So I have to mention that I absolutely love Target! This particular location is so convenient with their drive-up and pick up option not too far from where I live. Especially during these times with COVID19 and wanting to social distance and stay safe, this store is awesome! I have the app on my phone and if I need something like recently bottled waters, dental floss, and dog food, I just hopped on the app, selected the items I needed, and wa la! Received an email your order is ready. Let them know I was on my way with a quick tap and that I had arrived when I pulled up to the pick-up spot. One of their very nice reps came to my window, saw my code, retrieved my items, and loaded them in my car. This is such a lifesaver during these times and especially with my 2 small kiddos with me. The women's restroom was filthy. I don't know why the floors were so mottled with black grimy footsteps and wetness. The women's clothing section has various mannequins from skinny to plus size. I didn't realize that even mannequins were part of body inclusivity now, but I don't go shopping in stores very often now so that's probably why I sound new. Oddly enough all of the mannequins in the men's section were fit. There were no husky men mannequins. I wonder if it's because men don't care or aren't fed these messages about needing to see body images that reflect yourself. They're just to display clothes after all. I haven't shopped at Target for over a year for a few reasons including the fact they never have more than one cashier working on Saturday mornings. I needed a garden hose and it seemed more convenient to stop here on my way home...haha. The self check isn't open and they have one cashier working with a long line. I decided to just leave because this is not good customer service at all. Plus it's not a one off. They always have an excuse about why there is no one there actually working up front. This store's employees deserve this 5-star review! We went in for a few things and almost every employee we passed greeted us and a few even asked how our day was going. I was impressed with their awesome customer service. But what blew me away was Ms. Nate at the register. As she rang up our items, she asked if we were using the Red card or the Target Circle rewards. We don't have the credit card but wasn't sure if we had the rewards so we looked on our phone. We weren't logged in to the Target app and didn't want to bother trying to figure out our log in info right there. So she gave us our receipt and showed us on the phone where to go on the app to redeem points once we set up our Target circle rewards. As big-box stores go, this one is extraordinarily safety conscious. From the moment you walk into this Target located on Blue Diamond Rd., you notice the security kiosks staff enforcing mask regulations. There are staff members visibly cleaning all the shopping carts, so customers feel safe. And all the floor personnel are wearing masks and gloves. No other department stores I go to do I see such diligence to customer and employee safety. What immensely impressed me was the person cleaning each check-out position (after each use) in the self-checkout area. I seldom, if ever, see this kind of diligence at any large store. For that matter, even at smaller stores. This store is quite expansive and very well lighted and clean. The floor personnel goes out of their way to help you with your questions. Although many shelves are picked clean from Christmas, you can see Target employees' effort to quickly re-stock empty shelves. I've said this before. People reviewing these large stores such as Target, Walmart, and Costco tend to denigrate them for whatever reason. Maybe they are the stores people love to hate. This is a great Target store in an awesome shopping plaza with tons of shopping and eating choices. The parking lot is large. It can get crowded with all the nearby stores, but there's never a problem finding space. Inside you'll find a large, clean Target store with cool updated decor including nice wood wall trim around the customer service counter. There is a small food court as well with a Pizza Hut and a Starbucks inside! Yum. They have free WiFi throughout the store which actually worked well. The aisles are wide and clean, and the store is extremely well stocked. I was especially impressed with the fresh fruit and vegetable section. They had even artistically stacked the fruits! Overall the entire grocery area impressed with its selection and decor. Everything in the store seemed spotless! There is a large liquor selection with beer, wine, and even the hard stuff! The prices are good and certainly comparable to (if not lower than) other nearby grocery/miscellaneous stores. Download the Target app, and you can scan the item bar codes for secret discounts. At checkout they have several self-service checkouts which make checking out a breeze, although on this afternoon the checkout area did not seem super busy. went to target just now hoping to buy clothes and food and other things and was turned away by "Sammy" a short little manager who doesn't understand how a manufacturer coupon works. he decided that he just didn't want to deal with it and they were "too busy to be dealing with this". furthermore, the purple haired lady with glasses, who was checking me out, doesn't understand how to count and tried to triple charge me for a product. Incredibly poor customer service. Got told they had four of a game on the floor but the guy wanted to tell me "They all must be waiting to be picked up - and are not paid for." Which somehow equals it can't be sold to me? I've been shopping at this Target for years and have never heard something so stupid. I even showed him online where I could order one of them RIGHT NOW. But apparently dude just wants to lie to my face? Wish I had gotten his name so I could put him on blast because he needs to go back to training or something. Bullseye for a reason;) I'm a proud owner of the Target Red Card. Free, no fees and it's a debit. Yes, I balance it;) I admit right now, right here that I can't just run in for one or a few times. I'm compelled in perusing those aisles. It's clean, tidy and the staff will always assist and search for you. Yes, the toys. I'm a Star Wars follower;) They carry air hogs! Don't know it, google please:) I gander- every, single, solitary time. I have the target app. I have the cartwheel app. WHICH is my second favorite app after Yelp. Instagram comes in a close third;) They stack coupons, stack on the cartwheel discounts AND then knock off an additional 5 percent with that Target Red card! Oh, they price match. Honestly never thought I'd write a Yelp review about a Target of all places because Target is, well, Target. However, the amount of customers without masks on at this Target was particularly shocking to me. None of the staff members were enforcing the statewide mask mandate. I even witnessed a staff member happily greet and hug a family that had no masks on. Regardless of your personal stance on masks, a state mandate is a state mandate. This target is pretty clean and I came here for a few things after I left the Cox store in front. Also I feel bad for the girl at Starbucks she was the only one working with a long line. Props to her. If I was working I probably would have just quit on the spot lol But anyways the reason for the 4 stars :( is that I bought a microphone for my desk and the cashier forgot to put it in the bag. I don't live close to this target so when I got home I was so sad and disappointed because the microphone was $100 I called the target and gave them my receipt number, cash register #, and the time I was there and explained my situation and asked if they could verify the cameras (so they know I would be telling the truth) and just refund me back to my card so I can avoid the long trek across town, and the girl who answered the phone said that they didn't have any microphone at any of the registers and they can't check the cameras. So my boyfriend had to drive all the way back over there to explain and after a few minutes of waiting they actually checked the cameras and saw that our cashier didn't bag it for us. I felt like this could have been done over the phone and saved us gas money. They did apologize as well as the cashier and she gave us a $10 gift card so I guess that's nice of them :) appreciate that big time. It was just super inconvenient for us. read more

