Before I could even order my food I walked up after she had just taken someone else's order and had to wait for them to be done horse playing in the truck before my order could be taken. We got the tacos and the quesadilla suprema and thought the latter has more flavor. The tacos are just like street tacos though in the sense that they are particularly small. So, this review actually stings a little bit because I love good tacos and this spot definitely has them. However, I just can't patronize a business that has made it very clear that my business is not appreciated. I've been going there for months now & I've never really felt welcomed but also never any real attitude so it was all good. At least until last night, I called in an order and the young lady told me 10mins. I show up and the guy acts like he didn't know what my order was & once I told him he said 5 mins. Okay cool However, 20 mins later they give me the order and it's wrong. After I brought it up the same young lady who originally took my call in order argued with me about what I actually ordered. In an attempt to show her dislike for me not just accepting whatever they gave me, she insisted that I pay an additional dollar for the little bitty micro cup of taco salsa for my food.I have seen this story many times before everything is good until they start making real money & then it's a burden to give good customer service. I love tacos but I don't see them sticking around for the long haul. Sooner or later folks will get tired of paying good money for bad service. A couple days later I went to give them another chance and I got my food on time but it was the worst tacos I've tasted.
