This Target is a solid spot for everyday shopping. The store was clean, well-kept, and easy to navigate, with organized aisles and a decent selection across clothing, home goods, groceries, and more. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially in the electronics department. The drive-up/pick-up area looked extremely busy, but the team seemed to be moving orders quickly and efficiently. Overall, this is a great location for regular shopping or quick errands. It's convenient and reliable for the basics, but if you're looking for a specific specialty item...like I was....you may want to check inventory ahead of time or visit during slower hours. Unfortunately, they didn't have the item I came for, but the experience was still positive.

This is what I got for Drive-up order.

I am a huge Target fan, but this location is by far the worst Target I have ever been to. I ordered some groceries online for drive-up. The person who handed me the items did not acknowledge me at all, no hello or thank you...not even one word. This was definitely the first experience for me at Target drive-up. Then when I opened the bags, I realized one of the frozen items I received was in an unbelivebable condition....clearly had been sitting in the freezer way too long and expired. Whoever packed up my order did not give a crap. The box was literally turned into particles and it scattered everywhere in my car and on my clothes. This experience does not change the fact I am still a Target fan but definitely not returning this particular one.

The Target in Centennial Hills offers a truly exceptional shopping experience, standing out in several key areas. One of the first things you notice is the cleanliness of the store. It is impeccably maintained, with tidy aisles and well-organized shelves that make shopping a pleasant experience. The cleanliness extends to every corner of the store, reflecting a high standard of care and attention. The staff at this Target are another highlight. They are incredibly friendly, always greeting customers with a smile and a willingness to help. Whether you need assistance finding a product or have questions about store services, the staff is knowledgeable and eager to assist. This level of customer service greatly enhances the shopping experience, making you feel valued and well-cared for. In terms of product availability, the store is consistently well-stocked and organized. You can find everything you need with ease, from everyday essentials to specialty items. Recently, they added an Ulta Beauty section, which is a fantastic addition for beauty enthusiasts. This section is well-organized and offers a wide range of products, making it a convenient one-stop shop for all your beauty needs. The clothing section has also been recently remodeled, and it looks fantastic. The new layout is modern and inviting, making it easy to browse through the latest fashion trends. The updated design provides a pleasant shopping environment, encouraging you to explore and find new favorites. One of the standout features of this Target is the grocery store section they recently put in. It's very nice, with a wide variety of great products. From fresh produce to pantry staples, the grocery section is well-stocked with high-quality items. The selection ensures that you can complete your weekly grocery shopping without having to visit multiple stores. The Starbucks and food court area at the front of the store is spacious and welcoming. The baristas are highly skilled, consistently delivering delicious beverages and snacks. It's a great place to take a break and enjoy a coffee during your shopping trip. The spacious layout ensures that even during busy times, there's enough room for everyone to relax comfortably. Additionally, the parking is convenient and ample, making it easy to access the store regardless of the time of day. The parking garage is particularly accessible for seniors and veterans, providing easy entry and exit points that enhance the overall convenience. Overall, my experience at Target in Centennial Hills has been consistently positive. The combination of a clean, well-organized store, friendly and helpful staff, a fantastic grocery section, and modern, inviting spaces like the Ulta Beauty and clothing sections, makes this Target a top choice for all your shopping needs. Whether you're looking for groceries, clothing, beauty products, or a quick coffee break, this Target location has it all. I highly recommend visiting this Target for a great shopping experience.

Great staff! Management is nowhere to be seen though and if you do see them they are going the opposite way of a guest. Whats up with that?

We had that weird feeling when you're in a store that has a different layout from the one you're used to.

The admission was $5 and only accepted cash. However, we were able to find a free admission pass online. Took our little niece to this exhibit, and she enjoyed it. There are a bunch of vendors. It seems like they combined the home decor and crafts together. Vendors are selling customized charcuterie boards, solar panels, patio furniture, secreted candles, air conditioning, anti aging creams, pastries, fudges, artificial turfs and more. Most vendors are attracting patrons not only with their products and services but also with chocolates, chap sticks, candies, and even a leveler from Home Magazine.

I have not ever experienced the showrooms yet. I have been here twice for an expo and a festival. We attended The Oddities and Curiosities Expo in 2024 and most recently we went to the Totally Rad Vintage Fest. Both shows were huge and we found lots of great items at these shows. Lots of vendors selling their products and there is a small food court. There was an admission charge to get in, but parking was covered and free. Location is near downtown and across the street from The Smith Center.
