While planning for our wedding, my then fiancé and I wanted to make certain we had a photo booth on our special day. Our friends booked CPTRD Photobooth at their wedding and were delighted customers, so we decided to book them as well. Their pricing online is transparent with no hidden fees and if you aren't able to find a package that works for you, the staff members are very accommodating and do their best to provide suggestions. They are prompt at responding to emails and allow us to customize the logo for our photo strips. On the day of the wedding, they arrived early to set up and everything was complete by the time guests arrived. Our guests couldn't stop praising Susie & Runell for their exceptional service and friendliness, and people kept coming back to the photo booth to capture their happiness/silliness. Many enjoyed the props that were included and some attempted to see just how many people can fit in a photo. Looking back, I can confirm that 17 can snugly fit into one! My husband and I were little working bees making our rounds to speak to all of our guests, but Suzie grabbed our attention and reminded us to enjoy the photo booth as well. That meant so much to us because our distracted minds would have easily forgotten to take a photo. In less than 24 hours after our wedding ended, CPTRD Photobooth sent us an email containing a link to our photo booth gallery, AND OH MY WORD. Every single picture taken from the photo booth that evening was gorgeous! My husband and I chose 'Champagne Sparkle' as our backdrop and it gave off such a romantic celebratory feel to the photos. I kid you not, every single person looked amazing! From florals to vibrant colors, each guest and their outfit stood out. Also, our guests were mindblown by the quality of the photos. They're amazingly clear, and sharp, and everyone's skin glowed! My husband and I can't help but smile cheesily when looking back at all these photos. Jolei previously sat with us and went over the process timelines and details. Singles, couples and group shots, weather lighting, colors and angles. They even covered back up plans in case of last minute changes. As product launch coordinator in the day and a self-proclaimed unofficial wedding planner at night, I was very surprised and impressed with the solid structure, detailed oriented and execution efficiency Jolei provided to us during the short 8 months of wedding planning. We used them for a party and it turned what could have been a dull party into something really fun. Jim was name of the guy who came with the photobooth and he himself is an asset to this company. He's witty, sharp and fun to chat with, he has the perfect personality for this. I had not even realized the various option they have with this equipment which is so much more than one would think. I can't list everything as I cannot even remember all the different stuff they were doing and showing us. We were sending pics to phones, directly linking them to social media, changing picture effects just to name the ones I remember. Some of my co-workers had been to different events with photo-booth's set up, and the ongoing buzz was that this was SOOOOOOO different. They had good prices and good reviews, so we booked them! They arrived on time, had everything set up, and a TON (I mean it!) of props! Way more props than I've seen with any other photo booth. Communication with Neal and Erica was super easy. Such a plus! They were always quick to respond to my emails. On the day of, they left us with a mini album of all the photos that were taken, and by the time we returned from our honeymoon, we had a USB drive in our mail including all of the photos and a video they added. They just kind of stood there and took pictures. They never once greeted any of the guests (I was at the Photo Booth a lot throughout the night) and instead of handing the photos out after a session.. the woman working just stood there sticking labels on the back of the photos. You could really just tell they didn't care to be there. At one point, after they refilled the printer paper my friend stated "I think our photos are going to be printed" and the woman working replies "IT'S RIGHT HERE." The quality of the photos were subpar (a bit blown out, backdrop crooked, the wall in the background that's not supposed to be in the photos showing, etc). After hearing about what had happened to Violet C. and her son after the wedding, I am absolutely appalled. I too work in the wedding industry as a vendor and yes, people (drunk people) and children, at times, can be very frustrating. But you never treat them with disrespect, let alone threaten to shut down the operation, especially b/c of a two year old trying to play with props... In the end you are providing a service that someone paid hundreds of dollars for on their one special day. A day you cannot relive. Unless the guests are blatantly putting you in harms way, you put a smile on, no matter what. You can absolutely see their lack of professionalism given these "response reviews" (probably by their family/friends). Most of them being put in the "not currently recommended" section below. One being removed completed because it violated Yelp's terms of service (Kara L.) My friend wrote a review on their Facebook in which they responded to still defending their actions as it was their policy to not let children play with their props. If people/children annoy you that easily, then don't work in this type of industry. I would take your business elsewhere and not take the risk of your special day being ruined just because one person or CHILD annoys the staff.
