Before I could even order my food I walked up after she had just taken someone else's order and had to wait for them to be done horse playing in the truck before my order could be taken. Ordered my food before my husband. We ordered the same thing (Birria Tacos). Sat down for a few minutes and his came out first. The lady who took my order was very sweet and prompt. She told us it would only be 10 minutes and waved us down as we waited in our car. We got the tacos and the quesadilla suprema and thought the latter has more flavor. The tacos are just like street tacos though in the sense that they are particularly small. You might want to get an extra order of those babies to be full. Overall for both it was $14 and a large horchata was only $3. I was thoroughly pleased and will come back. So, this review actually stings a little bit because I love good tacos and this spot definitely has them. However, I just can't patronize a business that has made it very clear that my business is not appreciated. I've been going there for months now & I've never really felt welcomed but also never any real attitude so it was all good. At least until last night, I called in an order and the young lady told me 10mins. I show up and the guy acts like he didn't know what my order was & once I told him he said 5 mins. Okay cool However, 20 mins later they give me the order and it's wrong. After I brought it up the same young lady who originally took my call in order argued with me about what I actually ordered. In an attempt to show her dislike for me not just accepting whatever they gave me, she insisted that I pay an additional dollar for the little bitty micro cup of taco salsa for my food.I have seen this story many times before everything is good until they start making real money & then it's a burden to give good customer service. I love tacos but I don't see them sticking around for the long haul. Sooner or later folks will get tired of paying good money for bad service. I personally won't be back, there's plenty of good taco spots that appreciated their customers. However, I hope they will eventually learn good business and I wish them all the best. Food is always great and the consistency on how the good the food is is the same or better everytime. The staff is alway super friendly which is a bonus. The fresh waters are actually homemade and not powdered which is not as common anymore in food trucks. read more
