Don't come here if you're hungry. You'll have to wait two hours for your food, even if the restaurant isn't busy. We were in no rush, but the wait time was diabolical. My friend politely asked the waiter if our food was cooking yet when he came to the table after two hours of waiting. He said our food was next, and proceeded to tell us that their food is made from "scratch" and people often don't have the patience to wait for that. My daughter and I went for dinner. We were sat right up against the Budda 'wall'-Do not sit there. My view was of the restroom entrance and the service doors (I am notorious for being sat in literally every single worst table in every restaurant - IDK why. ;( Anyway, I had no clue they served cocktails-it was our first time in-obviously they have a full bar, but i was 'blinded' from the sun walking in, then I was paying attention to where we were walking (far back) and my left side was fully blocked from the bar view once seated, we were sitting at the base of the statue. Anyway, I digress, I asked if they served wine-bc they had a beer menu at the table. Got the list. Ordered a glass of wine. 10 mins later, the waitress asked if we wanted anything more than water....um ya, my wine? Seemed like a long time passed again, she came back (without the wine) took our order, then said she would have to pour the wine herself. Forever went by, she dropped off the wine, then said she would put in our order....um.....what? We've already been here forever, just to get a glass of wine, and you still haven't placed the order? Forever went by, got our appetizer of Spring Rolls-we had to ask for plates and a napkin/silverware setting as our hot food sat in front of us-biggest pet peeve, apart from sitting in the WORST spot, is getting food served with NO means to eat it with. (I would have asked prior, but never saw our server after the wine drop off) She brought us the place settings, we each ate one. Had one left we were going to take home. Forever went by (haven't seen the server still) so we decided to split the 3rd roll instead of getting a box. Another forever went by, I'm done with my glass of wine, and I sipped it SUPER slowly. The dirty dishes sat on the table, no water refills, no wine refill.....Finally the hostess came by and grabbed some of the dishes.....'food should be out shortly' she said......it wasn't.....more time passed, another server stopped by (who I wish we would have had, as he, David, was chatting it up with his tables, super attentive, etc-would have made our night a 5 star night-I overheard him telling the couple across from us who just sat down about some ginger cocktail....i would have loved to have had that-i just assumed since beer was the only drink menu, they prob had wine also-a cocktail menu at the table or at the time of sitting would have been nice.) Anyway, David saw us sitting there, as he'd walked passed us 100 times, tending his tables, empty wine glass at the side of the table....he came by, asked if i wanted another glass....um no thanks-(it already took forever for that glass-even though the tables around us were getting their drinks STAT)....'your dinner of xxx will be out shortly'.....it wasn't....guess i should have gotten another drink....mind you, this entire time, our server hasn't stopped by, and i had barely seen her....finally our food arrives.....it's WRONG....I ordered chicken and got beef. I said I'd eat it.....and it was delicious, but it was wrong. So for the food it gets high marks. It did take FOREVER, and I wouldn't have minded if the server came by to check in, or offer more to drink - didn't even get water until a long time had passed. On our way out, another patron was NOT happy. I believe they had the same server as us.....leaving the parking lot, our server was outside on the corner vaping/smoking....no wonder our order took forever, she probably was outside more than she was working (she seemed 'high' but I didn't think too much of it-assumed she was just tired- until i saw her vaping). *Ambiance would have been way nicer sitting in probably any other spot other then up against the wall). Like one of the booths, or the high tops in the windows or even at the bar. It is very nicely decorated inside. *Food was excellent-even though it was incorrect. *Service was exceptionally terrible. Will I be back? Maybe, once I start seeing reviews of better service and less time waiting on drinks/food. Otherwise, I'll keep trying other places. read more

Great little Thai spot in downtown Prescott. It's so cute inside. Exposed brick walls and a large fountain right in the middle. It really takes you away to another world. Our server was super friendly and the food was really good. The egg rolls had a lot of veggies-more than most. I got the Pad Se Ew at spice level 2 which was pretty mild but my husband got a veggie dish at spice level 3 which was pretty hot. I may try 2.5 next time as I will definitely be back! read more

