I love to go to Target but this particular store is a disaster! Nothing was put away or in its place. I understand being short staffed but this place was a total disaster and frustrating to even get around. Every isle had something in it. Nothing was stocked. I would never go back to this Target. It needs to be shut down for a few days and taken care of. Sad thing was the woman in front of me in the women's clothes isle picked up a pair of pants and one dropped to the ground. I feel like I've been doing a tour of area Target stores lately. I guess it's because when you see a Target you're just like..might as well stop in and see what they have. Spoiler alert: they all pretty much have the same stuff. Like it's been explained before, Target is essentially a slightly higher priced version of Wal-Mart where you shop and pay that little bit extra to not have to deal with the freak show over at Wal-Mart. This one has a similar layout to the one in Hyde Park. It seems all Targets have like one of three designs. I wonder if, on the corporate level, there are names for each design..and if they refer to them as such when discussing them. IE "The Monroe location is a Capricorn..while Florence is a Helvetica..therefore the new location in (wherever) would benefit with the Rosebud structure"..or something like that. Ha..who knows..just a random thing to think about. Florence must love their Target because this place was absolutely packed on a Saturday afternoon. Like more packed than I've seen any Target in a long time. Good for them..they must be doing something right..or maybe Florence people just love them some Target. read more

Absolutely the worst target I have been to. I couldn't find a team member anywhere in soft-lines, I had multiple questions and couldn't find anyone. After going back towards electronics I see all team members working on processing shipment. There is freight in the middle of the aisles, making it hard and unable for any handicapped or mothers with strollers to shop. There is hardly ANY merchandise on shelves, the merchandise that is available is an absolutely mess making it even harder to shop. There's chemicals on the floor, unattended by a team member. I was so upset that my target looked like this, i didn't want to purchase anything. As I walked towards the exited, there's 3 team member gathered in soft lines, joking and laughing together. I'd rather drive another 20 minutes to Newport, to be able to have a pleasant experience. read more

I am a fan of Target. When I say that, I mean that I LOVE Target and wish Super Target would come to the Midwest (when you are in San Antonio be sure to stop in at one prepared to be WOWED!). I am a regular shopper at this fine establishment and am rarely disappointed ... That being said this visit was sadly not one of the best ever and uncharacteristically inconvenient. Normally I visit to randomly browse promising myself I will only spend $20 and invariably end up buying enough to redecorate a room in my house with a matching wardrobe, accessories, and something to snack on as I drive home. Today was unusual because I had a specific task: Buy the Game of LIFE to play this retro-gem this evening with my children. They had Clue, 15 kinds of Monopoly, Jenga, Scrabble, Sorry, Settlers of Catan, Risk.... but not even an empty space where LIFE should be in case of being sold out. Work with me Target!! You are usually more inclusive- so much so that I don't have to take a trip over to the always entertaining but sometimes scary world of Wal-Mart... which I am not doing today either. Absolutely horrible experience. I placed an order using coupons they gave me and a few days later they cancelled my order saying they sold it at the wrong price and now I have used up my coupons. Tried to contact them, put into a 55 person long queue and kicked out when 10th in line after waiting forever, and put back to 58th. Horrible experience and a waste of my time and money. Highly recommending my family, friends and community to not shop at any Target stores or online. Also, when picking up a different order. I was met with the most rude customer service I have experienced with the openers, clearly not morning people! read more

i was in here with my wife and although we are married at 16 this women decided to discriminate us and assume that we were stealing just because we're young. there were at least 3 other families asking for the tags to be taken off of their clothes and when we did she said in a discriminating voice "i need to see your receipt first" with A LOT more attitude then it sounds she was starring as we put our money in she made me pay more money then i had to because she started slamming those fat fingers of hers all over the screen, i don't even think she knew what she was pressing. she was very rude. read more

Placed an order for 2-hour pickup, just cancelled it because it's been nearly 24 hours and it's still not ready for pick up. Called guest services, and their basic response was - "we're busy." Same basic response from an online chat session with guest services. A notice on their website when ordering would have been nice, or even a short, quick automated email letting you know about a possible delay. Order 2-hour pickup very often - that will not be happening going forward. read more

Haven't been to here for a while and was pleasantly surprised. Your first impressions is...Smells like Popcorn. They have popcorn and a few fast food items right inside the door. I love the smell of popcorn. Don't buy their impulse candy bars - $1.38 for a Snickers...seriously? I'm sure they are 2 for a dollar or even 3 for a dollar somewhere. The Fitting Room attendant was friendly and helpful. The lingerie was very reasonable. I will be back. That was about the extent of my visit. But it was a good extent. read more

The store is being remodeled, so it was somewhat difficult to navigate. One thing I was looking for was a TV wall mount, but the TV's that were left (the electronics section was being renovated) were on the other side of a construction area. The stock on the rest of the items was also lower than I am used to seeing it. If you aren't devoted to Target stores, you should probably go somewhere else (or online) until the renovation is complete. read more

This Target was the first one in N. KY. It is now a little older and does not have a very big grocery sections like the new Newport location does. But as far as Targets go, this one is great. The best thing that this Traget has going for it is probably the best Pharmacist around. His name is Brad and I think that he might be the Pharmacy Manager. He is awesome! The staff that he has working there are also very nice and work to answer any question and usually even remember us when we come in. read more

Target is my favorite store for cheaper clothes and merchandise. Unlike Walmart, the clothes are stylish, the furniture is young and hip and the selection is large but not overwhelming. I could spend hours wondering around Target. The Florence store is open until 10 on Sundays which has been a lifesaver when I'm in need of a gift and the mall is closed. I do find the organization of the store a little confusing but I've been there enough that I know where everything is located. They have good customer service. Target is one of the few places where I don't feel intimidated to return something. While I do most of my shopping online, Target is one of the few places where I still like to shop in person. read more

The bathrooms are disgusting, like every time and forget getting a snack at their cafe because even if there is no line your visit will still take waaay too long. And if there is someone ahead of you who ordered literally anything other than a drink you should just leave. They need two people working this cafe. Target marks its clothes differently then other stores. Asked the Fitting Room clerk ( Daisy) what the corresponding plus size women's size was a 4X top. She could not tell me. And there was no concern or caring that she couldn't do so. Nor could the other clerk working in the fitting room. Asked first clerk to look it up- she did not utilize the Target web site. but something else. Asked for a manager when I found out it wasn't Target.com. "Acting" store manager told me Target does not provide a size chart to the store. Asked me to call Target customer service number to complain to get them to send one. Did so when I got home. Maybe store employees working in fitting room will be educated and a hard copy size chart will be posted or available for customers to consult. read more

Came in to purchase a portable bassinet because it was on clearance for around $69.99. When we saw the bassinet IN STORE it said "clearance" and the tag beside it said around $85 so when we got up to the cash register I asked (nicely) was that in sale? She said no ma'am it was regularly (around) $85 so I said "okay, the price tag said $85 and with a clearance sign right next to it" she said no I'm sorry it's not on clearance so she called her manager and while the cashier was nice and trying to be helpful the manager was VERY rude. She pretty much said it's at other store 99.99 so there is your sale of $85. Extremely rude.... I never write a bad review but she didn't even try to help us. I have never had a manager be as rude as she was and be non helpful as she was. She literally helped someone right in front of us with ZERO evidence of her Sale and wouldn't help us.
