Date of visit: March 5, 2026 Despite many visits to Las Vegas, I had never had an opportunity to visit a Kohl's location. There aren't any on the Strip and the sales tax is much lower back in Wisconsin so it was just never high on my radar. Yet maybe I was missing out as this was probably one of the best Kohl's experiences I have ever had. The experience started out very positively with a friendly hello as I entered the store (can't say I've ever had that happen before, at a Kohl's in any state), and continued through as the store was clean, well-organized, and spacious. Most Kohl's feature racks so crammed with clothing that you can't even see what is on offer and don't even get me started on the clearance displays! This store, however, was close to picture perfect, with really the only misstep a couple of men's clearance shoes in the wrong box, a minor infraction if there ever was one! As this location is near work, I will definitely be coming back here in the future as I get settled in the Vegas area. read more

The line for the Returns to Amazon was very long. Get your Code ready to scan. The line goes faster than you think. The clerk was efficient though she sounded annoyed. You get a one-time use coupon, 25%. Already had St Patrick's day & Easter inventory situated very close to the Clearance area (lots of Halloween items). The Front of the store- had Christmas clearance. Dog toys, ornaments by Hallmark, small initial stockings, some leftover Christmas clothing, a couple of racks, some PJ pants, in odd or larger sizes. Also in a box was 50% off rolled wrapping paper. Check the square footage, for the best value. The Shoes clearance was not good, the same with the Juniors clearance, was not good. This Kohl's has some good deals at time! If you download the kohls apps they also have discounts, and coupons you can apply at checkout for an additional savings! I also come here to do some of my Amazon returns and it's a very quick process I'm typically in and out in less than 3 minutes. Sometimes it's busy, but line goes quick! read more

Went to Sephora on march 29th and it was almost closing time and the young lady working at Sephora told me but as I was shopping she just watched me and felt rushed & she was staring at me the entire time . Came to location at 905 am. 5 min after opening. If I could give this location negative stars I would. Attached are photos to show the filth and dirt as well as how the store looks inside. I have visited this location a few days in a row and the same dirt, overflowing trash is still present. This clearly shows the opening manager doesn't care nor does the closing manager care as well at how their store looks and operates. The selection of inventory in this store of clothes as well as accessories is lacking compared to many other stores and the value of product is not good considering nobody cares at how the store looks. When seeing the dirt buildup the value they charge for product is sad. read more

Went shopping with my grandma and caught them trying to sign her up for a rewards program without her consent at the register. On a different occasion , she was pressured into signing up for the credit card and we wanted to quickly make our purchase and leave. Some staff at the register push for the credit card sign up so be mindful of what you sign up for. Changing rooms are nice and the attendants are kind enough to clean up after some lazy shoppers who leave things in the rooms so we appreciate their work. They have many options and good selection of products. I recommend waiting for sales as sometimes the regular price isn't worth it Only complaint is how much the card is pushed. I understand that the staff have goals to make, but I wish they weren't pressured to push it so hard. read more

I literally ONLY come here to return Amazon items. They have no decent selection of clothes usually. They had a 75% off sale so I ended up buying a sweater and a nice sequin top and a frame. The Indian girl at the register was extremely rude and rolled my nice sequin top into a ball and put it on the counter so I politely said "Oh I don't want that in. ball it's sequin they will stick together" so personally folded it nicely and she grabbed it briskly rolled it into a ball again and just threw it back into the bag. I said I just said I so r want they too in a ball bc it's delicate. She stared at me and rudely said "U want em to fold it?!" I said no I just re sis it again myself. I had to ask doe my receipt she handed it to me and so as Bye! I mean what's with the rude unprofessional attitude I am spending money here and if you don't want to be nice to people then by all means bring in customer service related position is NOT the job for you. Then while I was in line there was a guy who clearly needed an ambulance and you haha d3 you haha kids 2 blinds and a hispanic male employee taking photos of the poor but in the bathroom. You should be calling 911. Finally someone called the police and the fire truck just pulled up -but that is NOT professional laughing at someone and taking photos of someone in need of medical help. I was utterly disgusted by everyone's unprofessional behavior at Kohls this afternoon. Horrible. read more

Love coming to just try out the literal TESTERS in Sephora only to be profiled by the light brown haired Julia who was organizing in the teen section. Which is crazy considering she doesn't even work in the Sephora section of the store. Not sure why you would be helping me when the very capable Sephora employees are there. But no she thought she was doing something of value. Absolutely ridiculous. If you think you have a "lead" or an assumption about someone be very careful Julia... profiling, defamation and all while assuming someone is stealing. Focus on your hair color not people trying out opened made to try testers products. read more

