Bought a nightmare before Christmas inflatable that did not inflate fully and upon further inspection, it was sewn incorrectly and there were holes and air was escaping from the piece it's self. Tried contacting the customer service line who connected me to another person at Target plus and was transferred to another person's voice message that cut me off before I could give any information. Called back again. Gave a case number so I didn't have to explain everything again. It's all listed in the case file. The person I spoke with could give no shits about my issue which I can't blame her but it's her job and she didn't have to let her show in her attitude and voice over the phone that she didn't give a shit. I did not want to return the item for a refund. I wanted to exchange it for a non defective item that worked correctly and she only kept telling me that I had until December to return the item for a full refund. I just wanted to exchange or even be put on a list to exchange for the next shipment coming in as I was told in a prior call to start the case that more would be coming in. I called corporate office and left a message and the one time they call me to follow up, I'm in the middle of a doctors appointment and a voice message that they will call back and that was a week ago. This is my favorite target location! Every time I walk into this store, I'm welcomed by the staff and the store is always clean and stocked. There have only been a handful of times in the seven years that I didn't get what I came for. I also appreciate that there are always workers around and you don't have to look around to get assistance. Now that they have a Starbucks inside, the store is even more convenient to come to. This has to be one of my favorite Targets by far! Very clean and organized. I love shopping here because I don't feel rushed to grab and go like I do in Walmart, just to get away from the riff raff. This store is SO much better than the chaotic Wal-Mart nightmare down the road, but the selection is much smaller. I prefer to go here because this store is quiet, clean, and the staff actually have knowledge of their own store (Unlike Wal Mart). Check out is usually a breeze, they usually have a cashier standing there at the front of the lane ready to ask if you they can help you check out. I placed an online order and after I parked, I decided to call the store to ask for curbside pickup. Olivia Lobo was already out in the parking lot helping another customer and came right over to my vehicle shortly after. It took no more than 5 minutes to receive my order. I just wanted to recognize how kind and attentive she was. This is our favorite Target location in Las Vegas. It is located off the beaten path, parking lot is more manageable than the one in Boca Park (we can typically find nearby parking thus not have to walk a considerable distance), and they typically have the items we are looking for. The store is well lit, clean and organized. Service is efficient and friendly. This location is in a shopping center of which we go to often for other stores as well, so it is convenient. read more

Well sitting in the parking a lot and lost prevention has been following a black man that was just trying to find some parking to change his daughters diapers . It was not rite at all . I don't usually come to this location since I live on the other side of town. I happened to be house sitting while my parents were out of town and had forgotten to pack toothpaste. I'm used to the Target location by my place so I found the layout to be odd. Everything is in the same place but the aisles for the women's clothing and accessories was all cramped together. Claustrophobia at it's finest. They had everything I needed, and also things I haven't seen at my home location. So I'm not complaining there. I did find the family sized Pantene Pro-V shampoo and conditioner on clearance for $3 on one of the end caps! Score!! It pays to just look around. You never know what deals you'll find. There was no line and the cashier was really easy going. P.S. You might want to mop the floors. Saw a bunch of stains that needed to be cleaned up. read more

Giving this place a 1 star based on the lady at the checkout counter this morning. Joyce I believe was on her name tag but there was no joy in today's experience. I started out on a really in a good mood this morning wanting to run some errands and pick up some stuff at Target for the kids. I also really needed an extra large storage bin for our Christmas decor. Everything was going well. Picked out all the stuff I needed. Lots of new home furnishing and found two checkout counters open in the early morning. I believe it was checkout #10 or 11 and the other one was 2 left of it. The aisle number was lit but nobody was there and the older lady stationed there was talking to another employee. After like 10 seconds of already waiting for her to stop talking she starts to ring me up. I didn't mind as I wasn't in a rush to get anywhere but when she gets back to start to run me up, she proceeds to offer me the target red card. Listen, I love target but I don't need another credit card at this moment. She asks me the first time and I graciously decline, No thank you but thanks for asking. Then she asked me, "Do you know you can save 5% each time you purchase?" Then, Do you know you can get free shipping? Then, Do you know you can get an extra 30 days of return? Then, Do you know you can really save a ton of money? Yeah, BuT I said No so many times! Stop asking