Eat Box has some great innovative twists on plain boring food. For instance, one of the fry options is spiced and then loaded with grape tomatoes. They seriously stole my heart (and filled my stomach of course). I was actually sad to see that Forecastle is only inviting back Kentucky based vendors for the 2015 festival. Hopefully I can catch them somewhere in TN sometime!!

It was a go up and order at the counter and they bring you your food. If it was a full sit down where they had a menu I would give em 5 stars cause the food was very good. And we travel to Tulum twice a year. And their food is very authentic. I love their sauce bar. The inside is kind of what you would expect for a place that you walk up to the counter. In order, the ambience is OK. If you're in a hurry for some authentic Mexican food, I would recommend this place. If you wanna go out and dine, maybe not where you wanna go.
