And, Carter's and Osh Kosh B'Gosh do not disappoint. They have some of the most adorable clothing for your little one. How excited I was to learn of this store opening in our local mall (a year plus later). I missed the grand opening last year (since I had just had my baby) and missed its first year of being open (since I basically shielded my newborn and didn't leave the house for months)! Let me just say that every visit, I d not leave empty-handed. I either get something for my little guy or for one of my eight nieces and nephews! So, of course, I signed up for their rewards program. So easy and great for getting me back shopping on there (or online). Can I say that here? Yes, shopping online is way easier than going to the mall with a one-year old. Hence, I have very few photos. (Whenever I have my phone out, he grabs at it.) No worries, my Yelper friends. More pictures are coming because I am going shopping there again very soon. So, if I LOVE this store so much, why only the four stars? It is because of the quality of Carter's brand clothing. This is something I was told and now have experienced first hand... every time. Carter's baby / kids clothing shrinks with the first wash! (I use cold water and dry on low.) So, either buy the same outfits in multiples in different sizes to wear their cute clothes longer or never wash them! Ha! Thank goodness for clearance sales and BOGO deals! The staff are always smiling. Maybe it's due to my adorable baby. They are always helpful when I cannot find the right size or style (that I saw online) in store. They manage well when it gets busy in there. I always appreciate when they help me to save more and also to earn more rewards. I will return numerous times and love not having to drive too far, if I want to pick up or return my online order or to shop in store!

COVID-19 Shopping Experience…read more I only have two words...Amazon Return. I have utilized this service 3 times since out of quarentine and absolutely love it. The store has signage directing you to the contactless Amazon Return counter. No need for a return label, box, or tape. They box it up and send it back for you, so convenient. Staff scans the return barcode sent by email with no questions asked. I received a 25% off coupon to use in store. Winning. Eventhough I never plan on shopping I have used the coupon everytime. I must say I have a love/hate relationship with Kohl's in general but this location is one of my favorites. Staff are always friendly and helpful even while wearing masks, offers assistance as needed, encourage customers to social distance, and the store and female restroom are clean.