me! Anyways, that wasn't really what gave me the bad experience. It gets worse. I know you have to sell the card and you probably get $75 or something for each person you sign up. Why I was upset was that after you asked me and I said No 5 times, your attitude CHANGED!! In my checkout items, I had some vases, candle holders, as well the large 40 gallon storage box and as I got up to The checkout counter, I realized the lid of the bin was broken. I mentioned to her right away and I thought she said I'll call someone to get another so I just waited for her to ring everything up. At the end, I ask her again if she was getting someone to find the lid but she tells me "NOBODY on our staff will go back to get a lid for you so YOU have to go back and get the lid". Really? You didn't even call to ask anybody. The store was pretty empty this morning. The other employee she was talking to was just standing there doing nothing. (In the other ladies defense, she actually seemed like a nice lady because she came by to ask "Joyce" if she needed help as I also eyed her twice during the check out process. She came back and asked if she needed help with entering the gift card number on the back of the card like she knew she was having a hard time seeing) Oh and let me get into the payment portion of my experience. When she was done ringing my transaction, I had two gift cards on the counter for her to use. So when she was done, she takes the gift cards and proceeded to use them on the total. When she was using them, she seemed she so irritated because she had to use her magnifying glass to read the Target code on the back of the gift card. Okay so she gives me the total and I ask her about the person going back to find a replacement bin lid for me and she declines, I tell her I don't want the BIN anymore because I don't want a broken one, she makes an annoying remark saying she has to take off the bin, then re-enter the gift cards again. In addition, her unpleasant attitude gets worse like it annoyed her for taking an item off. After she did that, I told her I had a cartwheel code to scan and she gets more annoyed and starts to enter the keypad harder and louder to let me know more how annoying this was for her. At this point I'm thinking WTF is wrong with you?!?! Ask me for my cartwheel card number before you scan the gift cards then! Apparently the cartwheel skew # had to be given to her before she scanned the gift card but how was I suppose to know that? At least that's what she was saying under her breath. This lady was such a bit-h. Sorry to use that language but I've never had such an unpleasant lady at Target. I didn't want to sign up for Target Red Card. You don't find anybody to look for another lid but instead you tell me I have to go run back there myself so I don't want the lid! I'd rather you just take it off my total and I'll get it next time. And your attitude is the WORST attitude in the world!! She must of had a horrible holiday and she smelled like cigarette smoke. I'm glad I saw her name tag. When I walked out I told the guy at the return service area that she was a total bit-h and he apologized for her. There was an older Asian lady two aisles down that checked out 3 people while I was with Joyce. I've had her before and she was so sweet and nice. Please remove this lady from the counter. This location, to this day, since my 1st time going in since when... 2005 or 2006? I can't remember but this target is the best in the city. I mean, I may not always find what I want but 90% of the time, I do. And the staff is awesome. And I've never had issues with them. And I love this target! And I've never had any issues with them. Went here Sunday 4/18, shopped about an hour and spent about $175.00. I don't like it when I get the feeling of being watched that I may be shop lifting or don't have money!!!!! I was in an isle deciding on what kind of keurig pods to get, there was an employee going down the isle and saw me "hanging" out trying to decide, then I went to the next isle and spent about 5 minutes looking for toffee covered nuts this employee decided he was going to fix the chips behind me the whole time I was looking!!!!! I didn't find what I was looking for, but I left that isle with an uneasy feeling....then checking out I didn't have the most pleasant cashier, I was paying with a card that somehow didn't take it either by the chip or by swipe I tried it twice, I asked her what's wrong with it? She just looked at me with no reply?!?! I pulled out another card that worked, but didn't want it coming out of this account and made mention to the girl...again she just looked at me?!?! I got the feeling from her that I didn't have the money?! So again another uneasy feeling!!!!! NO customer service from young people!! Went shopping here on 12/21/2016 with my family. My child had an upset stomach two days in a row. Not sure what was happening, something told me to check what was just bought at target. Turns out the yogurt was expired on 12/10/16. My son spent 2 days feeling stomach pains and nausea. It was really upsetting to watch as a parent. I decided to take a trip to the same store again to see what else I would find. I went back on 12/23/16 and found many expired products. Finding these items took less than 5 minutes and as you can see they are at the front to be taken by anyone. I alerted an employee about all the expired food. He took it from me and walked away casually. I do not think he told his manager nor did it seem like he was going to try and help take out more expired products. I urge anyone who shops here to make sure you see what you are buying. It does not seem the safety of the customers is a priority at this target. read more