I came here to kill some time, went to the shoe section and a lot of the shoes didn't even have prices displayed. Made me not want to purchase anything. Two stars for the store because of the cashier and the customer service manager employees. Since they were amazing and nice. If I could choose what stars I can give, I'd give a negative star to loss prevention. I felt very uncomfortable while shopping and trying on, remind you I work security in retail I'd never steal/shoplift. I was followed into the fitting room by LP, only had less then 10 items and no way of concealing with my little small Tory Burch bag lmao! Anyway, he was very rude and storming into my room the way he did asking me how many, when no one else was being watched for bringing hand fulls in the same time. I know how it works being LP, storming into a fitting room is a no no. That's a case calling for y'all... I listened, even gave him my stuff I already tried on. But being called over the radio right when I closed my door is just ridiculous. I just felt very uncomfortable and tried on my stuff and brought out with them all hung up, I told the lady they don't have to watch me y'all are wasting your time as I am LP at my job. As I walked up to the cashier the dude is all laughing at me and staring at me like I'm about to NOT pay or walk out. As he was all over by the door talking crap about me to the employee that greets. When I confronted LP on the way, he laughed and stated anyone can be LP since he is being rude (big guy with braids). Shopping in Las Vegas... This was our first time at this location of Kohl's. My mom, my sister, and I thought that we had been to every Kohl's in Las Vegas, but, apparently not! The coupons (that we received in the mail) were good for the week, so, why not look! My sister likes to find Christmas and birthday gifts for her family and my mom shops for presents for the grandchildren and her friends. They both noticed that we don't have these styles and designer brands in Hawaii. I like to check out the Clearance areas, shoes, jewelry, toys, suitcases, appliances, greeting cards, and accessories! The Vegas Golden Knights, Rebels, and Raiders apparel were very tempting! We really enjoy shopping at this department store because of the variety and good quality! We'll be back! read more

I opened a kohls card and was told I had 35% off and Yasmine the manager told me that wasn't the case. I was confused and tried to understand, she proceeded to talk down to me and be extremely rude. I have no problem paying more but she basically kicked me out and said she didn't want my business. I had such a good experience at the green valley location but I'll be cancelling my credit card and never returning to Kohls. Never been so disrespected for no reason before. I wonder what it takes to get a THANK YOU from their cashier? Julia handed me the bag and the receipt without a word. Not mentioning that there was no cashier in sight. They were all chatting away from the registers while I and a lady were waiting. No wonder stores are replacing cashiers with self check out screens. Computers are more polite and faster. read more

Overdue review of this location, for I have been shopping here for years! I am always amazed at how CLEAN & organized this store is. Customer service has always been superb as well. Aside from amicable customer service, I love the selections of name brands; my favorites are Under Armour, Sketchers, Nike's, and even Swarovski's. I recently discovered that Amazon has a return counter section in the back of the store (by home decor/appliances). I am elated to know that I can now bring my returns to that counter & have the Amazon staffs pack up my items. read more

After looking at a few different stores for holiday sweaters, I found a fun selection of holiday sweaters/tshirts/pajamas/skirts/dresses/jump suits/socks/etc. at this Kohl's....But they are going fast! What a gross store with worse service! I found an air fryer online that I came in to get. It was $79.99 online, $104.99 in the store. When I asked, the manager said it was for the crockpot. I can plainly tell the difference. No one is available for assistance carrying it out, and the carts lock at the front door, so I promptly returned it. The store was a MESS and almost empty. I love kohl's! I visit this store the most coz it's closer to home. Clothes selection is great, I esp love Jennifer Lopez, Rock Republic and Apt 9. Nice variety in home goods, kids clothes, shoes and kitchen stuff. Lots of sale going on most of the time and if you have their credit card, you get anywhere from 15-30% off on top of already reduced prices at least 15 times a year. You also earn rewards on what you spend and earn kohl's cash. Lots of perks with or without credit card. Staff is great, efficient and friendly. read more

This Kohl's location is near my Timeshare Property so every year I shop here because either I have Kohl's cash left over from the Holidays or a B-Day reward. This store is just okay I mean I don't shop at Kohl's much anywhere in the country but this store as with many department stores here in Vegas lack good sports gear. Don't me wrong there is some gear for the Golden Knights and the Raiders but it is not really high quality and for what they do have it is EXTREMELY Overpriced. I will continue to shop here on a yearly basis just because of convenience (I actually found an awesome Star Wars Hoodie for a great price) but again the store is just okay. This kohl's is nice but I have actually stopped shopping at kohl's since my last time here. Kohl's sends so many emails. All of them contain different coupons. Coupons that can never be used. At least I don't ever use them. It's very annoying when you spend time shopping and then you get to the cashier and they don't even understand how their coupons work. I spend so much time here trying to get to use on of the many deals they email me and after going back to find more items, i was still unable to use any form of discount or coupons I have up. And just purchased what I needed. I will unsubscribe to their mailing list because it's pointless. Moving on to the actual store location. This store is clean and fairly organized. I do have a hard time finding prices for items sometimes. I can never find an associate to help me but when I do they are very nice and polite. The lines are always fairly large but not too bad. Kohl's carry very good items for kids. They sell really soft shirts. The toys are expensive, even with a discount, Walmart and target are cheaper. I love their carts. They are cute, clean, and always work. I do like buying shoes here for my kids. The prices are comparable to the outlet mall, with less of a selection though. read more