What happened to Target??? I have never been a Walmart person and now I have to wonder, where does a person go when they no longer want to go to either? One open check out, a very long line, with the option of self check out, no thanks! After walking thru the store, we saw three employees, two were on their phones! We were asked if we found what we were looking for, but evidently the checker did not like my answer since she argued with me about it. You may want to send someone out to get the carts since you can not walk on the sidewalk in areas. I sure hope things change or we will need to find a new place to read more

So I have to say this is my favorite Target. The only thing I don't like is that they always have a long long line. It doesn't matter if your in the self check out or regular cashier line THERE ALWAYS IS A LINE. Which I am not really sure why. But anyway, they always have everything I am looking for in stock. We recently moved super far away from everything, so this Target has been my go-to since its on my way home from work. I love target, but this specific location disappoints. Here are a few reasons why. 1. Their women's clothing section is pretty weak and there are only XL sizes left. 2. Whenever I stop here for something specific, they seem to be out of stock. Like this last visit, they ran out of Target brand drinking water. Really?!? How do you run out of water?!?! 3. There are always lines at the register and they take forever to open new lanes. And when they do open new ones, they take the people from the back of the line instead of the people who are actually next. 4. And when you do finally get to the register, they aren't the brightest people. For example, I bought a gift bag and told her I didn't need a plastic bag for it. So she opened the gift bag and was about to put the rest of my purchase in the gift bag. Ummmm, hello?! Common sense is a rare thing these days. SMH! The employees I've encountered through the rest of the store have been friendly. But come on guys, get it together. read more

