I received a jacket from a relative who purchased it at Target. I needed a smaller size so I brought it in, unworn, to either exchange or get store credit to repurchase and they completely refused the return. The guy working the register couldn't tell me why and said "I must have returned too much". I haven't returned a single item to Target with OR without a receipt in years. I checked in last night to stock up on some yummy Teas and found an awesomely charming selection of peach guava, Strawberry Mango, and mint flavors priced reasonably at $3.49 apiece! Just moved into the area and we went in to get a few things for our place which happened to be a Friday night. It was like a hang out for teenagers there was just crews of teenagers walking in as the same time we were walking in. As we were shopping we had a few teenagers kept running by us and just running around the store as if there were playing hide n go seek, it was just irritating when you're trying to shop. I over heard one shopper complain about some teenagers running around and yelling. Along with that the store is not very clean and the isles were pretty messy which surprised me because I think Eastvale is a nice area. read more

I was putting together some gifts with a cup of tea + coffee. I needed to buy Starbucks gift cards for it. I happened to be in the Eastvale vicinity, but somehow this Target's city is Mira Loma. I guess they are right next door to each other by a hairline LOL. After entry, I walked straight to the gift cards wall. To my disappointment, there were NO Starbucks gift cards left to be found. I was slightly bummed about it because I needed them quick. I ended up walking around the store to pick up something else, but I don't remember what it was. After I got in line to pay for my item, I looked up and saw Starbucks. Bingo! Why don't I just buy the gift cards from Starbucks themselves? Duh! So I did get my Starbucks gift cards eventually... I'll do a separate review on that one. As for this Target, some of the ailses were messy. Shelves were lacking inventory. It's unfortunate. Target used to be well kept and maintained. I love Target, but dang... This location is often pretty busted. There are some great employees here, but the store is always m-e-s-s-y. It doesn't make you feel good about the products you're buying when every other aisle has stuff strewn across the floor. The clothing sections are a whole different animal, too... Lookin' like the Goodwill bins sometimes. Hard to rep them as the "nicer Walmart" with sections like that. Look, I get it, customers can suck. They're often messy, selfish, and walk the place their their ____ don't stank. That said, most of us are normal, I promise, and we can help maintain the cleanliness of the store if it's cared for by its owners a little more. Please note: I only visited the drive-up service of this Target location, and did not visit the actual inside of the store. The drive-up team were extremely slow despite not many customers waiting. No one looked like they knew what they were doing. When my order finally came out, the guy was not friendly. No hi, hello, or anything. When I asked him to put the full length mirror I purchased in the back seat of the car, he huffed and made a face. I come here all the time! Shelves are usually stocked, and there's roaming workers who you can always ask questions to. The store itself is pretty clean. If you do buy fake eyelashes, please look at them closely before you buy them!! I almost bought this pack today and if you look closely you can tell these lashes are used. There's old glue and color from eyeshadow from whoever wore them last. Double check and save yourself from a possible eye infection!! read more

I love Target's drive up order pickup option but this is the worst location for groceries! This time the wait was bad too. They had one guy and every single pickup spot was occupied. As far as my groceries I got 14 items and they used 7 bags! Some with one small item. What a waste. But the WORST was the way they pack! One loaf of bread was in a bag with a glass jar of salsa and the other bread was in a bag with a large bottle of canola oil! Both loaves were smashed!! What the heck???!!! Very messy location. Go back carts all over the place, you can't even get to certain items because they have go back carts or pallets blocking the merchandise. Not enough registers open, only 3 during afternoon hours. Lines backed up and they still didn't open up any additional registers. Plus I don't believe they were running the air conditioner as it was very hot in the store. Very uncomfortable to shop. And saw no evidence of their new policy where you're greeted and asked if you need assistance. Not one associate approached me at all. With the new Walmart location open right down the street in Eastvale Target has a lot to work on. read more

