Fantasic food! Ordered a double cheeseburger with bacon, took me back 45 years to when my parents cooked burgers. So delicious, cooked correctly, juicy and absolute perfection. Crinkle fries are served hot! So many delicious options, my Husband had the lamb gyro and stated it was the best he has ever had. Customer service is outstanding, friendly, patient and they genuinely care about your experience with them. Terrible we live in Las Vegas (even though it would be well worth the trip). The best burgers from a food truck I have had. The Chicago dogs are right on too. There are picnic tables under a rain barrier and they are on concrete. However, the parking is on dirt and gravel. The prices may be a little higher, but are worth it for what you get (my opinion). Overall, the food is great and the wait time is minimal and dependent on the crowd. Try the BBQ Burger. It's worth the weight . I'm not a dry burger but on the moist side. Pork and beef works well together.

My wife and I stumbled upon KC Finns one evening during an overnight travel stop thru Jackson,Tn. We asked the hotel clerk who had the best bbq in the area and were sent there without question. We expected a traditional indoor dining bbq place, as we approached the gos appointed turn into the driveway we realized that's not what it is at all. It's a food truck/trailer in a permanent location. They have a covered area with picnic tables. None of that deterred us one bit, in fact it spark our interests. We had been told to try the BBQ fries but they were out of fries since we'd gotten there about 15 minutes before they closed down. Instead we got bbq tater tots. I had the pulled pork bbq burger, and my wife tried the pulled pork/bbq bologna burger (yes, she's kinda weird that way. The burger and bologna for our sandwiches were cooled in front of us on grill, and final prep was done in the kitchen. The food looked amazing when it came out, and tasted just as good. I highly recommend the bbq tots and the pulled pork burger. There were lots of locals grabbing to go orders while we ate, always a sign of a successful business, and the staff was super friendly. We ended up buying a to go order of the bbq tots and gave it to the hotel clerk when we got back. She was very thankful. I had traveled the I40 corridor many times and stayed in Jackson many of them, I will not do so again without a visit to KC Finns! Well worth the short detour for a lunch or dinner stop even if you're not staying overnight. read more

Everything I've had has been REALLY good. Because they cook the food right when you order, everything is always hot. We typically will sit outside at the picnic table and eat and will talk to the employees from time to time. I believe the owner is from Chicago, but don't hold me to it. Somebody forgot to tell this place that the bun is supposed to be larger than the meat. In all seriousness this place is very good! The bun is actually smaller than the beef! 1/3 lb of beef is the normal size patty with a 1/2 lb being the large. Very good burger, probably one of the best in the area and definitely better than the fast food joints in the area. Fries were crinkle cut and nice and crispy on the outside.
