The arrachera is super tender, but my new favorite dish is the shrimp burger; it's like a shrimp fajita with a great portion of cheese in two buns. Simply heaven. Also, I can attest that the fish ceviche is fresh, no offputting smell, and it is perfectly limed and seasoned Right recently I enjoyed the arrachera Molcajete and it was so tender and delicious! That didn't affect the food or the service. The food and service were what we had expected in this upscale Mexican community.