I am so glad I left this place when I did. I initially came in thinking this would be a fun part time job but realized very quickly that it wouldn't. The first month was okay until management started showing their true colors. The way these managers treat us is simply inhumane and unprofessional. The treatment that I and many other coworkers received from these managers is nothing short of appalling, displaying a complete lack of regard for our basic human dignity and a disregard for professional conduct. The way they interacted with us is not only degrading but also completely unbecoming of individuals in positions of authority and responsibility. The lack of professionalism displayed by these managers is astounding. They fail to uphold the fundamental principles of good leadership, such as clear communication, respect for differing opinions, and fostering a positive and supportive team environment. As now a former associate of Kohls, I CHOSE TO BE THERE, to support this company through my knowledge and efforts and I feel that with recent events from this management team at the southwest kohls in Las Vegas, change needs to happen. Their behavior not only affected our productivity and job satisfaction but also reflects poorly on the entire organization. I think it is crucial that this issue is addressed promptly by the higher-ups in the company, as this toxic managerial behavior not only hinders individual growth but can also lead to high turnover rates and a negative reputation for the organization. I can tell you now as I have seen so many call outs from this store so many people leaving and quitting for this reason including myself. Implementing proper training, promoting a culture of respect and support, and holding managers accountable for their actions are some of the steps that need to be taken to rectify this situation and ensure a more positive and humane work environment for ALL the employees. read more

Been in this location multiple times and it always feels like I'm not even wanted there. The associates NEVER greet me from when I walk in to when I'm just walking around the store. Asking for help feels like I'm inconveniencing anyone there. I went in here the other day to do some Amazon returns and once I found the place I was met by an associate who clearly did not want to be there cause he said nothing to me the whole time and I had 6 returns I was doing so it was just a long awkward silent experience. What has happened to Kohl's is the same that happened to Sears Roebuck. For some reason they turned a blind eye to the internet being our favorite shopping experience. And today made it all clear as to why. 1st, at 11:40 a.m. with only 15 cars in the parking lot, there were no shopping carts (a usual experience @ Kohl's.) When I asked 2 different employees, I was told to look in another department. Then I could not find an employee, not anywhere. Then when I did, was told to use one of the kiosks in the store. I came for the anti-gravity chaise chair for the outdoors for which they sent out a flyer yesterday on the sale ($39, down from $120). I finally found an employee who happened to be a mgr. & we found 20 of them in brown & only one in a different color. It comes in 6 colors & incl. stripes also. What he had to do on this convoluted system of Kohl's is check EVERY store, individually, to see what their inventory was. And voila! Only brown. Instead of realizing why they're losing business, Kohl's has filled their stores with massive amounts of merchandise. So much that one can't get down the aisles. An employee told me they won't stop sending it all & thus it ends up on the floor (I saw many pieces of clothing on the store because racks are too full.) I had other items I needed, but finding help on 2 of them was a career & I had more to do with my day. See you later Amazon! read more

Prices are way WAY to high, unrealisticly high, especially for a store like this that has absolutely nothing unique to offer any of its customers. Where do they get off charging people double the average price!? The entire store looks bare, the children's section needs a massive upgrade, they should really try looking into clothing that modern day kids will actually wear. Housewares section is crap. Some years ago, when I first stepped foot into Kohl's I was highly disappointed and vowed never to step foot in this place again. I had a bad experience with everything from the choice of clothing to the customer service. So after some insisting from my husband, I gave this place another chance today. Let's just say I've found my new store. I was so excited I'm here. I felt like a little kid on Christmas morning in here. There were sales going on every department! Everywhere I looked, I found something that I wanted. My husband had to literally drag me to the registers. I didn't want leave. Very little merchandising of any real kind here. The clothing is just lost. It's a mess. There's pretty much no visual merchandising at all. Maybe they are hiring? Night gowns and sleep wear was a joke and they should find it to be embarrassing. The makeup section was just done right gross! The marketing is a mess. The part I don't understand is how many people were actually working there in each section yet the store looks like this! In makeup alone three women were circling me. More than enough too keep that section in shape. It really needs a deep cleaning. An entire display was empty. Big no no right there. My check out was mediocre as well. The gentleman checking me out didn't hand me my bags even after seeing my moving the basket and struggling to get my bags that were no where near me yet right in front of him. Basically it feels like this store is sleep walking. It has a very bland and tired atmosphere. I'm really unimpressed with store location and will not be returning. read more