We walk with the baby every weekend and use selfcheck, there is a young adorably sweet girl mornings on the weekends with glasses and always a big bow working selfcheck, she is wonderful! Makes a point to come say hi to the baby, remembers the name of his stuffed animal, asks about his soccer practice and talks about the new things he is buying each visit. Any time we have a question she has a quick answer, never seen her without a smile! When we get ready to go walk over we talk about going to see our Target friend, a joyful bright spot for our weekends, thank you for her! read more

I love this Target. Right now they are in the process of remodeling the store to add a Starbucks, so it may be a bit dusty. The location is rather larger than a few other locations across the valley. Me, being a couponer, I do have my favorite cashiers because they never scowl me for my large hauls or stacks of coupons. There are a few cashiers that LOVE to make up their own rules and policies as to which coupon can be accepted and limitations. It's okay, maybe one day they'll learn the coupon game. Til now, I'll just head over to my favorite cashiers! The store is always my go-to when I need ANYTHING for my house. I am proud to say that I have not stepped foot in a Wal-Mart at all this year! This location is pretty clean. Great management. But why is it that the pharmacist that work at Target this location... YES! YOU work at Target. Why is it that they don't want to help the customers? I have been there twice and the pharmacist act like they can't assist you in finding a product in that particular area. (As in "the item Is on aisle 3") Not asking you to come from behind the counter. Most of them are very rude. I've even had one of the pharmacist tell me "I don't work for Target." Yes you do. The worker told me Boca is the busiest store in Vegas that's why they are always out of stock etc. this one is nice, clean organized and always has what I went to Boca for lol. Target is turning into Walmart and maybe worse. Them trying to pay their team members enough to not be on the news for low pay rates and then only giving them a few hours is ridiculous. They are not helpful, I stand in line forever because there's no one able to get on a register, they don't do the orders correctly and when you try to reorder they are sold put because they just haven't finished your order after 24 hours. Then when you call corporate they put you on hold to figure it out and then the call drops. Here I am 1 hour into the call and I'm on hold once again. This is my favorite Target in Vegas. It's a Greatland Store, so it's HUGE. Here's why I like it so much: - It's clean. Keeping a store clean and organized are important to me. This store is exceptional at both. - It's large. I like big stores because it provides a selection of a wide variety of products. One thing I hate doing is driving all over town to look for something. I enjoy One Stop Shopping....especially when it comes to everyday household items. If it's something special or unique, then I favor smaller stores....but that doesn't apply here, it's a Target. - Parking. The parking lot has plenty of spaces for shoppers and the aisles are wide. - It's never crowded. In the 10 yrs or so this store has been open, I've only seen it crowded during the after-Christmas sale where items can be as much as 75% OFF.....otherwise it's a pleasant experience. Love the location because its not always packed like all the other targets I've been to. Why oh why do they have such good deals or advertising that gets you. I don't give a rats, you know what who you are but I know that if you come in here for ONE item you leave with at least ten. It's just something about target that gets you. I dare y most of my friends come for one item and leave with almost 100 bucks worth of stuff. Don't worry, I won't name names The things I usually gravitate to are the kids clothes because they always have amazing deals and super cute stuff. Their dollar bin is pretty nifty and cool. You never know what you'll find and they have cool stuff to entertain my toddler for the rest of the trip outing. Love their housing decorations, but they are priced high. If I was rich I would get everything for the house there. More and more I become a fan of the woman's clothing. I dare say its because I'm getting older. Gasp! Great location because it's always empty! I've never encountered lines here and the store is clean & well organized. Target is great for random purchases when a girl needs some goodies. Tonight I ended up with a scrubby brush for the kitchen, lip gloss, mascara & a few tank tops, random but it works. The downfall is that it's not one of the stores that has absolutely everything but has enough to go in and out quickly. Called in a prescription re-fill, had a friend pick it up because I wouldn't make it to the pharmacy before they close. They charged him $45.00. Based on my insurance plan the co-pay should have been $10.00. Called and was told "If it had been picked up tomorrow, it would have been $10.00. But, today you weren't due for a refill so it was full price." YOU'RE F'ING JOKING RIGHT?! I would expect that the pharmacy tech would have said something. They didn't. And when I called they had a "too bad" attitude. I trust my pharmacist to do the right thing... and Target fell short. read more
