I called Dary this morning and made an appointment to bring it in for repair. They are "by appointment" for now to protect everyone's health. I explained that we had come into town (we are out beyond Eldorado) to run mostly medical errands, and he said he would fix the lamp as fast as possible, to avoid another trip. To my amazement, he called in less than 30 minutes to let me know the repair was done and the lamp ready to be picked up! I can't recommend his service and consideration more highly. You can be Made in the Shade will get all my repair business, and they have a great selection of shades and other decorative items, as well.

They came out to Los Alamos, on short notice and after hours for what turned out to be a serious electrical issue. The electrician was extremely professional, knowledgeable and respectful. He quickly identified the problem and showed me melted plastic and damaged wiring that could have easily started a fire. It was honestly a close call, and I'm very grateful for how promptly and professionally everything was handled. The repair was completed efficiently, the communication was great, and I felt much safer afterward.
