Today was the worst experience ever. Ive gone to this target about 3 times a week for about 2 years.. never have issues except for the 3 times I've tried to return items. I already have my receipt always have what they will ask for. I'm always argued with about what card I paid with. Always use the same card the only card I have actually. And they never seem to be able to process a return without a HUGE attitude. Today the rep was RUDE said I'm done I'm fu****g done under her breath when I said excuse me? She looks at me says do you want a manager and then walks away. Then the manager comes out never apologizes asks me questions and says just trying to get the story straight with a crap attitude and instead of offering to fix the situation tells me "I know it doesn't feel like it but we have the highest rated customer service" like that doesn't help when I just received crap service. I will never again go to this target I will drive to the one on Decatur since I have NEVER had an issue there. The reps take their lead from management and the management at this place sucks so it shows why the reps feel they don't have to respect customers. Way to go target! read more

Finally found the 4K tv I was looking for on the Target website and it listed this was the only location that had it. The Far SW Target called, I called, no one picked up the phone it just rang. So I risked it and drove all the way over there and I get to the store and their computers/ inventory say they have one in stock. Turns out it's not there and there's an issue with their inventory process. A different manager, a kind young woman named Beth helped me and got me a better brand for the same price of the original tv I went there to get! I'll definitely be visiting this store again. read more

Today at about 5:20pm @Target skye point in Las Vegas Nevada. I was stopped by target AP security and was Accused of not paying for an item that was in my purse. My entrance was blocked and was asked if I had forgotten to pay for what was in my bag. I showed the security that what I had was not from target and I had bought this from a third party person that I met at this target location. I was falsely accused of having other item in my bag and when I confronted them about the false accusation no one could give me a reason why. Especially after they saw the item was a Disney parks item that is not sold @target. It's sad to say that this happened since I am such a loyal customer to @Target. I was profiled and falsely accused and never had an apology from that security guard. She wouldn't even answer me when I asked her a question she just ran back to her office and refused to come back out to speak to me. By far the WORST experience I have had. read more

I just want to give a big shot out to this Target for having their "ish" together last night for Black Friday opening. They were so organized and despite the crazy crowd they had they still provided great customer service. The staff stayed friendly and helpful. Okay, I would give them at least 2/5. I'll give them points for the cleanliness of their store. I used to go to this Target but now, I don't. People here doesn't care about their customers (even for Target card holders). One of the most frustrating things when shopping is when a store only has a couple of registers open when there are dozens of customers in line to checkout and there is no other option such as self service checkout. Upon entering this target there were 3 registers open but short lines. When I finished my shopping I come to find at least 6 customers per register in line. The manager immediately called for resources and in less than 2 mins a total of 7 registers were open causing my wait time to be only a couple of mins. Well done Target! I love Target! And you should too! This one happens to be very clean, organized, and always well stocked. The lighting is very bright and the store is maintained very well. The dressing rooms are clean and the employees are nice but not annoying. I think it's great that they are open till 10pm Mon-Sat; till 9pm Sun. read more

I used to hold Target in such high esteem. This was the family member that could do no wrong unlike it's dirty cousin (you know who I am talking about). Recently, I have found my shopping experience at Target to less than pleasurable. This was especially noticed during the check out process. Many an open lane but not enough staff to go around. I would think this would be the emphasis....the quicker people pay without having to wait the more likely they are to return. Three stars based on an average of fond memories. read more

Worst experience I have ever had in a store and dealing with jeff the Manager (would not give his last name said he didn't have to. Went in to buy some birthday toys for my almost 3 year old boy picked out some lightening McQueen toys got to the register was told the can not be sold until April of next year 2017. Mind you its August of 2016!!! The entire wall was filled with these toys. You could imagine my 3 year old response to not getting the toy he had been holding for 30 min. Anyways he will get over it and learn the ways of life. But biggest disappoint meant when u called the manager was his ho hum reply of your kid is not my problem. Pretty sure as a managers of a store you should treat your customers a bit better read more

Great place to shop with great honest employees. Last month my wife lost her tennis gold and diamond bracelet. We went looking for it from different places. Then we realized we stopped by at Target store by SkyPointe. My wife started looking for the bracelet in areas where she was shopping. Meanwhile, I went to the Customer Service area. I asked the young lady if anyone turned in a gold bracelet that my wife might have lost while shopping in their store. Lo and behold another young girl employee mentioned that a guy employee turned in a bracelet. My wife looked at it and confirmed it was her bracelet. We asked both the customer service employees who the guy is but they can't recall nor know his name and perhaps the guy was gone for the day. My wife tried offering small token of our appreciation but were told they don't accept gift. Due to our excitement, we forgot to even take a note of their names and especially the honest employee who turned it in. From here at Yelp, we'd like to acknowledge our SPECIAL THANKS to the employees and the Target Management for hiring such great and honest employees. read more

