But when they came back, they pressed a reset button which took all of maybe 5 minutes and charged me $133. I don't understand why they couldn't have pressed the reset button on the initial visit. So all in all they charged me $233 to press a button. No I will not use them in the future.

Don't expect a fancy showroom, it's filled with boxes so you need to know what you want before you go there. I avoided ordering from the internet because I want them to service the appliances they sold to me. They're not big on calling back, you have to stay on top of them to check if your order has come in, which is why I gave them 4 instead of 5 stars. Otherwise totally courteous and knowledgeable.
