Starbucks is usually ran by teenagers, expect to get something wrong or off on your order when ordering at this Starbucks, l used to work here, food in the back is always going bad, Employees are lazy and dont don't do what there supposed to, just there for the pay. Starbucks usually leaves food you're supposed to throw away, stocked regardless the due date. When it came to cleaning up the area, no one deep cleans, dishes are not washed with soap because there always out of soap so expect to get your drinks to come out of rinsed products, not properly sanitized. Let's not talk about how the workers at Starbucks don't even know how to make most of the drinks, once you get hired your put to work but no training. This store is mostly ran by teens. Never got anything in stock, always out of certain stuff even tho on the app it shows it's on stock, hey take the chance but this store it's just not it and needs improvement, this is all coming from someone who used to work at this location. Managers are lazy always in there office only there for the pay and don't really push them selfs to make this store a better place to shop. This used to be my favorite Target to shop at. I usually shop there about 2 times a week for groceries. The remodel looks great but there has been a great drop in their customer service. They must be having a bad shoplifting problem because today an employee walked up when i was checking out and rummaged through my groceries. I don't have a problem with them doing that since i am not stealing anything, but that's pretty blatant. If I had to choose to go there or recommend, I would most likely tell my friends to head to another location. This used to be THE target to shop at. I definitely will NOT be returning to this Target location. Unfortunately, one of the staff was not as kind as they should have been. I had a cart full of clothing to try on and an older woman with grey hair on their staff immediately scolded me for trying to bring it next to my dressing room door. She told me to leave it completely outside the fitting room area, where my cart was then taken and the clothes I had planned to purchase were gone. I told her this and she said, "What do you want me to do about it?" NOT professional whatsoever. Her customer service was abysmal. I somewhat expect this type of behavior at smaller locations, but her attitude was unacceptable. I understand if the staff is having a stressful day, but there is no need to take it out on a customer that has been nice to you. Terrible experience.....Went to go return a watch I bought from my wife for her 51st birthday and they would not return the product only offer store credit. As you can see it doesn't say that anywhere on the receipt that it's only 14 days for Apple products. Further, I explain to the associate when I bought it early because I wanted to get my wife this Particular watch and with Covid going on supply chains are running slow if it would be OK if I returned it if it was the wrong one or she didn't like it. The response of the day I purchase it it is there's no problem. Just make sure you keep the receipt. As you can see I only bought it barely over a month ago...the assistant managers Carrisa and Micha did nothing to help. Lets see if the store manager Robin can get it straightened up. Its very difficult to get to stores following all the quarantine time lines as well. I happened to be in the area today and stopped in this Target to grab a few things. Pros: The parking lot is easy to navigate and was impeccably clean. There weren't a hundred carts in the keepers outside - a nice change from other Targets. The few employees I interacted with today were all helpful and friendly. Cons: This store is laid out 100% different than any other Target I've been to (and I'm a frequent Target shopper). I couldn't find anything I was looking for without roaming around the store. While wandering around I realized the store is a complete wreck. The maternity section was atrocious. I was hoping to pick up a few tops for work, but I didn't want to pick them up off the floor to check them out. Overall: Would I stop here again? Probably - if I was in the area. Would I recommend this store to anyone? Probably not - there are nicer, cleaner Targets in the area. read more

Tonight we decided to come I twice within 1 hour. We shopped first and stopped to eat nearby. Of course, we decided to see a movie so we came back for tickets at the Harkins but had a hour to kill a back we came. Normally this location is quick but tonight was a bit off. Sure, there are families shopping for back to school items, which is awesome because they had numerous check out lanes open (as well as self check out) so we all moved quickly but in the span if an hour they cut it down to one lane and self serve so you can imagine how many folks were in line My plan was to.just look, but you know Target, you just can't get out the place empty handed. LOL...so we waited in the snake line for the lone cashier (the young lady near her was closing her lane) and you can imagine my relief when she turned her light back on! YES! Time to get my car parked and make the movie with 15 minutes to spare! Please, Target Northfield, staff your check out lines with more folks as parents are getting their children ready for school and shopping at your location. read more

Not significantly different from similar Super Targets (although this one seems to lack the "super" adjective in the name descriptor for some odd reason). I would have to agree with recent comments made by Sherri S.. I too found myself in this particular Target on a weekday between 5pm and 6pm. There were a fair number of shopppers and there seemed to be adequate staffing, but for some reason (shift change, planetary alignment, stubbornness, random acts of unkindness, etc.) they appeared completely unwilling to open additional check-out lines. I am guessing that Target has an "official policy" of opening additional registers when more than three people are waiting, but if that is the case, they are willfully ignoring their customers at this store. If you count the express line at the extreme southern end, there were a total of three lines open (the other two being at the far northern end, and having multiple shoppers with full carts). For those familiar with the layout of a Target, that means that shoppers will full carts of groceries are forced to travel far away from this section of the store in which they filled their carts, in order to then wait to be checked out. These shoppers then most likely wind up pushing their purchased groceries all the way back to the other southern entrance, since that is probably where they parked. Very inefficient and inconsiderate. read more

