Discrimination reigns supreme in this store if you are older and a member of the LGBTQ community. When I shop I expect to be treated like all other people and yet Ace and Maria who work at this location felt that perhaps because I was over 55 and gay that I did not deserve to have my products bagged but instead thrown in a shopping carte with some of the products being damaged. Meanwhile I observed other customers being treated better and more respected than I was...the opitcs of this situation lead to what I might call a lawsuit on how basic and subtle discrimination does not matter anymore. Target must stop its illegal and dishonest behavior. On checkout, products repeatedly scan $0.10 - $0.50 more than the marked price. This is understandable if it happens very infrequently but when it happens repeatedly then it is deliberate. Target cheats on the amount of tax charged and will even use inappropriate rounding to generate more revenue. Pay attention customers and demand that Target sell the product for the price marked. I got my limited drinks(dragon fruit mango)in the Starbucks inside the target when everywhere else's sold out of it! I also shopped my 4th of July gear at a good price and fashionable style that I got a lot of compliments on! Interesting layout. You can park outside or in the attached garage and unlike most Targets (or any establishment for that matter other than a credit union) you enter in one door and exit from another. You also have to take an escalator because the store is on the second level. I ordered something on line and picked it up in the store. Easy process, customer service was nice to me. They also have a Starbucks in case you missed the three others on your way here. read more

I just took my 3 year old daughter to this Target and let her pick out a baby surprise toy. We just got home and the surprise is that there is no baby inside. So I just bought packaging without a baby doll. I also noticed that there were a bunch of boxes of dolls with missing dolls inside while at the store (different than the product we bought). I guess this Target sadly has a major theft problem. The price signs were way off. For example in toddler girls there were signs saying "$8 nightgowns" but the merchandise on the rack were actually $17 pajama sets. There were tons of stickers on the aisles in the toys noting 70% off but most were either empty or had the wrong product with it. read more

I actually never liked Target before they put this one in close to home. I had previously had a lot of negative experiences at other locations. This store changed my mind about Target as a whole! There's always more than enough parking, in both the covered and uncovered lots. The inside of the store is bright and usually clean, and the employees are very friendly and helpful. They keep it fairly well-stocked, too; I can usually find what I need with no problem. I did have one odd encounter with a male cashier a while back, who wouldn't do a price adjustment on a clearance item that rang up at a higher price. He adamantly refused, and even had the audacity to say, "How do I know you didn't just take the sticker off another item?" I even offered to go back and get others on the shelf marked the same way. Nope. So I simply declined the item. When I returned at a later date, and saw it still marked thusly, I tried again, and hey! It rang up as clearance! (eye roll) That was the one and only time that's ever happened. I had a similar situation happen yesterday, and the manager adjusted it with no questions asked. Generally speaking, all the associates are a pleasure. And if you forget to scan your items for Cartwheel before you get to the checkout, they are totally cool about letting you do it before they scan the items. I'm usually good about doing it beforehand, but once in a while I forget if I'm rushing. Starbucks and Pizza Hut conveniently located at the front of the store, with plenty of seating. CVS pharmacy and restrooms also in store. Target has been a welcome addition to our town from day one! read more

The elementary school teacher in our house purchased two bags of school supplies from this Target location, but mistakenly left with one. These items were for a specific event the next morning at the school. Upon discovery of the mistake, I was sent to talk to the store. The courteous young man at the customer service counter looked for the bag in multiple places in the store, but it didn't turn up. I showed him our receipt and pointed out the missing merchandise. King of Prussia store is the absolute worst place to buy food. I have wasted so much money throwing out expired food the last year. Today was my last time, I bought good and gather burgers that were expired in March of 2023! Yes, 6 months expired in the freezer section. My visit to this Target was amazing. Not only was the area nice, but the store itself was well-stocked and the employees were respectful, humane, and overall helpful. I remember asking an employee who was busy stocking shelves where certain items were several times. He immediately stopped what he was doing to not only tell me where the items were; one of the times he physically walked me over to the location. It was a pleasure to spend money at this location. This location could teach the employees at the horrible Plymouth Meeting, PA location something. read more

