June 1st. And then 20 hours before the appointment I get a TEXT letting me know that they cannot come out to my home, they do not provide this service (even though the service IS stated as at home). I explain to them that I have a child on life support and cannot make it out to them. Too bad was essentially their response. I then contact the office whom setup the appointment (in Canada) and they informed me that this location should NEVER had told me such a thing - that as per policy they MUST provide in-home service. I tell them I want a refund; I have lost all faith. After contacting the Canada office, the El Paso office was very nasty to me they added "and you lied about having a son on Life Support." Call Dr. Martha Butler-Manquero and ask her if my son Jonathan is NOT home bound and on life support. What WORMS! HORRIBLE! I could never do business with people of such low regard towards others. All I had were stretches that were not helping and pain meds from my doctors. I was in great need of help. In December 2015, my husband and I spent over a week in El Paso for Christmas and I had a consultation with Irma, followed by a tailored 2 hour massage. She walked me through a thorough exam of my alignment, talked through the issues she found and how she planned to work on them. After my very difficult realignment she assessed my body again afterwards and there was much improvement! She took her time to explain things so I would understand, asked me how I was doing throughout and showed me different stretches I should do at home while my body continued to heal. I'm certain this 2 hour session lead me over the hump of my tightened muscles, and followed by physical therapy back at home to continue on the progress, I was back to normal in February 2016!
