Very clean, organized store. At the time I arrived, parking was easy. I usually shop on-line so I have nothing to compare this to.

I was staying at a nearby hotel with my wife. The bathroom situation was bad... no fan, no privacy. No bathroom in the lobby. I had Perkins earlier in the day and I knew I was brewing something foul. This was the type of foul that could ruin a marriage. The smells coming out of my body were horrific. I had to figure out a way to drop this number without my wife hearing or smelling it. I checked my phone and saw a target up the road. I drove over and ran inside. Kaboom! What a mess! I was sitting there pushing and that's when I noticed how clean this bathroom was. Every surface looked like it received a deep cleaning that day. The tiles were so white! The chrome fixtures were beautiful. I took an extra minute to admire just how wonderful a job was done with the bathroom maintenance. When I finished my business I thought I should browse the store a bit, and it was very nice. My wife was checking out and the cashier forgot to hand her one of the bags. She returned home and noticed she was missing it. I called the next morning and spoke with Dez, one of the managers. Right from the start, she was asking all of the right questions to see if they can locate the bag. After being on hold a few times, they couldn't locate it. And the products in the bag weren't cheap. All skin care products. They said they would get more people involved and would contact me with an update. After 20 minutes, they called back and found it. Dez, from the beginning, did everything right. They were soft spoken, kind, understanding, thoughtful, and had great people skills. They could have easily said " sorry, we couldn't find it" and left it at that. To me, they went above and beyond. It's comforting to know there are employees that do more than just the bare minimum. I Went to this target with one of my friends to get her make up for her birthday gift but here was this one security guard she was really mean. me and my friend put some makeup in the cart and went to look at the food and clothing and we were laughing at a funny joke. and I needed to get a soda stream to make homemade soda then as I was looking at the different flavors this mean security guard from before came up to me and my friend and said that she needed to give her all the confined "products" that we weren't thinking on paying for that we need to leave then then the rude security guard proceeded to grab my friends purse and dump the so-called "products" which was her empty make up from home which was blush,foundation and eye serum witch we need to look for and her iPhone AirPods and her car keys all of that was dumped on the dirty floor then the security guard started saying shit to me and my friend about how "we can go to jail for this type of shit" that she's going to call the police on us for something we didn't even do then she started accusing me and my friend for even more shit we didn't even do then she walked us up to the front of the store and escorted us out. Then she said I wanna make sure you guys LEAVE THE STORE and then perceeded to tripped me and she said I hit her, which I didn't I would never hit a girl in my life. I am gay and I have a boyfriend. A generally like this Target as opposed to some of the others in close proximity. It's usually less crowded, is clean, and is well stocked. However, there are at times some issues with customer service. Yesterday, I was shopping in the outdoor decor area. One of the employees was doing his rounds and was fixing up the shelves. His manager walked by. The manager told him he needed to pick up the pace. The manager then proceeded to use this opportunity to tell the employee that he feels as though he needs to pick up the pace in general and went on to say that he thinks this employee comes in and does little as possible. Now, for all I know, this may be true. But this definitely did not seem like a public conversation. This is one that should have occurred in private or in a performance review. It was very awkward for myself and one other customer in the vicinity. I brought up the situation to customer service and the women working the counter said she "would let someone know." I hope this is the case because it was very unprofessional on the manager's part. On another occasion, there was an item for clearance at a nearby Target that was not in clearance at this location. I inquired about their policy to price matching and was given a very rude response about how clearance prices are at the discretion of the individual store. Fine. I understand the policy and I accept it, but my interaction did not warrant such a rude response. read more

This is my go to Target location. Normally pretty neat & clean (though the dollar section gets a bit nuts sometimes). It might take you a bit to find someone to help you, but they tend to be knowledgeable & helpful when you do find them. Plenty of checkout lanes during busy times. Super friendly folks at the return desk - I've done more returns than I'd like to remember with our house purchase. They make it easy to bring back what doesn't work (just don't forget your receipt unless you paid with a credit card). Only real downside is parking, and even that's not bad 90% of the time. read more

This location is much better than the airport road location (that stores disgusting). It is a typical target with its usual merchandise. Pros: -Target, as a company, does a great job with promos, discounts, personalized coupons, and things of the like -This store is super clean all the time -Lots of food choices -The layout is solid -Good selection of products in Seasonal, Cosmetics, and Toys Cons: -I hate the Pizza Hut, but that's because I hate Pizza Hut -Starbucks is small (the one pro to the Airport Road location is that their Starbucks has an area to sit and veg on my chai tea) -4/5 cashiers suck at bagging but I don't really care about that. It's Target. It's close to my house and it's open relatively later. I like it. Sometimes they could do with a quick clean up since clothing seems to get scattered around a lot, but that's most likely due to sales and people picking through them. I used to get my makeup brushes from here since their store brand brushes were getting some amazing reviews online. And I would agree. But now they've done away with those and have mostly the more expensive brands. Sonia Kashuk brushes are nice , but I swear the Target ones were just as nice at less than half the price. Oh well, I guess I'll just keep on taking care of my Target brushes and hope they bring them back. read more

I went late at night to pick up an order and I could tell the people in front of me and behind me were very rude, however when I got to the register, I would have been honestly fine if the cashiers and staff were unhappy, but they were so nice and I had the most friendly interactions with the staff. June 12th, I had to go to Target to develop some recent graduation pictures. At 79 years old this is a challenge! The God's were smiling on me for out from behind the counter came Danielle!! What an absolute joy she is. She helped me without the slightest mention that I was having a problem. She just spoke so kindly and made certain that I had each and every picture I wanted, then, she asked me what else I needed, I needed batteries, she got them for me, I needed a new Sandisk thing to put into my camera, she went and got it, then I needed ink for my printer and she took me to the ink and then she took me to customer service and checked me out!! Target at the Cedar Crest Mall, there is an Angel there waiting for a lucky senior to receive, without asking, the most loving care. Best Target in the LV for sure. It's usually stocked well and the employees seem nice. My only complaint is the layout of the clothing sections and the lack of signage of which clothing section is which. I got lost in a sea of clothes and had no idea where each section began and ended, nor could I figure out where the section I was looking for even was. I eventually gave up. The only clear section was the children's clothing and I think that's for obvious reasons. read more

I was at target today and I decided to go through self check out the girl there stared at me as I scanned everything in I was the only minority checking out and she didn't even look at the two other ladies that were there checking out. I asked the target employee why she was staring at me her response was I'm not staring at you when she clearing was. Never felt like this in a store ever. This is my go to store. I love the pharmacy they are helpful and friendly. The target brand up and up is really great. I love their trash bags and gallon zipper bags, they are better quality than other store brands. The main thing i love about this target over the bethlehem one is the 2 entrances. It makes it easier to run in and out if you only have to go to one part of the store. read more

This is the worst Target I have been to! The employees are lazy and rude. Every time I have had a complaint I have had to deal with uppity managers that could care less about customer satisfaction. I purposely go out of my way to go to ANY other Target in the area. The only competent employees there are the security guards and the Starbucks employees. This is a pretty good target. It's got all the basic goods of any good target and groceries. My only problem with this target is that I haven't been able to find many great finds in the sale section, but that's a silly problem to have since most things in target aren't that expensive (I just love a good deal!). Possible the WORST target I have ever been to, I asked for assistance on a back to college chair. The cashier was checking and I believe whoever was next to her was a manager well without checking stock she immediately stated they did not have it in stock.. Only to find I they did have it in the back room and not the color I wanted which the website states they did carry it. I purchased a different color, I called the front desk and ask for the original color and they told me they had it..
