I politely asked if he could please try to keep it near the 10k. Written bid came in over 11k. (11,700$) Discussed that the bracing for the large metal stairs should probably be secured by something more than anchoring into stucco. To add proper supports the bid goes up again to over 12k. (12,800$) I would have liked a more professional experience where pricing didn't keep changing and for Christian to take the lead on making the stairs braced correctly and safely from jump. He kept saying this is simple we don't need to discuss the job so much. Also I had originally texted him to FaceTime me when he was onsite. He was on time but didn't respond to my texts. Had to wait 20 minutes for a response. He already left the job. Had to drive back to the job to be able to Facetime me. It is a large job that involves a lot of safety concerns. Was really looking for more professionalism to have the job bid correctly from the beginning and the scope of the job to be discussed throughly on time to get it created safely.

I was anxious during the short wait... da Work: After getting a look at my wheels and stripping it down to bare metal, they noticed a dent and small crack on one of the wheels and gave me the options w/ clear info. They suggested sourcing another wheel and that they would wait on it or they could do a dent & crack repair and roll the dice that it balances. Should've listened to them; that wheel couldn't balance. When I went to get an alignment and re-balance the tires, they confirmed an issue with one wheel, showing a little wobble at 80mph. da Service: Great comms from start to finish, quick turn-around, and quality work. ( I brought two parts to be welded together, one half was missing! He then found the missing part in his shop, and I returned a second time to retrieve. Bottom Line: RUN!, don't walk away from this guy. Nearly 4 months waiting patiently and he tells me to pick up my parts. Who does this? Guy's a joke, he can't be trusted.
