Needed to grab a few things while in town and this was conveniently located to where I was staying. Set up as others with the Starbucks to your left upon entering and the $1 spot that grabs my attention every time I enter a Target. This was my second trip to this location and it has never disappointed. I was able to find some cute little elephant planters as well as some herb gardens and sunflower gardens during both of my visits. This is usually unheard of because the first time I visited it was the end of April right before teacher appreciation week and the second time was the end of May and they still had these items in stock at the dollar spot. I was able to find everything that I needed and the store was made up pretty much like my local store so it was easy to navigate. They were employees readily available throughout the store if I need to ask a question. There was not a long line at the checkout which was very helpful because I was in a rush. I have shopped at this Target for years. I'm not only rating just this Target. But, recently they did a stanley cup drop for a movie. That they have just made. I had to purchase for.my granddaughters. Worst part is I went to the Target. I was told employees are buying them before they hit shelves. That came from a Target manager. I will be on yelp and many other reviews. Policy needs to change. No more than 2 per person. My children were almost assaulted because of lack of professionalism. Online forget it. What about the folks who cannot get there before employees and ridiculous resellers. Buy everything. I cannot get a dumb cup for my kids because I cannot drive right now. I cant order online bc you've made that impossible if its in my cart you take it out and give it to someone else. Before I can purchase it I want two. Two cups for my grands. Target get right. I frequent Target often enough to make a review! This location is right by my house and I have always had a very pleasant visit when I come here. Today when I came, it was no different. I actually stopped by to grab an online order that I placed. The Customer Service desk was free and clear so I walked right up. You walk into a store during an extremely busy season and you expect there to be a little chaos and/or disorganization/mess. That wasn't the case with this Target. During every trip here the store has been clean and decently stocked. There are times when the lines get long, during which customer service opens up a register or two for checkout. During my last trip it wasn't extremely busy, but a worker still saw that I had only a few items and checked me out with her mobile card reader, just so I wouldn't have to wait. I wish every Target operated this way. read more

Annoying in-store experience. Good online pickup experience. Took my daughter to purchase items for her fall-themed slime for her arts and crafts club. Came here and decided to go to their snack café (not Starbucks) first for chicken tenders since I didn't have any lunch. Attendant was rushing us through the order and giving out the total before we even finished giving her the entire order. Then she said, "oh we don't have chicken tenders." Daughter asked for a strawberry minute maid slush and she didn't have that either. I canceled the order and went shopping for the supplies. No apology for the inconvenience from the attendant. The arts and craft section had a very limited selection but I at least expected to find glue. No white glue in stock. Glitter was overpriced at 4 bucks and didn't even have the color needed. The only thing they had was corn starch from the grocery area. I was pleased to see the new reasonably priced Market Pantry brand as Target's generic line. Had to go to Michael's next door to get the rest of the items. Felt like a wasted trip with bad service and the lines were long. No self checkout and still had to make an extra trip to another store. Online ordering and pickup experience was a lot better. Many of the clothing items do not qualify for in car pickup but that's not too big of a deal. I was disappointed to see that many of my sizes were out of stock. The iphone app is great and easy to use. It often has coupons and good sales if you keep checking it. Buying clothing online and picking up in store was quick with the item ready as soon as I came in with no wait in the customer service line. This location needs a serious design upgrade. I have had better experiences in the Charlotte and Tampa locations. read more

Store was clean and decently well stocked. Employees however were rude and hard to find. Spent several minutes waiting to check out as there weren't enough checkers. There are nicer Targets out there so I'll be shopping at other locations. read more

Worse than a WALMART, long lines and insufficient employees! Groups of kids roaming the parking lot, appears unsafe!

They stock spoiled baby food. To be fair, the range of products and the quality are both pretty good. It's a reasonably clean store and while the service has been poor on a few occasions, it's normally quite friendly and helpful. That said, they failed to pull spoiled baby food from their shelves. I made the mistake of assuming they would be more vigilant and the food made my daughter sick. When I called to complain, they offered a full refund for the spoiled food, said they would remove the remaining food, and "try" to ensure it doesn't happen again. That just doesn't seem like an acceptable position and I'm afraid they lost my business. read more

This target is not the best. The employees are generally nice. However, it is not the cleanest and the shelves are rarely stocked.

I am a loyal Target shopper! NEVER again. I walked into the store with two unopened blow mattresses. I had purchased them for a camping trip and we cancelled the trip. I had unfortunately paid cash and could not find the receipt. I walked in from the OUTSIDE and the return desk person said are your purchasing or returning! Ma'am I WALKED IN FROM the OUTSIDE, you were looking right at me!! Let me be clear. I know I don't have my receipt, So I understand that it was a possibility that they couldnt do anything. Losing the receipt was my fault, but the lack of care or respect that this little girl showed me made by blood boil. Then to not even attempt to assist me but telling me that I could only exchange it for the exact same item ( both were unopened) was by far the stupidest suggestion ever. And then when I asked why I couldn't get at least a store credit.she says that is the policy. I asked where was that posted? That is just the policy. No explanation, no alternative, no care, blank stare. I CANNOT!! You can't treat people like criminals . Treat them like people unless they give you a reason not to. Target FAN no more! Terrible customer service . Lost my keys and needed help . The customer service employees in the front and the store manager had an attitude and very condescending . The store manager needs to go work at McDonald's or Walmart , she would be a better fit . I was not expecting them to stop everything and look for my keys , but expected a bit of professionalism and concern which were lacking . Would never return ! read more

First off I just wanted to say I've been coming to this target for at least 4 years, it has never looked this good since opening. Second the people I came across were very friendly and HELPFUL! I had to stop off and return some stuff and a dude named Anthony was working with two others, even though it was super busy! (3rd of July) it went quick! But this guy caught my eye because after I walked away and started shopping I made my way over to the electronics department and guess who helped me get a game out of that locked cabinet? That anthony guy haha. Annnd when I went to check out up front with the rest of my items.... Anthony was right there! I had asked him if anyone else was working (his response was) "there are but they are helping other guests, I'm all over the store. Just want to make sure things look nice and clean and that guests get help if needed" the staff at that store has come along way. I love shopping here now and it's easier then before. From returning something, getting a game out (and not having to use that red button to get someone) and cashing out thanks to everyone who's working hard at this store!
