Absolutely the worst target. It's not even the workers fault it's honestly the fault of the management for hiring people with zero drive to do their job and also poor scheduling as well. It should not take on an average day over 30 + minutes to get a pickup order. If you're understaffed then you need to stop taking pickup orders. The inside of this target is also always a circus and no order what so ever. When it's holiday hours you should hire HOLIDAY staff and plan accordingly. Majority of the staff is friendly but dear god they have NO motivation and move slower than a sloth! Edit to add: Trying to call also does nothing, the people at the customer service area literally will answer and hang up on you over and over again and that just shows how incompetent they are. read more

I have no love for the Target Store on Skibo road. I needed son women items that they did not have in stock last Thursday. They said they shouldn't or arrive by this weekend. Well I have been phoning the store since 10:00 am. No one answers the phone in any department. I actually tried calling all departments. They are not even in customer service. I cannot believe how crazy it is a store will not answer a phone call. I saw reviews about this store and now I believe it is worse than Walmart. So stupid! read more

Had an issue at toys with my son. I was asking 2 employees for help and they looked at me a treated me like I don't exist and I asked for help numerous times. I ended up having to go all the way to service desk to get help because nobody else wanted to do anything. However, I ended up getting what I needed it's just I shouldn't have to go through all that trouble. read more

Probably the worst target I've been too. Starting with the parking, it sucks. They have way too many "drive up" spots. None of them was even being used except for ppl to park and go inside to shop. I spent more time looking for a spot to park then inside the store. The inside is a mess. I've never seen a target with SO MANY employees. But yet none of them was very helpful or friendly. Even groups just standing around gossiping. Lines to check out was long. Again at self check out 2 employees just standing around yapping. Bad customer service. Easy to get in and out and find what I need and a lot of what I don't need but want. I love that they are renovating the store and making it bigger--it is about time! It's your typical target, everyone's usually pretty friendly and will greet you at the door. Well today I wasn't having the best day and I lost my keys in the store. I asked the lady at the customer service desk to see if someone had returned them, she stopped what she was doing and helped me right away even though they weren't there! I asked a different associate, an older lady who was extremely rude and wasn't very helpful at all. But then I ran into Taylor who 100% is the kindest worker I've ever met. She helped me retrace my steps to search for my keys until I found them. I was SO appreciative of her taking the time to help me look for them, and wanted her to know that I can't thank her enough for being so kind. Not just due to covid, this target has always been the worst target I've ever been to. Management needs to address the visual aspect, keeping litter off the floor, keeping shelves stocked, and every time I go there, the check out line wraps around the store! I left without buying anything because I was not about to stand in line for 45+ minutes. Pay some cashiers to open more registers! On another occasion, I went to return something and there was not a single worker to be seen in the customer service area. Other workers saw that I was standing there but did nothing except chatting and laughing with each other obnoxiously. The Fayetteville target no longer has my service. I will go to Raleigh. read more

It's disappointing to give target such A low rating. Avoid during high shopping times. Don't even think of going on the weekend the line wraps around the store. I used curbside pick up A couple times to avoid lines and the employees forgot items. And you can't cancel the item because the order was already processed. This location needs to get it together. read more

I am not a huge Target fan. After reading the other Yelpers' opinions, I was expecting real crud, but it is by far the closest to where I am staying. I had a return (brand new make-up bag w/ receipt). I have previously had difficult returns even with receipts at Target. The associate who took ran the return was very professional and fast. Of course, I continued to wander around the store. It's nice that they have the grocery section even though it's not the "full" on grocery portion. They also have the Starbucks and Pizza Hut. I really like some of their home products including beautiful comforters and bedding. I will continue shopping this Target store! read more

I was at target this morning with my husband and children when he saw the new ninja turtles, action figures, Funko pops, plushy's, and ninja turtle pillows out for sale. My children lit up as a Ninja Turtles, or some of their favorite toys, and they picked out their favorite characters and items to buy. When we got to the register and i tried to check out, the items came up as not being able to be sold. The cashier came over to help us and she went to get a manager. Apparently a store employee in different departments put out the items before release date and the manager refused to sell the items to us, or hold the items until release date so we can come back and purchase for our kids. Then the manager ripped the plushies out of my daughter's hand as she was crying her eyes out because they were her two favorite turtles. They were rude, disrespectful and unhelpful. I would not recommend shopping at this Target store. I will be shopping at target out of the city from now on or go to Walmart. read more

I like target because their stores are clean and organized. The best part is they have real humans at the registers unlike Walmart.

