I found a two pack of ring donuts which were filled with both chocolate and Bavarian cream. They were definitely very good but I took a star off because I didn't like the flavor of the chocolate on the inside too much. It didn't taste like something I would put inside of a donut and it was.....kinda bland. Would have been better with only Bavarian cream inside. Still good but I wouldn't buy them again. No acknowledgment by two representatives as we waited at the counter to receive assistance to review and purchase firearms. The issue I have if you are going to carry on a conversation (two employees) with a customer for a length of time, out of professional courtesy you would let and or acknowledge perspective customers know you' ll be with them in a minute. I would recommend North Post Gun Shop spend time with the customer service representatives at South Post Gun Shop who acknowledges customers and let's them know they will be with them shortly if they are busy with a customer. I've purchased firearms from AAFES without any issues in the past. Just recently purchased a home defense firearm from the South Post a day ago. Nevertheless, the length of time I waited with no acknowledgement was poor to say the least. My friend and I was ready to spend money on firearm purchases. Due to the lack and acknowledgment of customer service we decided to take our business elsewhere which AAFES lost out on.

ROSS DRESS FOR LESS - Yes I'm talking about one of my favorite stores that I love to shop at. It…read moreused to be my favorite place to shop at, but not anymore because I'm never shopping there ever again. I'm redacting a name of a family member for safety reasons so she will be named S throughout the post. Why? They treat their employees TERRIBLY. Their turnover wages is HIGH and apparently worse than Walmart. The management also reeks of favoritism and discrimination. First. They lie about wages. First example of evidence: they outright told S that she was getting AT LEAST $15/hour for her loss prevention position AT THE INTERVIEW. She found out later that they got her down for $11.50/hour which is basically the starting rate for entry level sales/cashier. Ross also expects loss prevention personnel to do merchandise clean up and sales floor tidying up - so they are basically glorified salespeople doing two jobs for $11.50/hr. Second, they hired her at a full time position. But they worked her part-time hours. Not full time hours. Third. She got wrote up for not having "commanding presence" basically two days AFTER another supervisor COMMENDED her for having "commanding presence" as a loss prevention employee. S literally followed company policy to the letter. She has years of experience in security, loss prevention, and private investigative services. So she knows her stuff. Ross has a very weak company policy that you are basically not allowed to talk to customers or even follow them to make sure they are not stealing, except loudly say "hello, welcome to Ross" at every breathing human being that walks through the doors and watch the doors and cashier points. If a customer is stealing, loss prevention can't accuse a customer of stealing, they instead have to radio management to report it. Fourth. She got told to bring her I-9 information in AGAIN, after she gave all of her paperwork information when she first started or she would be fired. She did that, and well, guess what, her login information somehow is not working and I had to access her email from home and the access code that they gave in her email was defective, and resulted in a locked account. So now it looks like S is out of a job and now she's looking for work. Also, Ross' management doesn't even communicate with each other at all. Like at all. There's so much miscommunication and the place is poorly run. And Ross' management is incredibly unprofessional. I called the other day, trying to get an interview as part of my investigation into them to see if they were suitable, and I told my videophone interpreter to not tell them that I'm deaf, and they f*cking hung up on me when I kindly asked them for an interview. I was literally going to investigate into the pay and everything. How unprofessional of them. Don't work or shop at Ross and instead go shop at Burlingtons, Tjmaxx, or somewhere else that's not Ross Dress for Less.

While shopping I observed a store associate, Destiny, allow a friend to visit her at her work. He…read morecontinuously yelled at her so that could be heard 3 aisles over, to the point where people started walking towards the front to make sure she was not being verbally abused by a customer. He was screaming "Are you retarded?", over and over again and she was laughing and joking and playing with him while on the clock in front of multiple customers. Someone should know how inappropriate it is to have visitors at work especially ones that use offensive language in such a loud tone. After this exchange (about 3 minutes later) the gentleman start screaming "I love you, you know I love you". Destiny allowed this to continue on and on. Another associate at the next register watched all of this conspire and only stopper laughing along when she saw how offended I was by the remarks her was making. Then when I attempted to check out; after having everything scanned, the chip reader on the machine would not work. Destiny tells me "Oh, we know there's a problem with it". I try multiple times to be told card is declined because the chip reader wont work and she insists on having me swipe it. Destiny goes so far to take my card from me and swipe it after I tell her that the type of card it is requires a chip reader if there is one available and will not allow you to swipe it. At this point I decided not to purchase any of the items I had picked out using a different card because her attitude about this, along with the stares from other customers who were backing up in line. Plus the way she had played around and allowed the gentleman to yell "retarded" at the top of his lungs in a business really with was starting to weigh on me and I decided to not only put back my personal purchases, but also the items that I was going to buy for my company using the company card. Then ad I go to leave to go to my car and I see another associate outside on her break and asked for the manager's name and explain to her what happened. She tells me that yes they know that back card reader is bad. So why do we move customers from one line that I was in to another 1 were you know your equipment is Faulty? Desty should not be allowed to work with the public if she is going to basically take her breaks on the clocks and have male visitors who are very in appropriate yelling things in the store. As I sit in the parking lot writing this review, I just watched a caretaker and a woman with Down Syndrome walk into the store. I am so glad that they were not in the store 15 minutes ago when this was going on because I'm sure at this point there would be a major complaint to your corporate office if a caretaker of someone with a mental disability heard your staff allowing their friend to yell "retarded" all around the store and joke and laughed with him. At this point I would probably not set foot in the store anymore as long as this is the type of staff that you employ.

The fist nice day we had, we started opening the boxes to assemble the furniture. When we opened the coffee table box, one of the tiles was broken. I called the store and the manager was so nice!! He said to just bring in that piece and he would replace it! The customer service was off the charts!!!! Highly recommend shopping here!!