We FOUND IT!!! Best Orange Chicken anywhere!!! 5 solid stars - got the level 3 heat, super orange peel flavor, crispy, served very hot and huge portion, good amount of brown rice and extra sauce. We got the "Chicken Satay" appetizer with peanut sauce - also a solid 5 stars! We had great service and recommendations for our first visit (Thanks, Dillon - Well done). They have a nice full bar with some good cocktails. They also have a huge fish tank down the center of the restaurant loaded with Koi. It's quite pretty, and the service has always been friendly (been there 3 times). I think all 3 times they have mentioned that the food would be a little bit longer delivery time, as every dish is hand made to order. Honestly with a decent appetizer and one of their excellent cocktails I really never noticed the food being slow. They have many familiar Thai dishes and all that I've had were well executed. The coolest interior design and atmosphere of any Thai spot I've been to. There's a long koi pond in the center of the restaurant you can sit next to. The food was really good, and all the staff were incredibly kind. Prices are higher than you might be used to at your regular Thai restaurant, but I think the service, ambiance, and food quality make up for the difference here. read more

The service was genuinely excellent. Friendly, attentive, and relaxed without feeling rushed. The ambience is a big win too. Dim lighting, candles, peaceful music, and there's even a fish pond in the middle of the restaurant, which makes the whole space feel calm and inviting. They have a full bar and a solid wine selection, which was a great bonus. Location is perfect right in downtown, easy to walk to and a great spot for dinner or drinks. After loving this place for years had a terrible DoorDash experience with their HORRIBLE food. Stale and freezer burn shrimp in both the curry and the cooked veggie entrees, over cooked veggies next to RAW green beans. Coconut shrimp was so burnt it was inedible. The rice was NOT COOKED and hard and when we called and left messages hoping to resolve with the restaurant they never returned our calls then it was too late for DoorDash to remedy. This was a special occasion splurge for my elderly and disabled mother and it was waste of almost $200 dollars. The restaurant couldn't be bothered to call us back after several messages were left and the food all went in the trash. I've never been served such disgusting slop. We previously ate here every few months and loved their curries. This was a complete disaster that no one cared about. Serving stale shrimp and raw veggies with uncooked rice is food poisoning waiting to happen. Not responding to customers calls asking to be contacted is just mismanagement at its finest. So bad. Last night my teen and I went for dinner and it was so depressing. I spent nearly 80$ on dinner for two and received horrible service. The employees were all clearly overwhelmed and unable to do the job. We had no water refills. No one checked on us once. We waited for 45 minutes for our food. Our level 2 spiced pad Thai was dry and super spicy and tasted like black pepper. It didn't taste like Thai food at all. I don't know what it was but it wasn't pad Thai. I've been eating at this place for years too so I was bummed. Thai food is my favorite food in the planet. This used to be a decent spot to eat but helllllll no. I'll never come back. Why would anyone waste 80$ on a crappy tasting dinner with no service? They turn down people who apply for serving positions too so it's not about being short handed. It's about greed. read more

The interior decor is nice, and definitely feels like Thai. Our server was very good, friendly and attentive. We ordered Orange Thai Basil Chicken and Pork Yellow Curry and started with Chicken Satay. The chicken Satay was small and thinly sliced but tasted good. Most chicken satay I have had is thicker and on a skewer. I give this a 3 star. The yellow curry tasted good but was very thin, more like soup instead of a thicker texture that is usually what I see. I give this a 3. The orange chicken tasted fine but was not crispy. It was a little soggy sitting in the sauce. I give this a 3 as well. The service was excellent, the decor was authentic, but the food was mediocre. Sadly, not the best Thai food that I have had. read more

