To be clear,…read morewe had already participated in FIVE MONTHS of weekly orofacial myofunctional therapy with a different provider (and gotten absolutely nowhere) so I feel I have a fairly qualified perspective. Also, my daughter and I arrived at Erin's office very worn out and unenthused about more tongue therapy. We were not ideal clients but Erin was awesome. She carefully, thoroughly, and SUBTLEY evaluated my daughter (who thought she was just having a snack!!). Erin called me the next day for a private conversation (without my daughter) to explain the various issues she thought we needed to work on. I was stunned; most of what Erin diagnosed was all new to me. Erin took the time to discover WHY my daughter had tongue thrust and treat the underlying problem, not just the symptoms. Erin took a comprehensive view, tailoring speech, feeding and orofacial myofunctional therapy into a personalized (and written) treatment plan. My daughter's therapy sessions were FUN; she looked forward to them. Erin was so encouraging and she always had a fun craft or activity interwoven throughout the session. Homework was tailored and manageable (unlike our previous dreary and exhausting 20 minutes 3x/day homework that never helped anyway). When my daughter mastered an exercise, Erin moved us along our treatment plan (instead of just randomly rotating new exercises as our previous therapist had done.) Erin coached me on what to watch for at home during our weekly homework, encouraging me to contact her if I had questions or saw quick improvement so she could modify my daughter's exercises. Midway through therapy, my daughter had an ortho appliance removed which caused new issues to crop up. Erin dropped everything and switched our treatment plan to nip this new issue in the bud. Further, on several occasions Erin initiated contact with me between sessions to offer an additional idea or treatment exercise. But best of all, Erin's comprehensive and perfectly tailored treatment plan worked! We graduated in only ten visits! We left weekly therapy with Erin's reassurance that I could contact her anytime if I (or the dentist/ortho) saw any signs of my daughter regressing. I can't recommend Erin highly enough. Five stars for sure!

Even though it was our 3rd baby we learned about baby sleep from Wendy and honestly changed our whole lives because we were able to put our baby to sleep on her own and have our own sleep and time back in the evenings. Wendy did such an amazing job cleaning all the bottles and pump supplies too. Very thorough with her notetaking and never overstepped. She'd always offer advice but in that helpful kind non judgemental way that made me feel supported.
