My 1st visit here was immensely satisfactory w/ how FRIENDLY the staffs were! I dropped off my dog for grooming, down the street & decided to search BBW near her groomer (I live in Summerlin, which is why I am not too familiar with the Centennials Hills area). I am elated to have found this location, since the store was spotless (even for a clean freak like me!). I like the sign at the entrance, stating that only 20 customers are allowed inside the store due to Covid-19. And they also had the front door open w/ a tall fan, to help with air circulation. Every time I come to this location the workers are so friendly and polite, very helpful. There are workers greeting and helping people fiend what they are looking for. Workers stalking the shelves, cashiers are quick and efficient. The cashier was very informative I was able to use the store deals plus all the offers I had in the app. Also as of September 2022 they finally released awards, such as birthday rewards ect. Before other States were doing that and Nevada wasn't one of the States that provided that feature to their Reward System. But worry no more Nevada is in business, enjoy all those coupons and rewards!! They really add up and give you so many good rewards. Wow!!! I came here on Thursday, the 6th at around 6:00 P.M PST and it was super busy!! It's my local Bath & Body Works that is near my house. Even though it was packed, the place itself was clean. It's the holiday season and there was plenty of holiday themed new scents, body washes, lotions, bubble baths, and hand washes. There is plenty of assortment to choose from. There is even candles and light scents that you can plug into your wall outlets that BBW offer. The staff was extremely friendly. I love my bubble baths and the first thing I noticed upon looking at their body washes was that there was no bubble bath. I had to ask the staff about their bubble bath offerings and BBW decided to offer them in a different container than previous, which looked similar to their body wash. The staff member wasn't 100% certain, so she went to the front and asked the manager. The bubble baths are in new containers and are organized in a different part of the store, which had changed in the past few months. She was super helpful! I'll continue to keep coming to this location for BBW merchandise. I wish the store was a little bit bigger. It is small, but is well organized and maintained. The store location is in a prime spot, next to Home Depot and a shoe store. It's off of 95/Buffalo or 95/Ann. You just have to take a few local streets to get to Bath & Body Works. read more

Clean and quiet Bath & Body Works compared to other locations in town. Even when they have a big sale, such as Candle Day, it's still not too crowded here and you can still get in and out of the store relatively quickly. The employees are friendly and helpful, but for the most part leave you alone unless you look confused or ask for help. This particular BBW location is definitely underrated. It's in a strip mall where it caters to the residents of the Northwest side of the valley. Although it's not as big as the other stores, I come here primarily for their customer service. In addition, this store has a nicer set up, is put together well, and the supplemental decors they use are eye catching. Although I do live close by, I tend to find myself more often in the Southwest side of town when I am out and about. On several occasions, I visited to purchase plug ins I saw online that had just came out for the season. When I came in, the particular plug in I was looking for was not available on display. I inquired about the product and the staff said it would not be on display for a few more days until they started putting their new shipments out for the upcoming season. However, she did not hesitate to look what they had in the stock room. She checked what shipments came in and gave me the plug ins I needed before it went out on display. Wow! That is truly remarkable customer service! She definitely saved me from making another trip back. This happened on several occasions at this location. Other BBW locations (Downtown Summerlin, Caesar's Palace) were a different story. This location surely earned my business! read more

I cannot get enough of this place. I like this location in particular because it isn't in a mall, so they usually have everything in stock! The employees are friendly and happy to answer any questions. I last came here a few days ago for their semi annual sale, but I come here at least once a month. Honestly, I don't buy anything full-priced here, because $24.50 for a candle is still a little bit insane to me. However, they really are the best candles. Bath and Body Works offers a HUGE variety of scents. There is literally something for everyone. And- I can smell the candle through my whole house. I can't say that the candles last that long- but we probably light them most than others. On top of their amazing candles, I also love their Wallflowers. They have super cute plug-ins and a wide variety of wallflower fragrance refills. I keep my wallflower constantly plugged in and it lasts about 3 weeks. I can really smell the scent every time I enter the room. My other favorite thing here is their foaming hand soaps- especially the stress relief eucalyptus spearmint one. I walked in kind of knowing what I was looking for. To be honest, as many employees that were working there, no one really helped me until right before I was ready to leave. That was just kind of annoying, but I LOVED the assortment of fall items they had here! They had so many cute decorations for fall and a cute little area with Halloween items as well. There are always great deals being offered so I highly recommend coming here! You won't leave empty handed! I have come here for a long time with my girls. We are fans of the holiday Fall and Christmas candles. Went a couple of weeks ago and surprisingly we were not greeted after we walked inside, strange because first time we felt we weren't welcomed. Believe me I was surprised!! We walked all around the store and no one asked me or my girls for help. But other people were there and waking inside and we heard the sales girls greeting all the others. Again I noticed it. My oldest daughter was looking for the holiday candles. They didn't have any put out yet, so my daughter overheard a customer ask one of the sales ladies if they had any holiday candles. The young lady went to the back of the store and pulled out some holiday candles for the customer. After my daughter told me about it, I then went to ask another sales lady if she had any holiday candles, she said, no we don't have any put yet. So, I didn't question it. So, I told my daughters let's go to another bath and body works. Believe me we were pretty upset about the customer service there. This has never happened to us till now. So now we are not going there. We picked an amazing bath and body works some where else. We feel welcomed the minute we walk in and that's the way it should be. Customer Service should be priority!! It was my first time at this location, as I just moved here and this is the closest store to my home. I have shopped at B&BW for over a decade and naturally love the products. Customer service here, below average. Aside from the cashier who obviously needed to interact with me to process the transaction, no one else even said hello. From the moment I walked in, to offering me a basket while I shopped (I bought 12 candles that day- I needed a basket and not a single person offered to help.) there were at least two girls standing near the door on my way out, who were just chatting with one another not helping anybody. This was disappointing- since then I've been driving the extra few miles to the store on N rancho- day and night in comparison. I come from customer service & retail- I know the expectations and this store lacks the basics. Unfriendly employees aside, Loved my purchase! Just disappointed with the environment. I have applied 6 times for a job at this location. I have not received 1 phone call nor email regarding my status. I had finally called after I submitted another application and finally got a hold of a hiring Manager. She said she has not got a chance to go through the applications and advised me she will contact me the next day. Waiting patiently, I have now waited 3 days and no return call. Is this the type of Comapny I want to work for? I am one that is willing to dedicate to a job and not request for government assistance. As you can see I am not the type to give up easily on what opportunities may approach. I found 6 opportunities at Bath and Body Works, and I guess they don't see the efforts and interests I have shown with 6 applications is not good enough. Even if they (BF) doesn't really want to partake. We showed up and upon crossing the threshold of door...automatically, I felt like an outcast (only male). That being said...the variety of scents, both somewhat familiar and may I say..somewhat intoxicating..were enough to sooth the savage beast.
