This is definitely a great lunch option if you are very, very hungry for Mexican street food and want to get very full for less than $15. The burritos are delicious and taste authentic and fresh, but they're also so overwhelmingly greasy that it detracts from how good they are. If I don't eat the whole burrito at once-- which is hard to do since the burrito is huge-- the tortilla is so soggy with grease that it's not very good after a few hours. I'm not sure if my first burrito was a fluke, but no burrito has been quite the same since. So, I guess it's a little hit or miss, but the portions are always huge. Ironically, I think they may have recognized me from my Yelp review, and tried to give me a better burritos by giving me one with way more meat, rice, and beans. The reason I loved the first burrito so much was because it had such a great amount of other toppings. I love when there's enough Pico de Gallo, guacamole, and sour cream to get some in every bite. I still think this is a great food cart, and the portions are huge, but I may have originally overrated the flavor a little bit. I love the look of this truck and the customer service and the vibes but the burritos are just a little too greasy for me.
