The service is great never had any problems but this place is in an Arco gas station so if you wanna pay a bill or get gas buy snacks while you're waiting well there you go! 1/13/24 Getting breakfast for tomorrow! Ham Breakfast burrito with extra hot sauce ordered.. They had a hard time understanding to start.Only Spanish speaking, but luckily, after 2 heavily speaking Spanish workers, a 3rd guy came on and thankfully, he spoke English well! Took order and said it would be ready. I went in to get it shortly later! It is shared with an AMPM. Right next to it. You can walk right into it. I walked in and there was a short line. If you're in the Sanger area and looking for a good breakfast burrito, then make a pit stop here. This seems to be the only place early enough to dish out some breakfast burritos and I am very grateful of that. Taqueria Morales is located inside of AmPm but off to the side a bit. Their prices are reasonable and the staff is courteous. The wait time may be a bit long because everything is cooked fresh to order in visible sight. It's a bit small, maybe three tables at the most (most of their clientele is to go orders). Any who, the burritos are great. The bacon is crispy, the potatoes are cool throughout, and the eggs are cracked fresh. They do give you some salsa, but my stomach is sensitive nowadays so I passed. Burritos were terrible. I paid $18 for 3 burrito not worth the price. They had the rudest attitude. They had horrible customer service. The woman taking the orders is not nice at all she said "you ready" I walked up and told her my order she ignored me and said "you ready" again but looked over and a guy walked up to get his food the gentle man told me "yeah she's not nice, im sorry she did that to you" . This is a good 3.5 star restaurant. It's in the same building with the Arco AM/PM. Apparently, no one is responsible for the tables, as they weren't good. It wasn't days-old nasty but they needed some clean up. I got the number 1 combo with 2 carne asada (your choice of meat) tacos, rice, and beans for $4.75. Tell me that isn't a deal. I also got a Jarritos Limon. They didn't have Agua de Piña but that wasn't much of a surprise--Horchata was available, which was also not a surprise. Having a meal and a drink for under $8.00 was. Since I wanted to eat there, they made sure to give me napkins. There was a spoon under the foil, over the food. The food was good, not incredible. They included slices of jalapeño, carrot, and lemon, which is also good considering the price. The meat seemed to be almost ground beef, which is fine with me but not carne asada. The taste of the meat was fine and it wasn't chewy. I've been places where they charged a premium for carne asada and it was just old stew beef and hella chewy. Want to start off first by saying the food is good here. The breakfast burritos are my favorite. The reason this gets the lowest possible rating is because of the customer service. They have no social skills what so ever. It's not just a one time thing, it's every time. The sign outside says they open at 6:30am & even the flashing light is on outside that says open. When I went inside to order the rude Hispanic lady said it's 7AM, like I was in the wrong. Customer service is #1 in my opinion. Without that even with the food being good is an automatic fail. We tried the pastor tacos and an asada burrito and both were delicious. The young man who took our order was polite and the space was extremely clean. The only downside is that we waited nearly 30 minutes for an order for 2 without any warning. We would have been happy to place our order, be given a wait time, then leave to run errands and come back when it's ready. It seemed like people who came in after us were getting orders before we did. A fair amount of people were picking up what seemed to be phone orders which seems to be the best route to go.
