He's a fantastic teacher that brings 100 percent every class. i can definitely tell he has a background in theater because he knows how to captivate his young audience like no other. we also recently discovered Jam Sessions with Sydney and she is wonderful as well. i also appreciate that their is a limit on capacity, some children's classes we've attended are packed and it's a bit stressful for me when the babies are (literally) crawling all over each other. kids at work is organized, clean, and the front desk staff is very friendly and accommodating over the phone and in person.

The Good: I took their childbirth class with Vanessa Aja-Sigmon and it was amazing! She really took…read morethe time to go through the birth process and all the options available, what things you should think about, recommendations for how to have discussions with your doctors, etc. She also sent a ton of follow up information, was super friendly and approachable, and really took as much of the uncertainty as she could out of it. I also really liked that all information was presented in a fair and balanced manner - not saying that one way of giving birth was "better" than another which seems to be common these days. The Bad: Since I had such a great experience, I signed up for the Baby Care and Feeding class. Unfortunately, the class was canceled the night before as the instructor was sick. Things happen, this wasn't an issue. However, they sent an email saying the class would be rescheduled for Tuesday... this is where things fell apart. I responded within 20 minutes requesting the next Saturday class. No response. I emailed again on Sunday afternoon to request the new date. No response. Then I get an email Sunday night asking me to complete a feedback survey on the class that was cancelled. I respond and then I get an email back at 10am Monday telling me to disregard the survey, but nothing about rescheduling. So I respond asking again about the Saturday class. Again, no reply. So finally I call their office at 2:30 in the afternoon and of course the Saturday class is full but they tell me I can still take Tuesday. I get a bunch of excuses like "I don't work weekends" - okay but you responded to and sent other emails? and "This isn't all that I do" - again, okay, but if you cancel a class helping those people get into other classes doesn't get any type of priority? This was just so badly handled that I would have given them a 1 star rating if it hadn't been for the first class. I guess you just have to hope that your class isn't cancelled because then it's pretty much your problem not theirs? I mean, I guess it's not an issue if it wasn't something time sensitive like taking care of a baby?!

I paid $4,500 for five nights and six days of in-home sleep coaching for my nine-month-old…read moredaughter. What was promised and what was delivered were two very different things. Before hiring, I was explicitly told this method would involve significantly less distress than conventional approaches, that bedtime would take 20 to 45 minutes, and that I could finally exhale. Instead, my daughter cried so intensely each night that she woke the following morning with red, puffy eyes. Each night ended with me nursing or my husband rocking her to sleep -- exactly what we were doing before we paid $4,500 for help. I raised my concerns after Night 1 and again after Night 2. Meg defended her approach and validated our feelings, but nothing changed. The method continued despite it clearly not working for our daughter. If you are considering this service because of the "no crying" and "co-regulating" promise, please read carefully: what that promise means in practice is that the adult in the room is responsive. It does not mean your baby will not cry -- and cry intensely. When I raised my concerns, the framing shifted. I was told that crying is biologically normal, that it is a baby's only way of communicating, that my daughter has a "big voice," and that we needed to let her cry to "close the loop." There were always new theories to explain what was happening. If I had understood that significant, prolonged crying was part of the process, I would never have hired this service. That is the exact opposite of what was sold to me. Additionally, Meg learned mid-stay that she was facing a personal hardship at home. I offered to let her leave to tend to it, but she said it was handled and wanted to stay. She spent most of Day 3 in her room on the phone and was largely unavailable to us and our daughter -- despite having committed to taking the lead on observing our daughter's cues, guiding her daily rhythm, and coaching us throughout each day of the visit. We ended the engagement after three nights. We requested a partial refund by email. More than two weeks later, I have not received a response. However, Meg did message me on WhatsApp with a presentation titled "Why Meg's Method is a Deeply Responsive Approach" with the note "Inspired by our time together." I would not recommend hiring Meg.

I can't recommend Miss Megan enough. To say she changed our lives would not be an exaggeration…read more My wife originally reached out to Miss Megan when our daughter was about six months old. We had just transitioned her from a bassinet to a crib, and it completely disrupted everyone's sleep -- ours and our daughter's. We were exhausted, sleep-deprived, and desperate for help, but we were also very clear that we did not want to put our daughter through a cry-it-out approach. Miss Megan stepped in and, almost like magic, within just two nights our daughter was sleeping through the entire night. I remember thinking she was a miracle worker -- she truly changed our lives overnight. It was a complete game changer for our family. Beyond the results, Miss Megan was incredibly patient and calm. She took the time to walk us through her method step by step, making the process feel manageable and supportive rather than stressful. Later on, she also helped us with our younger son remotely, and once again she went the extra mile for as long as it took to ensure we felt confident and supported. I wholeheartedly recommend Miss Megan to any parent who is struggling with sleep and wants a compassionate, effective approach. She is worth every bit of it.

We were even hesitant to take a birth class at all--but we're so grateful we took Lisa Greaves' class. While we're planning a hospital birth, we hope to avoid a C-section if possible, and Lisa's class truly empowered us to feel comfortable and informed about all of our options. We learned about laboring at home longer, pain management strategies both with and without medication, and how to advocate for ourselves throughout the process. By the final session, we felt much more knowledgeable about pre- and postnatal care and genuinely prepared to welcome our baby. We also really appreciated the sense of community and the additional resources the class provides. Can't recommend it enough!