HORRIBLE, AWFUL, RUDE, DISGUSTING, EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL CASHIER NAMED ZANIYA!!!! I traveled to this target from Maryland on an overnight trip with my very best friends and eldest daughter for my baby sprinkle. They had flown in from Florida the day prior. This was planned months in advance and I was very excited for this baby shopping trip. The shopping portion was very pleasant, until we met ZANIYA at her register. There was a discrepancy with an item found on the clearance shelf and when trying the talk it out with this terribly raised child, she IMMEDIATELY got an attitude, rolled her eyes and sighed. At that point it wasn't even a ln argument. Just talking. My friend asked for the manager and was ignored for a few minutes. When she asked for the manager again, ZANIYA began yelling at her and rolling her neck around. When my friend asked who did she (ZANIYA) think she was talking to, she yelled YOU!! A few more words were exchanged and she FINALLY called the manager. Kelly-Ann (manager) came over and was very nice, super apologetic and helped calm the situation quickly. She took care of us but ZANIYA NEEDS TO BE FIRED!! Her behavior was uncalled for, unprovoked, unprofessional and unacceptable. These kids nowadays have ZERO respect for adults and even less for paying customers. I had NEVER received that kind of "customer service" at a Target store, anywhere, EVER! She is awful and an absolutely HORRIBLE representation of your company, store and standards. read more

Every target I go to is extremely unhelpful when there's an issue. I was having an issue with verifying my student discount and not a single person knew the answer. They told me to call target and I did and no one on the phone could help either. I even have a physical copy of my student ID and no one would accept that. The employee, Mary Ann, was incredibly unhelpful. She didn't look into it, nor provided any helpful advice. I had proof of my enrollment in school and not a single person could help. Once I called Target Customer Service, they told me to contact the company that verifies the ID. The company that verifies the IDs said that I need to contact the company who is offering the discount. Overall, I am completely dissatisfied with the customer service at Target which has seems to be a recurring issue. read more

We stopped by this Target during our trip to Philly as we needed to grab a few essentials for our hotel room. On the outside, it's definitely fancier than our local Target back home in NC. It looks much larger than the average store, as well. When you arrive, there appears to be two floors. However, when we parked in the store's private parking garage, we realized it was only one floor as the elevators/escalators just take you from the parking garage to the actual store upstairs. It was actually more of a hassle just to get to the store than having a normal parking lot and being able to walk right in. I'm sure they had their reasons for making it this way, though. They do have a Starbucks when you walk in; and, they also have a Pizza Hut which I've not yet seen in a Target store. Other than that, it's your typical Target with the usual departments (grocery, clothing, home, toys, etc.). We grabbed the items we needed and were able to check out pretty quickly. Overall, it was an okay experience! read more

This is an awesome Target!! It is very large, clean and well stocked, you'll find items and prices similar to other Targets. Emoyees were nice and helpful. What I like about this Target in particular is that it is two stories and you go up using a escalator and when you come back down, your cart comes down next to you on some sort of convayer belt you snap the cart into. There is also a elevator to use as well. There is plenty of parking in this Target both outside or underneath in a parking garage which is nice as well. The only downside to this Target is the King of Prussia area is very congested, so it can be tough to travel to or from the Target. However, i wont dock any points because the store is amazing, the King of Prussia area will always be busy and It is still worth checking out and is one of the best Targets I have been to! read more

While we were waiting, "Chandra" in Customer Service called to some of us to come over and she would check us out. She didn't have to do this, but she took the initiative on her own. The new Target in King of Prussia is finally open. While this location is not a Super Target, this 165,000 sq ft location is the largest 'regular' Target store on the east coast, and is one of the only ones with it's own indoor parking garage. This location sells many grocery items. I shopped here the week after it's grand opening, and was able to purchase everything I needed. The store includes a Pharmacy, Starbucks Coffee, Target Cafe, Target Optical, and Target P'fresh. Tip: shopping carts are stored UPSTAIRS. Take the escalator up into the store itself, and then select a shopping cart. Do not try to bring one in from the parking lot or garage! read more

