Like many, I have a love hate relationship with Costco.... Love the products, selection and prices (generally) but -/;($&@-darn Toni hate the crowds and especially the parking lot. Well having the executive membership gives early entrance and even though I don't go to Costco as much anymore, getting in an hour early makes it tolerable. So after breakfast across the way we gout there about 5 minutes prior to opening. Still a crowd at the door, but not the hundreds jostling for a spot like at normal opening (today before the holiday, the ten o'clock crowd waiting reminded me of a picture where people were lining up for free food after an earthquake or something. Everyone wanted to be under the covered portico . So anyway, they opened promptly, scanned our cards and browsed the asiles z. One thing that works well for us is to take two carts in, split up based upon what we need and where it generally is and then meet and transfer from one cart to the other. Seems a more effective way to shop when one person moves quickly through the store and the other just ambles along.. Anyway, got what we needed , keep the tab under four figures, loaded the stuff in the strategically parked car (off to the side by tires) and off we went in about 45 minutes read more

There were 2 items I absolutely needed and I am so thankful that COSTCO stayed open despite only having 6 minutes left to closing the doors were open! THANK YOU! The SERVICE IS ALWAYS TOP TIER! I've been a member for almost 30 years and I have never been disappointed. The selection was great! I was able to get my inflatable mattress for extra guest and everything was great for the value! Thank you!!! I was even more impressed because although the store closes at 6 on Sunday, I still made it just in time for gas before 7 pm. This is amazing! I'm SO thankful! read more

I visited Costco yesterday to pick up a few items then headed to the self checkout . Jess was extremely helpful and scanned my items while I was waiting for a terminal. She briefly spoke to a senior male employee who wasn't at all cordial in answering her. Apparently he doesn't take teamwork seriously. At any rate I frequent this Costco and have good experiences. read more

If you're after the classic Costco experience--bulk goods, low gas prices, rotating inventory, friendly service--this North Decatur location delivers. They have a wide variety of selections, with rotating inventory and great looking produce. There is always something to find with great value here. Know when you tell yourself you're going for one item you will walk out $300 shorter with a stocked shopping cart. It happens to the best of us. Parking can get tight, but that's par for the course. Costco on North Decatur and The 2-15. The parking could be bigger and better but otherwise this is the closest Costco to my residence. They require you to scan your card/barcode on the app to enter. I love shopping here on weekday afternoons because they have samples. The food court has the biggest chocolate chip cookie. Although I do miss the churro the cookies are quite tasty. They do have six self service check out and that is usually really quick. read more

Located off the 215/Decatur, in North Las Vegas, you can easily find quality products at this Costco Wholesale. There is plenty of parking spots available. Costco requires a membership to enter and shop inside the store. Costco focuses on selling products in bulk at wholesale prices for members. You'll find so many items from seasonal items to exclusive Kirkland signature products. We often shop at Costco Wholesale for fruits, breads, baked goods, snacks, and meats. Costco can have some really good deals on steaks and short ribs! We always get their rotisserie chicken as well! It's so delicious and it's pretty cheap too! Their fruit is always fresh. We got bananas and cantaloupes from Costco. Costco has some amazing baked goods! Their muffins (blueberry and chocolate) are huge! There are also pre-made baked items like cheesecakes and pies. Their apple pie and pumpkin pie is scrumptious! You'll usually see these options during the fall! If you're looking for a great birthday sheet cake, Costco makes cakes as well! We had purchased a cake for a retirement party from Costco. It was yummy! Costco has a great return policy. The store emphasizes amazing customer service! Costco has a wide variety of selections and they change them up once in a while. This location has a wide variety of clothing selections in the center of the warehouse. Their green veggie section has a decent selection in a separate part of the building next to the liquor section. The bakery section isn't extensive but their pastry are good. The fruits are fresh normally especially their apples. The prices a bit higher than places Smiths but if your family consumes a lot I think the prices are reasonable. Of course, Their rotisserie chickens are delicious and they go pretty fast as you can see the lines of people waiting for them. Service is typically great. Check out lanes go fast and the cashiers are typically nice. You do get that one employee whose having a bad day but it's not a terrible experience overall. read more

If you can afford a membership, it's a great place to shop. For today's shopping trip, Sam's club is actually cheaper for some items my family likes. The Dino nuggets here are $14.69, Sam's carries the same item for $11.48 Nutella is $13.99 here, Sam's has it for $11.48. But what I love is that Costco in my opinion has a bigger selection of items. They have more types of chips and different bakery items. They also have seasonal stuff that goes out quick. I got white rabbit and an instant boba kit today which I'm pretty happy about. Another amazing thing is that their food court is still very reasonably priced. I really love their chicken bake. The price has remained about the same. The last time I bought it, it was $3.49. Today it's $3.99. And the size has significantly decreased, but the flavor is the same so I like that at least there's consistency. read more