Called ahead to ensure they actually had the product in stock. The customer service representative verified that they indeed had it. So I drove to the store, 25 minutes away 9 months pregnant and they did not have the product in stock. The customer service employee informed me that it was probably in the back room but not on the floor yet...but would not go check. If I had the choice I would not go back but unfortunately there aren't many other options around here. read more

Compared to other Targets, this one just really needs updating and that's why I go 3 stars instead of 4. The entry way design is so poor and always congested and borderline unsafe. Both inside and out, the way the traffic flows people are constantly awkwardly almost walking in to one another. And the space between the doors and the carts is much smaller and we are often rushed and bumped just trying to get out of the way to get kids and bags settled etc. Fayetteville is way too big for only one Target... especially only one small, old Target. Please consider a major update and a north side location. I think the current staff is really great. I think the reviews mentioning rude staff are really old and this location has improved greatly because we have been treated really well and helped in all areas of the store (Starbucks, food court, dressing room, electronics, toys, checkout and returns). The clothing section is crazy over crowded especially in the youth girls and clearance sections. You can barely squeeze a cart through. Despite being very small/over crowded and difficult to navigate we are die hard Target fans and will keep coming back and just hope for an update soon. Target are you listening? Can you go North near Methodist University or North closer to Spring Lake? read more

This place is alright for a target. It's full of good sales and friendly staff. I'm a big fan of the products and the wide selection they have to offer. It's been a bit dirty the few times I've come here so I suspect they may be understaffed and the parking lot seems kinda sketchy at night too, but that may just be because Fayetteville in general is a sketchy place at night. I love Target but this Target is the worse Target I have ever been too!!! Their customer service is lacking, can't ask their employees anything wether its over the phone or in person. The way they manage the check lanes is confusing and the whole entire store is always messy. This store definitely does need an upgrade and some employees need a better attitude. Every time I ask for assistance finding certain stock they never actually check and give me the run around and I was also just hung up on over the phone while waiting for an employee to check for an item that was limit in stock for me. This update is for Target Pharmacy. The first time I went I gave them a form with my updated personal information. Several prescriptions and many months later, they called me to say they were out of a prescription I needed - except they called a number that was over 6 years old. Also, almost every time I go, they don't have my prescription ready - whether I call it in before hand, my doctor calls it in, or it's on auto refill. Just yesterday they told me my prescription (which was on auto refill AND I'd called it in 3 days before) would be ready in 5 minutes. It took 25. I'll be finding a new pharmacy. read more

the iconic Target popcorn is NEVER there and is usually accompanied by empty food heating beds. no pizza, no popcorn, just the occasional random pretzel and bread bites. and this is coming from someone whose there for a min of an hour several times a week. I go and odd hours too, sometimes morning, mid day, or closer towards night time. The starbucks staff is sometime under staff, which I feel for the workers, and their concession area is always empty. just makes the target experience feel more like Walmart, just with higher prices and less selection. read more

Horrible customer service but horrible. I went to get my free baby bag and the lady in customer service asked for the code which I was ready with it and she said it wasn't that. Then she said I could get it from the app or the website and I told her I was there and I wanted her to show me. She couldn't find it either and didn't help me any further to find my code she turned and started talking to other worker about me in-front of me and gave me the bag with attitude. I asked her well show me so I can give you the code and she said "you have your bag mam". I got out of there so frustrated and with my hormones didn't help how rude and no empathy she was. read more

I've heard of Target, nd drove pass a few locations back home (there's a lot in Florida) but I've never been inside a target until I got pregnant. I went to pick up my free registry bag and it's been my little spot ever since. I even used them for my main registry. It was easy manuivor and I was always able to get assistant if needed. I returned two items from my registry and it was a breeze. I called before going to the store to voice my issue and was giving the green light (save you time and stress) Don't mind the long lines, they usually get you out pretty fast, and if you're not in a rush, it won't be a big deal. And all the isles are tidy!! read more