This target has a nice covered parking garage, but I never use it. The store is on the second floor and they have those awesome cart escalators to get you between floors. This is a larger location than other Target stores I go to, so they have more items. Never really any issues here. read more

This Target tends to have everything I need in stock which makes my life so much easier. It's clean, organized, and well-staffed. I'm only giving it a one star deduction because I notice that at least one item I need during each visit is wrongly priced so make sure you scan your items at the price check machine or use the Target App (super convenient for price checks and for Cartwheel coupons). Also, check the expiration dates for your pet products. I went in September and found dog food that expired in May & took it to customer service to make sure it wasn't sold to anyone. read more

I had a bad experience at the King of Prussia target today. I wont be coming back. Their policies related to the Coronavirus are non-existent. The store was filthy. Although they have markers at the cash registers for customers to stand 6 feet apart, the cashier was right on top of me when I was checking out. No plastic or glass screens, no face masks, no gloves. The cashier was talking and coughing right in my face! Please put screens up between the cashier and the customer. Don't let the mega-Target fool you. A Target dressed in sheep's clothing is still a Target. That doesn't really make sense, but you get my point. Don't get me wrong, I love me some Target, but it just seems like a shiny big building. The main purpose of my visit was to upgrade my phone. The clouds aligned and they had a sale going on that would give me about $100 off the iPhone 6. I've always done my upgrades through my provider and felt the level of customer service in the Target phone department was lacking in comparison. I feel my provider would have done a better job walking me through this technological upgrade, as they have always done at their various locations in the past. I didn't get time to fully explore so maybe they have a few additional sections like grocery. Otherwise, it looks the same from my regular Target....just larger and newer. read more

Horrible customer service. I was specifically looking for an item on 12/23 around 11:30 PM. When I approached 2 sales associates in an effort to look for the item the both looked at me like a deer in the head lights. No response just uncomfortable silence. I was so appalled I responded oh ok I just try to locate it in my own. At that point the male associate asked over the walkie for the item I was inquiring about. The person on the walkie wasn't helpful either... no one appeared to be knowledgeable about available product in the store. Suddenly the 2nd associate came alive she states oh we don't have that I was working in the area and it's definitely not in the store anymore. I tried to explain that on the app it indicates that it was in stock and it would be locate in a particular aisle, I even showed both of them my phone. The recommendation was nothing. I wondered aimlessly for the next 10 minutes with no assistance in a effort to find the item. I was so frustrated that I just gathered the few items I had and checked out. First time visiting this new Target in King of Prussia and despite looking like a two-story Target, it's actually only one floor with all shopping on the second floor and parking on the first floor. It's pretty much your typical Target, which also contains a small Pizza Hut and Starbucks coffee inside. Store was clean, aisles were wide, and overall, a very nice Target store. read more

I was at the target today to buy some roller ball perfume. There were two items and one was open so I was hesitate to take one so put it back right away and took the unopened one. A employee named Connie came and asked me "Did you just spray this one?" I said no because I didn't and you cannot even spray this one since its roller ball perfume. She took it from me and asking me if I used this. I already told her no and that point, she gave me annoyed and rude attitudes toward me. I got really annoyed and don't want to accuse something I didn't know so I told her to smelled me since I used the test one "Apricot perfume" so she doesn't accuse me anymore. Currently the biggest Target on the East Coast! And they aren't kidding. IT'S HUGE! I've been to this Target twice now and I am falling even more in love each time I go. As a Target junkie, I can do 90% of my weekly grocery shopping and get any other goodies I may need all in one place - it's wonderful. Parking is under the store, which is totally kind of cool, and you take an elevator/escalator up. Like most Target's, there is a Pizza Slut (Pizza Hut) and, even better!, there's a Starbucks. This rating is for the pizza hut station. I approached the station grabbed a tray and a hot cheese pizza. Was getting ready to turn around to pay and was told to hand the pizza over to another customer. There were no other cheese pizzas ready and if I wanted one it would be a 7 min wait. No thanks.
