We had a bedroom set that we had wanted to purchase at a different furniture store but they ran out of stock. Saw it at this location and they had it in stock and ready to deliver the same week. Their prices were coming up higher than the other place but we showed our invoice from the other location and they were able to price match! However, "Taylor" did not return my call. I then stopped by their location in Skokie. They had the chair. The sign said $1650 was the price. But when the salesman rang it up, the price had jumped to $1730. A supervisor I called at the corporate level could not explain the difference. Then a customer service woman called me to say they quoted a chair with lumbar support. I did not ask for this extra feature. I was not told the sale was being rung up with the add on. I could not get the store to see what the problem was here. So I will not be buying from Penny Mustard. If you are buying there, double-check the posted price versus what is rung up. Something is definitely off with their selling practices In my opinion.