First timers here for a girls dinner date and we were pleasantly surprised when we walked inside. This place is located in the historic downtown area and directly across the street from the courthouse square. Parking is available on the street in front of business and surrounding streets. We were seated in a booth and were quickly greeted by our server who was very polite and helpful. She answered all our questions about the menu and gave us time to look it over. We actually skipped on the alcohol this evening (I know!), however we did review the extensive wine selection and were blown away by the huge bar! I'm telling you, this place is not what you would expect it to be from the outside! We will definitely have to go back just to sit and order from the bar. Anyway, we weren't to sure what to order, but I decided on a chicken noodle dish that included basil in the ingredients and my friend chose another noodle dish. Because I like my food spicy, I went with "Thai spicy", which btw wasn't very spicy at all... I'm going to go with it's just me! I love caliente spicy!!! We also ordered some spring rolls as an appetizer, because why not??? So our appetizer was served right away and was super hot. The rolls were tasty, but unfortunately, they were also very greasy. I mean it didn't keep us from eating them, but we had to squeeze the grease off with our napkins... Our food was also served quickly and came out nice and hot just as I like it. I was a bit disappointed with the noodles (wide egg noodles), because they were too sticky and overcooked for my liking. The flavor was on point, spice level not bad, and serving size was perfect. My friend also enjoyed her meal, but agreed that the noodles were overcooked. I'm definitely not a Thai food expert, so I will have to consult with my daughter and find out how and what to order next time. The three star rating is only on the food. Service was excellent, however the place could have used a sweeper or carpet cleaner. Nevertheless, I will give them another chance and return once again in the future. read more

I recently went in for some Thai. I love Thai food. This place is excellent. I love there sticky rice and Mango as a dessert.

Ordered pickup here for one of my non pizza eating kids, the decor was upscale and the open fish pond is very neat. I wouldnt want to sit my kids at it because their hands would be in it. I think the menu prices are high for the portion sizes and wasnt a fan up being upcharged for switched from an animal protein to tofu. The food however was tasty. read more

We went to eat here on 8/9 for dinner as a family. This is now the 3rd time of giving them a second chance. Our server for seeming like the only one actually working was trying his hardest. The food pricing has gone up and quality has gone down but that wasn't even the problem. We ordered a couple scoops of coconut ice to share and a couple bites in my wife bit something hard and hurt her tooth it was a piece if plastic. I showed the waiter and he seemed very concerned it turns out the plastic container the ice cream was in was broken and in mixed in the ice cream. The kicker is the owner/manager appeared to not care at all, her tone and face said it all we had already paid our ticket she was done with us. She gave the waiter permission to credit us for the ice cream since we couldn't finish it. We will not ever go back it's a shame this restaurant used to be one of our favorites for Thai food. My brother and I shared the Thai Pho (level 2), and both really enjoyed it. It was a large portion of food, and we were both full after sharing it. He likes spice, but I'm not a huge fan, and the level 2 was just right for both of us. We sat at the bar and Stefan was our server/bartender. He's great, really personable and accommodating. Our food took a while to come out, but Stefan chatted with us and helped the time go by faster. I really enjoyed watching the fish swim in the koi pond too. read more

Did say it would be 20 mins before we got our food. We sat for 1 hour and 20 mins and the server never came over one time to ask if I wanted another drink or offer any updates. Finally after an hour and twenty mins I told the waitress we were going to leave and she had the nerve to ask us if we already placed our order. Absolutely ridiculous. We went to Tara Thai before going to concert at the Elks Theatre. We were celebrating our engagement and it was suppose to be special evening. I had the same terrible experience a few months back during Acher night! I gave the Restaurant a pass because it was very busy evening for all the restaurant establishments. Sad to say, this time there were only 3 people in the entire restaurant. so the being too busy excuse does not apply here. first off the waitress was a 12 years old girl! Clearly this child was in an situation that was beyond her ability. We ordered two dishes to share family style. she delivers only one plate that was cold, and ran away before we could ask about the other dish? When we finally got her attention it was through several other employees. As it turned out, she spaced and forgot to order the second plate. Her inability to properly wait tables was beyond obvious. In addition to botching our order she failed at getting us drinks. We were neglected and it's very disappointing to spend $90. for a crappy, cold dinner with horrible service. I thought there were Child Labor laws? regardless, the restaurant should be ashamed!. read more

Christmas eve 2025. Took an hour to actually receive our food. The Thai Ice Tea was mainly sweet tea. We were recommended the crab puffs as opposed to the Calimari. Bad choice, the filling was like a creme cheese from a can. Not even a hint of crab. No complaints about the ambiance. It was vary pleasent. But what matters (food and service) makes me say - beware.