I came here out of necessity. I almost wish I hadn't. Things were a mess in the aisles. A lot of their stock seemed to be gone even. The women's swim suit areas seemed well stocked but that might have been about it. The bottled water section was definitely well picked over. The snacks and chips aisles were messy, as though a tornado had been through those aisles. There were several rude customers in the wine and spirits aisles. I felt like they might have been intoxicated already, and looking for more alcohol to purchase. The parking lot was littered with gloves and masks. There were even some dirty diapers out there. The carts didn't look like they were being sanitized. The travel size toiletry areas were almost completely emptied. I was really shocked. Somehow I'd hoped for more. Ugh!! Another thing that I noticed was that the dollar section was being filled up with all kinds of Halloween items and decor. It's kinda sad to see all the treat bags and things being stocked, considering there isn't any in-person school going on and there isn't any trick or treating being anticipated, at least not where I live. Bummer. I asked an employee to point me in the right direction of a few items but only got scoffs and "what's there is there" responses. Today in the rain and a new week old knee replacement I had to exchange something I had bought in the morning. Daniel helped me check out in morning. Then I had to go back to exchange and he saw me at customer service and insisted he go get the right one way in the back of the store!! Thank goodness. I had enough walking for the day :) . He was so very nice and definitely did not have to do it. Everyone in this target on blue diamond has always been so nice and helpful. I like everyone love target. Why the one star? For about 2 months I have placed orders to pick up in store, and the lazy incompetent staff cancels my order saying the item is not available even when I know they have it. I went to the store and wanted matching Christmas pyjamas, I wasn't sure of my friends size and she didn't have a phone. I went home, confirmed her size and placed a online pickup order. I remembered seeing at least a dozen in her size through out the store. Then I receive a notification hat my order is cancelled. Then I drove down, asked for manager, and the MOD apologised and promised to speak to his team. Similar thing happened last night. I ordered a blanket(white) to pick up in store. I arrived after receiving the email that my order was ready to pick up. The manager Mel brought out the item, I informed her that wasn't the right item and that my item was white. She then paged her staff that fills online orders. 3-5mins later she informs me that the item is not available. I then told her how every time I order I have a bad experience and she started giving me ridiculous excuses for the incompetence of her workers, instead of apologising. I was with my friends and I told them that after we are done purchasing we are going in department just to make sure the employees aren't being lazy. Sure enough the blanket I wanted for my daughter was there. My friend had me take a pic of other ones there, 2-3 more in the size I wanted. And I went to customer service desk and asked for Mel to prove to her that her employees are incompetent. She got frustrated, and yelled back sorry I will talk to my employees. I informed her that's exactly what I was told last time. She then hugged and walked away. Attached photos show the email I received informing me that order was ready to pick up. I wasn't going to mention this but this is the second time I have had a bad incident with the same worker at target. I went in today to make a simple return and the customer Service worker Brandon was nothing but rude claiming that I didn't purchase the item there and when I went to pull up my app and show him proof of purchase he just walked away and said that I could deal with someone else. Never in my life have I been treated this way especially when it involves customer service I am very thankful that Amy was able to help me and was so friendly because Brandon was the opposite of that and if he is ever in this target when I am shopping I will make sure to avoid him at all costs. This is just a quick note for management to help improve staff trainings - An associate named Mel helped me with a return. I asked a few questions because she did a poor job at explaining why I could not return the item. She was very annoyed that I had follow up questions and cut me off mid-sentence multiple times. She also used a fake voice to mock me which was extremely rude. When I walked away - still calm, cool and collected - she continued to mock me to co workers and even loudly called me a b****. I'm and employment and retention manager for a large corporation - I understand employees get fed up and have a rough day so I wasn't going to add to the conflict in store. Extremely unprofessional. I'd be happy to discuss in more detail, but at the very least - suggest that management take a better look at their training programs. read more

Annoying went in to pick up online order and the pear shaped women asked for iD I provided and she said she couldn't use it since it's not valid so I had to dig for the paper that proves it is I'm waiting for a new one. She had to mention she isn't suppose to accept it since it's only for driving but will this one time. Is she not aware the dmv doesn't print out drivers license anymore and you now have to wait for them in the mail. Is my life suppose to stop because my address changed so I needed to update my drivers license. Updating my review as my last couple pickup orders have taken around 2-3 hours to fulfill. I still like this store and the employees tend be friendlier than other locations, and it's still within the 4-hour quote, so I'm not docking a star for this but it's a shame as I'll patronize this store less frequently as a result. Inventory at this store is also iffy, with several occasions when the website shows in-stock but the items are nowhere to be found. Target in general seems to have a lot of trouble keeping an accurate inventory. read more

This sign triggered me... I believe that there should be exceptions to this. As a Funko pop collector, sometimes the packaging is very significant! I've been to a few targets over the last month looking especially for a certain pop and have not bought it because the packaging is damaged. And it's damaged from whomever is processing shipment. Before signs like this are posted, the store manager or department manager should make sure that whoever is in charge of this specific section, should make sure that their boxes are opened with care! I can't tell you the amount of box cutter damages I've seen on the top or sides of the funko pop boxes. I refuse to buy any collector toy with a damaged box. I would be furious if I picked if something like this came to my home and I couldn't return it. I returned a baby joda just last week because the box looked like someone had played soccer with it and the batteries leaked inside the pop. Luckily, I didn't make my purchase at this blue Diamond location and I was able to return it without any issues, mins just right after I did store pick up. read more

I went to this store a few week's ago and parked in the Handicap parking witch I am handicap and someone keyed my truck. The manager and his side kick told me that they did not know how to look at the tape from the cameras. So I file a police report and they send the police a video from a camera that showed nothing.