Just went in for their hiring event and it was really disorganized. The hiring signs are posted every where around the store stating that they are starting at 10 a.m. but they weren't even close to being ready for a large group of interviewers of (13)! Their were alot of "supervisors and HR" running around figuring how to get people signed in, finding kiosks for some to start filling out applications, some people who had scheduled interviews were taken to rooms for actual interviews. Their wasn't any order we were just in a back room waiting. Around 11 a.m. they had only taken 3 applicants. The "supervisors" apologized and said they didn't expect this many people. How could you not expect this many people when you are postung it all over your store and outside of the store and not expect more then three interviewers. My wife and I were about two thirds of the way through a two week vacation when I realized that gosh darn it, not only do people like me, but I will not have enough shorts to last me through this trip. Granted, our cabin which we'd check into within a couple of days ostensibly had a washer and dryer, but we didn't want to take any chances. So after a particularly warm day pounding the streets of Boulder, we decided to stop off at this outlet on the north side of I-70, in the middle of what appeared to be a recovering area. Being from California, this is by far and away the largest Target I've ever been to - somehow having a deli inside the store with the red dot doesn't seem quite right. And to find my shorts.... I think I added about 1,000 steps towards my daily Fitbit total. But I did finally found what I needed, and the choice was robust, with the typical Target prices to match. So now my entire shorts collection has four pockets, and in this age of cellphones, Cliff's Bars and iPods, a guy like me needs all the pockets he can lay his hands on. And I was glad to see an interesting collection of characters hanging out by the checkstands. So, if you need standard goods in this part of the USA, you could do worse than to stop here. In the journey that was Black Friday we ended up at this Target, did they have smoking deals on stuff we had to have, No but the insane whirlwind of Black Friday shopping stopping here was ingrained on the Itinerary! Target of all the stores did it right, They had a coffee gnome strapped with a canister of Starbucks liquid dispensing to all the maniacs waiting in line to enter and spend. She was actually a Target employee but the effort of keeping people warm while waiting in line was pretty cool. Once inside it seemed like every single toy isle had a employee that was there to help you find the must have toy! Which was actually very helpful, and on top of that they had almost every register open and had a bagger to assist the checkers overall we were in and out of this Target in a little over 30 minutes and for Black Friday shopping that has to be a World Record! I stormed out of this store, too frustrated to even wait in line one second longer. This is the worst representation of a chain I love. 3 open lines at the 5p-6p "after work rush hour", with about 5-15 customers in each line. Mind you there were countless employees wandering around sipping on slurpees or whatever the hell they were drinking in the aisles. Each line moving slower than the next. I am probably one of the biggest Target lovers out there in this world and was absolutely thrilled to visit a Super Target!!! What is a Super Target? I know we don't have these in the Bay Area, but Super Target is seriously your one-stop wonder. It's a standard Target that has a deli, grocery store, pharmacy, patio furniture, and a bazillion other things combined. It was so strange seeing tangerines and bananas on the shelves that separate each checker line. I saw people buying slabs of steak along with underwear and toothpaste. They need to have Super Target in the Bay Area!!! You'll never have to run around to go to different stores again to buy everything on your shopping list! read more

Tried to get a couple of seat cushions at 7 AM. I could not find them and tried to use the electronic store finder which said they were in a certain aisle. I went to the aisle and it was full of car products, not what I'm looking for. I'm thinking each store is set up differently so the locator is useless. I find some throw pillows instead so I pick those up. I go to self checkout and realize they don't have a barcode to scan on the pillows. Guess I just walk away and the two employees are happy enough to watch me to to the scanner, see I have issue scanning and let me walk away. I put back the pillows and walk out the store, never to return again. The store is a Super Target and one of the nicer ones I've seen. I would have loved to be a regular there. read more

Ever since Stapleton has evolved into yuppyville, this place is beyond packed all day everyday. It's good business for Target, but bad business for me trying to get in and get out. It is hilarious though seeing all the yuppy moms with strollers in tow fighting with each other over clearance holiday items that are 90% off. I thought they were going to use their quinny strollers and play chicken that's how bad it was. I really like this location. The staff is ALWAYS friendly, except some new chick once(but I set her straight) they are always smiling and happy to take me to the items I can't find. When the front lines back up they are quick and happy to open additional registers. love that. The store is clean and well stocked. My 2nd favorite ST in the area. A bit older inside but still kept in decent shape. This is the ST I stop at when I am coming back to Commerce City/Reunion from Denver. Friendly staff and the store is always kept clean with the exception of the Food Court dining area which sometimes can be a bit dirty and trashy inside. I'm not a fan of their political funding but what can you really do when it's between this and Wal*Mart? Overall a solid 4. Living near City Park, all this time I have been fighting traffic on Colorado Blvd to visit the Glendale Target but recently when I was at the store for a specific item, they were out and so I decided to try the Stapleton store in the Northfield Shopping Center. Right up Quebec, this store seems to be very easy accessible, theres plenty of parking and the staff seem to be up on keeping the store tidy as even the halloween section looked organized. I just left this store extremely unhappy and full of anxiety. My boyfriend and I spent about a half hour grabbing a few groceries. As we headed up to self-checkout a young boy (between 15-17 yo) was coming up the aisle towards us....he actually stepped in our path and said to my bf "watch out n**ga". I turned around and said "what did you just say?". He said "get the f**k outta my face" . I was about 8-10 feet from him. Then about 10 of his friends arrived from the cafe area (which was closed). They all were chiming in, then they all waited around the door while we checked out. I am 48 years old, not young by any means. I told the girl at self checkout and NOTHING was done.
