This Target is very conveniently located for me. I love all the new improvements they have been making. Be advised that there is a horrific smell near the meat/milk area. I was told that the smell is coming from the milk drain. It literally smells like something died. It is unconscionable that the team members are aware of the problem but let that smell fester for months. Please pour some bleach down that drain! I cannot buy food here until they clean up that area. read more

I'm not happy with target today.. Unless things are changed I will not deal with there pharmacy again. They don't keep enough on hand to meet my families needs. My daughter has a kidney condition that requires steroids to keep it under control. 3 out of 4 times they have kept us waiting for medication. Having to wait several DAYS for her medication to come in . this is the last straw.. I will not be a target pharmacy customer ever again for the sake of my family. read more

I love target! I always find awesome deals. Customer service and employees are always friendly, professional, efficient and helpful.

Please train the cashiers to thoroughly be able to handle customers with coupons. I only had two coupons; so, the task of ringing me up shouldn't have been that difficult. He had to run and ask questions about my coupons at guest service when he should've just taken the time to read the coupon himself. Buy one get on free up to $5.00 in value and the specifics of the coupon were pretty easy to comprehend. He tells me to pay the total, and then, he would process my coupons separately! WHAT? That doesn't make sense, and defeats the purpose of my buy one get one FREE coupon! There's a line forming; so, I just told him never mind, and cancelled my transaction. read more

I've always been a Target shopper but as of a few weeks ago I'll never go back to this Target. I left disgusted and angry, I needed help in the mens department and this girl was not at all helpful (Meagan) I got a pretty rude vibe while asking questions like I was annoying her. I used to absolutely LOVE this store however it's declined drastically over the last several months. I can NEVER get everything on my list, half if I'm lucky. Items are often out of stock or sometimes past their expiration date. The newly remodeled cosmetics area is overwhelming/confusing and I can never find what I'm looking for. I now buy my makeup at Walgreens or Rite Aid. The fresh produce is a joke. I often find items past their expiration date, as long a month or more. (Example: Market Pantry turkey lunch meat, Market Pantry Lite Buttermilk dressing, Simply Balanced hamburger to name a few). I hate that there's no main door on the bathroom anymore. The store is constantly moving stuff around so it takes forever to find what you're looking for. The incessant employee hand held radio chatter is stressful and unpleasant. While always friendly, the employees seem very unhappy. I used to go to this Target every single Saturday whether I needed anything or not just to relax after a hard week and have a nice morning. Buy a Starbucks, wander around and buy stuff I didn't need. Enjoy enjoy my morning. That's not the case anymore. read more

I shop at this store almost everyday. .but after today's experience with the worse unprofressional customer service i recieved is unforgivable and seriously needs to be dealt with. my bank card was compromised and major money was taken out from an atm using my pin number in Brooklyn, NY. As a common courtesy to what used to be my favorite store was shot down when i was speaking to the "only" manager in the store by the name of madison. she was the most disrespectful, unprofessional, most sarcastic manager i have ever dealt with. her entire demeanor on the phone was taking my "common courtesy" warning to help protect their costumers was taken as a joke by her. when she was told i was going into the store to personally file a complaint, she took it as "welcoming me to a fight". her exact sarcastic words were " ohhhh i would l-o-v-e for you to come in and "talk" with me..." with noticeable giggles by her and her co-workers on the side. i called corporate and all they can tell me was they will have a talk with madison about her unprofessional reaction towards me. i honestly told them they should give her more than a slap in the hand! i only called as a common courtesy to help protect other customers that shop at there, not blame the store for this unfortunate situation with my money being withdrawn from my compromised bank account! the "only manager" in the store, madison took it as a joke! !! smh... i hope her customer service as a manager isn't contagious to her coworkers in that store. i know madison won't care. ..but, my shopping will be done somewhere else thanx to her!!!! read more

I was visiting family and forgot a bathing suit and some pool toys for my little one so we stopped here on the way. The store was just like any other Target except for their customer service. As I went to pay the cashier waited until I placed all but 2 items (out of 15) onto the conveyor belt before saying "before you put all your stuff up here, I'm closed" and instead of just helping us she insisted I take everything off and move to a different lane. If that wasn't bad enough when I told the person who did help us she asked if I saw her name (which I didn't) so made no further effort to do service recovery nor compensate since she apparently doesn't know her coworkers well enough to recognize who was working the lane next to her. I'm assuming that the company couldn't care less since I see many negative reviews with no effort made by management to contact the reviewer or take action. I just hope this doesn't fall on deaf ears and helps others avoid a bad situation by shopping somewhere else. read more

Overall friendly staff...BUT A LOT of products are out of stock and using the restroom isn't easy...they're down a lot...and there are some nasty MALE employees that go into the family restroom and pee ALL over the seat.... definitely nasty read more

Usually I am a big fan of this store, but about a year ago I noticed that the selection for Christian music had been wiped off the shelves. I would like to know why they still kept a selection of every other kind of music other than Christian. I do listen to other kinds of music but I am disappointed that I have to go out of my way now to purchase a Christian CD. I see this as a loss of revenue for this store and I would like to see a Christian selection brought back to the shelves. read more

Nate in Electronics went above and beyond to assist me in leaving the store satisfied. I went in with a game plan of purchasing a Play Station 4 (PS4). Unfortunately the store didn't have any in stock. I asked for his assistance in locating a PS4 perhaps in a nearby Target. He called the Victorville location, they hang up on him. He calls the other Apple Valley location, they hang up on him. Hesperia, same result. Although he got frustrated he called them again for me just to check, no luck. We begin to head out of the electronics department after thanking Nate for his help, and head towards the front of the store to exit. He ran to the front to let us know he got through to a store and located a PS4 that we were looking for. Unfortunately the search didn't end there as his supervisor then told him there was a misunderstanding, but instead of us being left with no game console... We were able to come to a solution that was able to make me and my family more than happy. A discount on a Wii U and a game of my choice. The Wii U console was already more inexpensive than the PS4 console, so adding an additional discount made things that much more interesting. Thank you Nate for your assistance and look forward to continue going to this Target throughout my years of staying in the high desert. read more
