Don't ever buy a Target gift card. I bought one at this location and gave it to a friend.....when my friend tried to use it, Target said that someone in Ohio had already used it. Target profited from the transaction but I was ripped off and my friend was embarrassed when she got to the checkout and the card was no good. The plus is the store is always clean, lots of product, decent prices. The problem is checkout is horrible. There will usually be only two or three regular checkouts open, and the self-checkout has only 4 registers - and one or two are always down. read more

I purchased a bicycle through Target's home delivery. We were in the process of moving so left it in the box rather than assemble it and try to figure out how to fit it in the semi. After moving, unpacking, cleaning, fall leaf removal, out of town company, family weddings, winter, holidays, painting, remodeling, etc...we finally found time to put the bike together. When we opened the box we saw that the rear fender was dented and twisted. We promptly loaded it back into our truck and took it to the Fort Collins Target. They refused the return even though the product was damaged because it was beyond their 90 day return policy. I was told to contact the manufacturer about the issue. I also plan on contacting Dynacraft Wheels. I'm not much of a Target shopper anyway but I will never shop at any Target in the future. read more

I've shopped at this store for several years now. One of the managers, David Gest I believe is his name, is fantastic. It's great when an employee not only performs their job well but when they put their own money back into the company by way of purchasing the products they sell. I hate everything about this store. The product shelves are always a disaster, nothing is ever in their appropriate place, the aisles are not clearly marked, there are three employees in the entire store. And then there are 24 checkout lanes, only three of which are open with lines going everywhere. Prices are ridiculous. I had the worst experience today as I was Christmas shopping. I never go into to target to shop as is because they are pricey. I went in to grab some things for my kids before Christmas. well when I checked out the lady forgot to scan one item but I had already swiped my gift card. She told me that she had fixed it and told me the new total. i didn't think anything of it and, went to a different store to purchase some items and my card was declined. I call to check my balance and I have nothing left. I returned to Target on council tree to speak with a manager about what had happened. Not only would they not show me proof they tried telling me that the card only was charged 1x. I repeatedly told them I checked my transaction and they indeed charged me 2x. Im sure they have alot of ppl that come in trying to lie to get money on there card, but IM NOT ONE OF THEM...I even told her i would call the number to check my transactions so she had proof. I walked over to the register where I checked out and told the manager to print it out so I could see it. I told her i wanted proof and this was my Christmas money for my kids. she finally grab some guy that works with this type of thing TO talk to me. He came out and finally told me that I was right they charged me 2x. But they could do anything about but void it and then proceeds to tell me that it can take 2 business days for the money to come back onto my card. He said so probably the 26th. Really the day after Christmas!!! Not even a let me help you or lets make it right, It was a gift card not from target but a visa gift card. So in my mind they could opened they hearts and refunded me the money, or even in a gift card for all I cared. Nope all i got was so sorry. worst costumer service and target store ever!!!!!! This is literally the shittiest pharmacy I have ever used in my entire life. EVERY SINGLE TIME I fill a prescription there they are out of stock and I end up having to wait for at least two days. The cashiers in the pharmacy don't know the policies so they can't answer any questions. If the pharmacist left for lunch or isn't there, you have to sit and wait to get the correct answer. The little café area is atrocious! Was there on Sunday and every single table was filthy - not just a few crumbs, but filthy! They were out of napkins, and the trash was overflowing! We were the only ones in line, so they obviously weren't too busy to clean or replace the napkins! And, the cashier was quite rude. Think I'll pass on their food court from now on! read more

What's great about this Target? Location. It is convenient, so I shop there. What's not so great? Check-out!!! This Target never has enough check-out people. It doesn't seem to matter what time of day you shop here, there will be a line. Furthermore, they won't call for additional people until the line is very long. Then, the checkout people will try to make leisurely conversation, seemingly oblivious to the hoards of people waiting behind you in line. Most of their comments will stem from remarks or questions about what you are purchasing -- which I usually find offensive. Unfortunately, the check-out problem is ongoing and has been an issue since this store opened. I've given up any hope that it will ever improve. Recommended solutions -- never shop at Target when you are rushed for time, plan on at least 10 minutes to get through the checkout line, or make the extra drive to Wal Mart in Timnath where you will be checked out efficiently, read more

First, let me start by saying that I'm a huge Target fan and more so a huge super Target fan. That is the only reason I'm giving this location two stars instead of one. But I was very bothered this evening when they had all of the registers shut down and only the self checks open. I despise self check outs. I hate how they are inconvenient and finicky, but most of all, I hate that they are laying people off left and right because these machines are more affordable than people. That really bothers me. For that reason, I refuse to check out at any self check out register. Plus, I need the human interaction. But tonight, the option of checking out with a human being was simply not there. It took me 5 times as long and an employee had to fix glitches 3 times. I don't like that as a paying customer I am standing there doing someone else's job. There should always be an option to check out with a person as it bothers me immensely that machines are making people everywhere pretty much obsolete - especially when the machines don't work correctly and are just frustrating. read more