Went to the store to purchase bedding sheets. Sign said on sale, 20% off. When paying, I was told that the 20% off was only for those with a certain Target App on their phone, which I did not have. I asked if they could use a telephone number, was told no, had to be the Target Application. Notice to Target: Contrary to what you may think, NOT EVERY ONE has a smart phone.... Sale prices should not be dependent on a phone app! In general, all these so called loyalty cards should be banned! read more

For being In a such a good area its the most disorganized, messy Target ever. I understand that the customers do this and it's not fair for the employees but my goodness, I came one day and then back the next day, the clothes, shoes, toys that were on the floor the day before were still there the next day. Well, had a bad experience here today. Tried their new debit card program and was not informed of the "conditions" in using it. The person who signed me up was very upbeat about the program and getting 5% back sounded good to me but then tried to use it twice and it just doesn't work. Had to go to customer service the first time and the manager on the Sunday helped the cashier get thru the snag. But today the snotty manager was less than helpful, didn't know the program, pretended she did and never once tried to solve the problem but passed me off to a 800 number. So I opted out of the debit card and got out of there really unhappy. Will not be going back to this Centennial Hills Target because of this bad customer service experience. read more

the CVS pharmacy at target has a ladie named wendy that works drop off line and she dont get off he behind to do anything she won't even try and answer any questions... so im standing in line for about 5 minuets just looking at her she had no one in front of me and never called me to the counter... but it got worst when a family walked up not needing help in pharmacy but she knew them and she jumped up greeting them and just talking to them having a good time while im still standing in line waiting to be helped... shes very rude just a heads up. read more

This review is not for the store but the "snack bar". WOW have stopped in there several times and they don't have much of what is on the menu available. So today I stop in to get a pizza for my daughter, no available. Why are there never any available? Employee (straight out of some goth movie with nearly black lipstick - sorry I didn't get her name - she was nice but a little air headed) states that no one took pizza out since Sunday and they take 24 to defrost and she can't cook them frozen because its a health code violation. UMMMMMM, restaurants cook frozen food ALL THE TIME in this town! OK, moving on. How about a pretzel, I ask. Oh no, she says, we don't have any of those either, the ones on display are all RUBBER! Seriously? You put rubber food on display? The hot dogs (which we don't eat) looked like they had been spinning on the rack for hours (likely a health code violation right there... but she wasn't too concerned about that). Anyway, if you don't have food available in the snack bar then don't have it open. Perhaps a manager needs to be on duty to teach these kids how to run the place more efficiently? I understand this isn't some 5-star restaurant but seriously could service be any worse? read more

This location has SOME really great staff but I have had the worst experiences at this Target of the 4 I shop at in town. My favorite is on N.5th--their staff is great and know what they're doing, definitely the place to go with your coupons and pharmacy needs because they won't waste your time. but sadly this is the closest to me. read more

We've been going to this store a couple times a week for the past 11 years. I prefer Target stores in general but someone in management is missing the mark in training their employees. None of them seem to understand that they need to get out of the way of the customers. It is at least one time every trip (sometimes multiple times) that an employee cuts right in front of me. They seem to take the attitude that if they need to stock an item or get somewhere that the customers need to get out of THEIR way. They're not snotty about it, they just don't get it. The CVS pharmacy inside is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I love Target, but damn I won't go back to this location just because I don't want to even see that woman's face even if I have to pick up Tylenol from the aisle nearby. I was thoroughly embarrassed and was treated like I had zero education. I asked why my insurance didn't cover my prescription for general knowledge because I was going to go home and call my doctor to see if there was another that I could use that would be. I was treated like a spoiled little child. And told that "it is what it is and they don't make the rules". Never even got my answer. It was ridiculous. I paid for it anyway because I really didn't want to deal with this person again in the future. For already having a low day, this definitely was the cherry on top. I'd rather drive the extra miles to another Target, which is sad because I realize they are separate businesses but it's hard to trust help in their section of the store if you're treated like crap not even a few feet away in the other department. I'd give it negative stars if I could. read more