I can't believe I have not reviewed Costco on Decatur Boulevard. We have an executive membership that let you in at nine and I like to go here on the weekdays because weekends are crazy. If you arrive before nine like I do, there's plenty of parking if you arrive later, parking is crazy and I wouldn't even recommend shopping on the weekends. The crowds are nuts and the parking lots are so full. This Costco is full Service. It is not a business center but it has a pharmacy optometry Tire center and everything for your needs. Our family saves lots of money and since we're executive, we get cash back on all of our purchases, the value of this Costco is incredible. Everything from pantry items Bakery meats and their wines are excellent. Service is good sometimes if you come during the weekend, they are short on cashiers so we use the checkout and of course their food court is great hotdog, slices of pizza with soda, chicken, bakes, and chocolate chip cookies are awesome. read more

The prices are reasonable to buy in bulk especially non-perishable items. All Costco locations tend to be really busy. The parking lot is packed. Everyone including grandma, grandpa, all the kids are here like it's a field trip. Everyone wants to save money by getting free food samples and hangout all day til they're full! I see you and I get you. Foodwise, they have really awesome stuff. But once you get hooked, on your next Costco visit, it's no longer available! Whyyyy??? As most of us know, Costco is pretty dang awesome. Compared to my "home store" in Sparks, NV, this one seems HUGE! It seemed to take up more real estate than the Sparks location. Per usual, employees seemed happy to be there, and those handing out samples were knowledgeable about what it was they were sampling. The gas part is far enough away from the main entrance that waiting for gas does not affect the comings and goings to the store. read more

I'm not sure what's up with the employees at this particular Costco. I've gone there 5-6 times, sometimes when it was busy, sometimes not. I don't feel the service is as friendly as the Summerlin location. For example, the woman checking my receipt at the exit was unsmiling and treated me coldly, even though I spent close to $300 and it was a slow period. But, on the plus side, this location has a good selection, and the pharmacy folks are very helpful. Still, I will probably switch back to the Summerlin location. read more

I never received a call*** Overall, I'm a big fan of Costco but during my last visit the customer service was absolutely terrible. To make a long story short Costco double charged me and then made me jumped through a ton of hoops just to get my money back. They were giving very little effort helping me stating "my manager is off today and he's the only one that could help you" and "my records show you're wrong." The employees were definitely treating me as if I was lying. What got me very upset is once everything was finally resolved, I realized the problem could have been fixed by simply using a different computer to check my records or to ask me to open my Costco App to see my purchase history. Instead, the customer service employees thought I was lying, offered no customer service, and gave zero effort to correct a mistake they made. read more

You know you're an adult when getting a Costco membership is the highlight of your week! I was so thankful and excited when my bestie told me she was adding me to her membership. When we arrived, the process was so quick and easy. Their card printer was down, so they gave me a temporary membership pass, and the rest was history. We spent 30 minutes walking around and browsing through all the aisles. Obviously, the samples were the best part. We tried so many things, but my favorite had to be the fresh Mozzarella Sticks. I was visiting some family in Las Vegas this weekend and wanted to leave some flowers behind for my dad as he suffers from a terminal illness. I found this Costco with the help of my sister and she drove me here. We used self checkout initially and had a good experience, but her card was due for renewal so they check out person cancelled our transaction. I pulled out my Costco executive member card and paid for both arrangements of roses and premium flowers despite having a strange checkout experience for about $40. The flowers were beautiful and bright for my dad. He even smelled them when they were presented in a vase by his bedside. Excellent customer service is almost a given at places like Costco but for someone reason, not even an hour after they opened, we were checking out and "greeted" with attitude by a team member by the name of Brian OP #156. I get it, it's the day before a holiday, it's busy but to speak to my husband as if he's dumb, no greeting, condescendingly telling my husband to leave heavy items in the cart while he's putting small things on the belt, he was being aggressive with our products while scanning them, and then to turn around and be all cheerful to the people behind us made me wonder why my husband of all people, who didn't say a word to Brian to begin with, did he think it was ok to be condescending and have an attitude? We're not expecting a red carpet here just some human decency. Apparently this Costco tends to hire those ruder than most as I'm not the only one to have experienced this and from other team members. The costco in itself is fine as they have all the cool & new products nicely stocked but their customer service team members need a refresher on how to talk to everyone. read more

Costco optical has cheap glasses and that's about the only good thing you'll find there. The opticians are barely helpful and really do very little to make sure the glasses are a good fit. And, good luck trying to return a pair that doesn't fit right. It seems the Costco return policy doesn't really apply to eyewear. I've had several negative experiences at this location and will no longer buy glasses from Costco. read more
