The chimichanga was on specials and it was beautifully presented, almost reminding me of a giant dumpling! You can choose from a variety of different options for protein, so I chose steak. It had a creamy sauce surrounding it, and also came with salad and rice. The rice was flavorful and the salad had some guac on it, so it was creamy and good. The Al pastor torta was more like a flat bread/ pita sandwich, and was filled with diced Al pastor, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and avocado. We ordered a side of grilled onions and peppers, which were spicy and went well with the torta. We ordered jalapeños but we were served Serranos, which were even spicier! The server was really welcoming and efficient. You can pay the bill as you walk out, and credit cards incur a fee. Tips are also separate and you can give it directly to the server! They also had some desserts on display but we were too full to indulge this time.

The price was very reasonable for a food truck, and the food smelled and looked delicious. These tacos contain a lot of melted cheese, as well as well seasoned and perfectly cooked shredded pork.
