I had a very bad experience at Target, my boyfriend was racially discriminated and got security following him for "suspicious activity". He was just looking at a phone until a white female employee started observing him with disgust and called security. No one should have to go through that so I hope you improve your customer service, thank you. read more

The cashier Flor was very helpful. She had just closed her register but saw that I had been waiting in line. Most people would look away but she was willing to take an extra 2 minutes to help ring me up before leaving. That's good customer service! read more

Just came here to pickup an online order and was the only person in line. The employee Kendra M. asked for my ID so she could pull up my order and instead of waiting for me to get my ID out (which I had already done by this point), she decided to ring up the 2 people who fell in line AFTER me. When she finally got back to me and gave me my items, I asked "Is this (the Order Pickup section) not your regular section?" And she said "Oh, there isn't any one person dedicated to online orders. We just jump back and forth between here and doing Returns/Exchanges." I said "Oh...because I was here first, and instead you helped the other two before you helped me." And she didn't even acknowledge what I said nor apologize for skipping over me. Horrible customer service. read more

I love target. I come here more often than I probably should. They always seem to have everything I need (and things I don't need hahaha) they have a great selection and recently added a Starbucks. The grocery section is perfect for weekly shopping trips or to pick up a few misc items. There are always a lot of employees so I never have trouble finding someone if I have a question about anything. read more

Nice and clean very well organized. My only complain is the lady at the Target Cafe i believe her name is Charlote she was very rude. When I was done ordering my food; l i forgot to ask for pop corn and when I asked her for it she gave this look like she wanted to eat me and told me I had to wait because she only had enough for some other customers, I do understand other customers were ahead of me but just the way she was acting was just not professional and her lack of customers service makes that place uncomfortable to eat there , at least it was for us, other than that Target is my favorite store to shop they always have good deals. read more

Was at Target Cypress Saturday 2/11/19 at about 1130 am. The store looked like the day after Black Friday. Home goods with pillows on the floor, shelves were disorganized. I looked at purses and there was many on the floor as well. Very messy. There were big metal carts in aisles near cosmetics and shampoo. I have shopped in this Target for 20 plus years. Was my favorite store. I will never go there again. The remodel is also very confusing and uninviting. read more

I absolutely love target and this store is always clean and well stocked but i cannot stand the employees. One cashier checks out girls as they walk by and he stared at my breasts as i was making a transaction, he did not greet me or anything and he kept making a weird noise, to top that off he was extremely slow. One time I was in the furniture aisle and had a question about an item so i went up to these 2 employees talking, and one of them gave me a dirty look and walked away because i interrupted their conversation (excuse me, but it's their job to help customers)...employees here are so rude. I also had a job interview here and the guy interviewing me would not look me in the eye at all, and his whole face was turning red. I had a second interview with the hiring manager and she seemed stuck up and kept staring at me with her eyes wide open. It was the most awkward, most unprofessional interview I've ever had. I did not even call back and I never got a call back either. I do shop here frequently since I live right behind this location, and i do love all of their items & food but definitely can't stand the people who run this place :/ read more

Love this target. Always well stocked and organized. The lines move quickly and the staff is helpful. I like the expanded grocery section! That was a great addition to this location. I feel safe at this location, even at night. It's near other great places to shop or eat and best of all...they've gotten rid of all the beggers...ahem...I mean solicitors! THANK YOU!! I don't know why this Target doesn't have a higher rating, I love it!! I only visit this Target actually, I definitely prefer it over the others in the area. I am at this location probably 1-2 times a week- I admit I may have a problem!! I always find what I need and yea the lines do sometimes get a little long, but the cashiers are always super friendly and open up more registers if possible. It's also nice that they have a Starbucks in here now, just wish they didn't get rid of the Chase atm!! read more

This Target is just like any of the others around. Always my go to place when I need my toiletries. The service is nothing special. All the workers will assist you if you ask, but other than that they remain to their work. The cleanliness of the store is alright. Sometimes certain sections will be messy, but they try there best to clean it up in a timely fashion. read more

I love that they have Starbucks here even tho there's a Starbucks store within the plaza area. Downside of this store is that the Return section was hard to find. Usually when you walk in the store you can locate it easily. The store is like any other Target. I love their clearance items. The pharmacy staffs are very helpful. read more

This store is the worst. Busy time of day and 3 lines open. Lines go to the girls clothing section. No supervisor around to open more lines, only to call and ask cashiers if they closed their lines. Unacceptable! If there are more than 5 people in line your supervisor or manager should be doing everything they can to get the lines down. Even if that means they open. read more

This Target was pretty much like the others I've been to, except it seemed less crowded and a little neater. Also, they had a couple of items I hadn't noticed at other locations, e.g. Method Red Currant hand soap. Otherwise, it had just about everything a typical Target would have. read more

Target is like every other Target. I like shopping here then greedy ass Walmart. It's so chaotic there well most of them are. I only go to Walmart if I am desperate for something or if I am super broke at the moment. The thing about this Target is.... A little smaller and... Where the phat is the self check out!?! Lol! Bad bad bad since when is about the manager at the store and not the buyer?? I had a coupon that I got from online and they couldn't validate it cuz it didn't have a barcode and that's fine but when I asked if they had a coupon for in store that they could use the cashier was going to reach on her drawer and they "manager" told her not to give us a coupon? Why if I showed her a coupon earlier but couldnt scan it wouldn't they try and accommodate since it advertised online? When I asked why did he just told the cashier not to give us a coupon his answer was " oh she wasn't reaching for a coupon she was reaching for the ad" I am sorry but I wasn't born yesterday and I am not that stupid to be able to read body language ugh! That's what make me upset not that it gona be a big savings but the fact that there's no customer service anymore. read more

This Target is a smaller/ Older target but the location is so convient. You basically can find anything there, they added gorcery section a year ago and they also added Starbuck, but also keeps the Target Cafe with plenty of seat. I have my son's monthly prescription refill there and the staff at the pharmacy are nice and it's not too crowd.. But one point I want to bring out is their parking, this Target is located in a plaza with Taco Bell, Dollar Tree, Carl's Jr., BR ice-cream, Papa John, Anytime Fitness, Five Guys Burgers, etc... so you can imagine there are lots of traffic and people walk there.. read more

This target is a block away from where I live. It is okay. The only comment I have to make is they never have enough lines open to get customers out the door. It always gets backed up and is a long wait. read more

This target is a little diffrent from other targets but not much of a diffrence there is not that many people inside the store well feels that way till you get to the checkout section literally everyone is jjst waiting to pay they are realt slow on charging ppl and they dont even have a 15 items or less section thats odd if you have time to waste come down to this target read more

Standing in line at Target there's only one cashier. Yet they are encouraging us to go to self check out. Don't they realize that the more that we use self check now to better the chances of them being obsolete as humans in the store? I will not go to self checkout because I do not work for Target.
