I don't make decisions lightly and tried on almost every shirt in the store. The employee helping me was so patient and helpful. I told her not to sugar coat any opinions. Just help me move on and find the most flattering piece of clothing for my ever growing figure. She did just that and we both agreed on the same piece of clothing. I will definitely be back. Prices are fair and selection is varied. Great addition to Bellingham's clothing stores!

However that being said, a few member of their staff are literally just so rude it makes me never want to return because of how unpleasant they have been. And not only have I experienced this behavior, but I've also just seen the way they speak to other customers who are only just asking basic questions about items or just general information and are met with condescending and just flat out rude responses-acting so annoyed and surprised that someone would dare to speak to them or god forbid ask them to do their job. Once again, I love searching through the items the store has to offer, and it is quite an impressive array. However some of the employees could seriously use some help with learning some basic customer service skills and maybe pull out whatever is stuck so far up their butt.

Three of us purchased identical denim jackets on May 26, 2026 from Adored Boutique and after leaving the store I noticed my jacket was damaged. I submitted a notice to the seller using their web process. I explained that I was not a local and would be returning home to my state the next day and asked what my options were. To date I have had no response. My friends and I visit Seattle annually and always venture into places of interest like Adored, but I will make sure that we do not go there again. I feel that my concern was valid and should have been acknowledged, but at this late date I'm sure the owner did not consider how important word of mouth is and didn't feel a response was warranted.