The workers don't give great customer care, especially those supervising the self checkout they always pretend to be so overwhelmed that they can't help you with a question or directions. They can't even give you the respect that they could get someone to assist you, because they always say something like I'm busy i have a break that I need to start. Walmart is just around the corner. And I believe that once they open Target will decide they should finally make more time for their guest. But being forced to be nice isn't being genuine it's being fake. So tired of the carelessness it's an insult to customer service. I worked retail for 20 years i can tell the difference between great service and horrible service. This place is the worst. Dirty carts with trash every time without fail, dirty bathrooms all the time, dirty floors. Don't go to the shoe aisle because they're all on the floor. All the kids that work there are slow and can't help with anything. On their phones and no not the work phones. Why has this been store been filthy for years? Managers what do you guys do all day? Came here yesterday, March 9th 2025 around 7pm. Started looking at the yogurt section and found that a LOT of the yogurts were past their expiration dates by weeks!! If could give 0 stars I would Came here with my sister and we accidentally left the diapers under the cart because the baby got fussy and watch the merchandise go back in the store when we got off to claim back our item the staff was extremely rude and un helpful the district manager needs to give me a call back and I'll be reporting the general manager to corporate office because it's theft to take back merchandise and keep money on a return using the system to keep her hard earned cash the general manager is to blame for theft on customers. This is not an experience I personally received but what I was a witness to. We were in line to pickup items we ordered. A woman to the side of us was trying to get a motorized/electric cart to work for their elderly father/relative. The woman kindly asked a Customer Service rep for assistant. They told the rep they couldn't get it to work. He replied with "just unplug it" and kind of shushed them away with a hand motion. The woman walked back and tried again with no success. They gave up and walked in. The poor man struggling to walk. This situation could have been handled so much better. If this rep was busy, he could have said please give me a minute and I'll help you out. Or he could have called someone else to help. I don't expect an apology since I didn't experience this but if you work in Customer Service, I'd expect some sense of empathy towards the elderly. I don't usually leave reviews, but the customer service I experienced today at the drive-up was unacceptable. From the moment I pulled in, the woman (idk what it was) assisting me already seemed irritated--she was side-eyeing me and even shrugged her shoulders in annoyance about another customer. That should've been my first red flag. When she approached my car, she asked for my pickup code in a rude, aggressive tone--like I was wasting her time or she was on a serious time crunch. I still remained polite and used my manners, saying "thank you" not once, but three times. She didn't acknowledge me at all--didn't look at me, didn't say a word. The bag? She didn't even hand it to me--she practically threw it in my direction like it was an inconvenience. I understand everyone has bad days, but that doesn't excuse treating customers disrespectfully--especially when they're being polite. If she's struggling with the job or feeling overwhelmed, I hope management provides support. But either way, this kind of interaction is not okay and definitely not the standard of service I expect. On Friday, February 7, 2025. I was treated very rude and unprofessional @target in Eastvale, CA. I still can't believe this happened to me. I went in asking for a refund. At the moment I couldn't find my receipt. One of the employees asked me if I had my card that I had purchased the items with and I said, yes I do. She scanned the items and my card and she said that it didn't match. She started raising her voice at me so I said can I please speak with a manager and she said, we don't have one on site. She proceeded by calling security and then all of a sudden a girl came to the register and said we can't do the exchange. (Watch the video). She then proceeded by calling the police on me. (Alexis) I waited until the cops got there, I showed them the videos and the cop was shaking his head. He couldn't believe why he was there. I asked the officer for a police report and he said there's nothing to report you didn't do anything wrong. I asked for an incident report and he gave it to me. I was not going to post this, but today I decided to post it because I contacted Target regarding the situation and as today I have not heard back from them. First of all why isn't she in a uniform. 2nd of all where's her name tag? And why was she so rude to me? Her posture says so much about her. She kept on giving ne dirty looks, she was shrugging her shoulders and saying I don't care, and??? The whole time she was with her arms crossed and chewing her gum non stop. She never introduced herself to me, nor did she try to solve the problem. Instead she kicked me out in front of other customers. I was so confused and embarrassed. What are your thoughts on this? I rarely leave reviews, but today was one of those days. I had a return processed by Jesse, and the experience was disappointing. During the return, he took my items without counting or confirming the amount. When the return was completed, the numbers didn't add up--he was taking more items than he was refunding me for. I pointed it out, and instead of addressing the issue properly, he responded with attitude. I remained patient, but his unprofessionalism really pushed me over the edge. Employees need proper training to handle transactions accurately and respectfully. In addition, they also need to be trained on their return policy to ensure consistency and clarity for customers. I avoid this location at all cost which sucks because it's right by my house and is the most convenient. But it's so worth it to go to any other location. The employees here are rude and do not care about you. The times i have gone, they're always missing something in my order! It's crazy, you'd think it's on purpose. When I went in to go let them know, the girl told me "......that item wasn't in your order, they didn't grab it..." and stayed quiet after. Like ummmm...ok soooo I paid for it and you see that on the order. And then she said "I'm gonna have to go and grab it, it's gonna take about 5 minutes, is that ok?" LOL WHAT??!!! Worst target drive up by far. Every time there is an issue. I've been twice where the wait is close to two hours. Both times I had a sick kid and myself in the car otherwise I would have just walked inside. The workers are polite and I can tell they are stressed but the whole managing and only having two workers doing drive up when there's over 20 cars waiting for drive up is crazy. Not to mention this Target has a habit of sending you a message that your order is ready, Then when you show up all of a sudden the item will be cancelled and when that happens you don't get the option to get it shipped. read more

If only I can give this store a big fat zero, in red ink! Ugh, this is so frustrating because I love Target and this particular location really kills it for me. The staff are really unfriendly, not helpful, and makes simple things really complicated and confusing, for no reason at all. Since this is my neighborhood Target, I've been here multiple times over the year and the experiences I get is closer to what you'd expect when going to a Wal-Mart, not Target. And let me just say. There are more friendlier and more competent staff in Wal-Mart than in this Target store. Cashiers not knowing the deal or discount that the store have that day or season and literally give you an attitude when you question if the discount was applied. Order pick up is located completely on the opposite side of where the big red signage is at. Omg, return lines gets super long at times because incompetent staff are unable to process returns. This happens multiple times, different staff, different items. Bottom line is, don't return items here. If you must buy, buy, and get the heck out, and pray that you don't need to return any items because they will give you a hard time or their machine has "issues". I had to call the Target corporate one time because as I was trying to return an item, all she kept doing is scanning the item and kept telling me oh you can't return this item, without explaining and with such terrible attitude. Ugh, in the end, I was able to return the item at another Target location. We also recently just picked up an item, on the same day, returned the item, and just like I said, after waiting in the return line, the staff was having issue with the machine. And it literally took us over 30 minutes to return 1 item! I hope corporate or management does an audit or really just amp up their training and hire more competent staff to this store. read more
